Claims (9)
1. Tapkugleventil (10) til højtryk, omfattende: en kugle (12) tilvejebragt inden i en hovedlegemeenhed på en frit drejbar måde; og en tætningsmekanisme (13) tilvejebragt på positioner på begge sider af kuglen for således at være i tætnende kontakt med kuglen, hvilken tætningsmekanisme omfatter: en sædeholder (18) i en rørformet facon med en tætningsflade (18a), som skal være i tætnende kontakt med en kugleflade (12a) af kuglen; og et tætningselement (20) tilvejebragt på en udvendig flade af sædeholderen, hvor mindst begge af tætningsfladen af sædeholderen og kuglefladen med hvilken tætningsfladen skal være i kontakt med har et coatinglag af diamant-lignende kulstof tilvejebragt derpå, for således at udvise glideevne og tætningseffekt, kendetegnet ved: et fjederelement (22) tilvejebragt til påføring af fjederkraft på tætningsfladesiden; hvor tætningsfladen (18a) af sædeholderen er placeret ved en position afveget fra en sfærisk diametermidte af kuglefladen (12a) således at tætningsfladen (18a) har en smule længere radius end en radius af kuglefladen (12a), og tætningsfladen (18a) har en tætningsposition med kuglefladen (12a) ved en i alt væsentligt midterposition af tætningsfladen (18a).
2. Tapkugleventilen (10) til højtryk som fremsat i krav 1, hvor tætningsfladen (18a) af sædeholderen (18) har en del af en trukket halvkugleflade tjener som en kuglebaneflade, hvor halvkuglefladen er trukket til at have en smule længere radius ende den af kuglefladen (12a), hvor den lidt længere radius er en længde fra et punkt afveget fra en sfærisk diametermidte af kuglefladen langs en Y-akseretning med en forudbestemt afstand, ved en vinkel 180° i en retning modsat en side til hvilken punktet er afveget, hvor Y-aksen løber ortogonalt på en X-akse, der løber i en strømkanalretning af kuglen.
3. Tapkugleventilen (10) til højtryk som fremsat i et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 eller 2, hvor sædeholderen (18) har en basismaterialehårdhed valgt højere end en basismaterialehårdhed af kuglen (12).
4. Tapkugleventilen (10) til højtryk som fremsat i krav 3, hvor basismaterialet af sædeholderen (18) er BeCu-legering, og basismaterialet af kuglen (12) er rustfrit stål.
5. Tapkugleventilen (10) til højtryk som fremsat i et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvor en hvilken som helst eller begge af tætningsfladen (18a) og kuglefladen (12a) har et konformt lag tilvejebragt på en flade af coatinglaget.
6. Tapkugleventilen (10) til højtryk som fremsat i et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, hvor kuglen (12) har et øvre akselafsnit (12b) og et nedre akselafsnit (12c) tilvejebragt på en integreret måde, hvor kuglen er tilvejebragt på en udvendig periferi af det øvre og nedre akselafsnit på en frit drejbar måde via et radialt leje (110), og hvor kuglen er tilvejebragt på en frit drejbar måde via en rotationskraft afen aksel (11), som er forbundet til akselafsnittet, hvor akslen har på en nedre ende deraf en parallel dobbeltfladet rille (102) på hvilken et parallelt dobbeltfladet afsnit (101) tilvejebragt på en øvre ende af akselafsnittet er tilvejebragt til at fungere i forbindelse dermed, og når kuglen trykkes af højtryksvæske, mens ventilen er lukket, er kuglen med det øvre og nedre akselafsnit støttet i en vinkelret tilstand i den sekundære retning.
7. Tapkugleventilen (10) til højtryk som fremsat i krav 6, hvor det radiale leje (110) er et element i hvilket en indvendig perifer flade af et stift cylindrisk legeme (110a) er coatet med polytetrafluorethylen.
8. Tapkugleventilen (10) til højtryk som fremsat i krav 6 eller 7, hvor tapkugleventilen er en manuelt betjent kugleventil til hvilken et greb (52) til manuel drift er tilvejebragt på den øvre ende af akslen (11), eller er en automatisk drevet kugleventil i hvilken den øvre ende af akslen er forbundet til en aktuator (82) installeret i hovedlegemeenheden til automatiseret drift.
9. Hydrogenstation omfattende en tapkugleventil (10) til højtryk som fremsat i et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8, i en tilførselsledning til højtryk-hydrogen.
