Abstract

Изобретение относится к новым оральным фармацевтическим композициям, обладающим эффектом переменно регулируемого высвобождения. Указанные композиции содержат один или несколько сложных эфиров жирных кислот сахарозы в качестве исключительных агентов, регулирующих высвобождение, в дополнение к одному или нескольким активным ингредиентам. Изобретение также относится к способу получения композиции гранулированием расплава или таблетированием расплава. Новые фармацевтические композиции имеют диапазон от лекарственных форм с быстрым высвобождением до отсроченного высвобождения.Отчет о международном поиске был опубликован 2002.03.14.
