Abstract

Предмет изобретения представляет собой способ получения содержащего ксантогумол (КГ) экстракта, который получают из обжаренных продуктов: злаковых культур, солода злаковых культур, кофе или какао. Содержание КГ в таком экстракте находится в пределах от 10 мг/кг до 2 г/кг. Использование содержащего КГ экстракта из обжаренных продуктов естественным образом способствует увеличению содержания КГ в пищевых продуктах и фармацевтических продуктах.
