Abstract

Для изготовления корпуса (148, 248) банки исходя из металлического плоского материала (103, 116) подготавливается замкнутая с помощью первого соединения боковая стенка (140, 24, 240) банки. На замкнутой боковой стенки (140, 24, 240) банки с помощью другого соединения располагается по меньшей мере один замыкающий элемент (142, 31а, 31b, 242). По меньшей мере одно другое соединение выполняется в виде лазерного сварного шва, который образует кольцеобразно замкнутый замыкающий шов (145, 42, 245) между замкнутой боковой стенкой (140, 24, 240) банки и по меньшей мере одним замыкающим элементом (142, 31а, 31b, 242). Перед свариванием замыкающего шва (145, 42, 245) подогнанные друг к другу шовные контактные поверхности боковой стенки (140, 24, 240) банки и замыкающего элемента (142, 31а, 31b, 242) формируются в виде отклоняющихся от цилиндрической формы, расширяющихся или соответственно сужающихся в направлении оси банки, кольцеобразно замкнутых краевых областей (140а, 60а, 142а, 240а, 242а). Для сваривания замыкающего шва (145, 42, 245) боковая стенка (140, 24, 240) банки и по меньшей мере один замыкающий элемент (142, 31а, 31b, 242) взаимно стыкуются краевыми областями (140а, 60а, 142а, 240а, 242а) до достижения взаимного упора, причем из торцевых поверхностей (140b, 142b, 240b, 242b) обеих краевых областей (140а, 60а, 142а, 240а, 242а) одна расположена внутри на корпусе (148, 248) банки, а другая снаружи. В этом решении может обеспечиваться беззазорное сваривание шовных контактных поверхностей так, что даже у очень тонкого металлического листа гарантирован герметичный сварной шов. Перекрытие материала в области замыкающего шва (145, 42, 245) минимально.
