Abstract

Настоящее изобретение имеет цель предложить пюрированную композицию ароматических (кухонных) трав, овощей и/или специй, которая показывает отличное сенсорное качество и которая является микробиологически безопасной и стабильной в хранении. Изобретение предлагает содержащую непрерывную водную фазу композицию ароматических (кухонных) трав, овощей и/или специй, включающую от 1 до 60 мас.% одного или более из ароматических трав и/или специй, от 1 до 10 мас.% нерастворимых пищевых волокон, от 1 до 40 мас.% растительного масла и имеющую рН от 2,0 до 4,0. Предлагается также способ приготовления указанной композиции.
