Abstract

本发明公开了一种气动球阀,壳体内部加工中空,中部垂直贯通的通道和一个侧通道,球靠主动轴和副轴连接在壳体内部,阀座安装弹簧和球之间,球由接嘴压住,端帽将主动轴压在壳体内部。本发明的优点在于:采用球、浮动阀座,球上附设的凸轮部分确保球转动时球口不会将阀座上的密封副损坏;采用主动轴上的凸块使顶杆的直线运动转换为球的旋转运动;阀门开启或关闭后能够自锁;采用扭簧结构紧凑。

本发明涉及一种球阀,具体涉及一种飞行器用动力系统的控制阀门,属于阀门领域。
背景技术
一般的飞行器用气动阀门主要用来控制阀门通路通道的通断,基本通过阀门中的活塞运动直接完成,由于受到活塞直径和产品体积的限制,若实现大口径阀门的通断,则需要较大的产品外形,体积过大不适用于飞行器动力系统。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术不足,发明了一种气动阀门,利用气动做功,实现阀中球的转动,进而实现阀门的开启与关闭,可以应用在飞行器动力系统中。
这种气动球阀,壳体内部加工中空,中部垂直贯通的通道和一个侧通道,球靠主动轴和副轴连接在壳体内部,阀座安装弹簧和球之间,球由接嘴压住,端帽将主动轴压在壳体内部。
所述的球的两端由密封副进行密封。
所述的主动轴和副轴带有环槽用于安装第一胶圈。
所述的主动轴的一端加一个腰槽,用于扭簧的安装,扭簧安装在壳体和主动轴之间。
所述的主动轴一侧加工一个切面,侧通道安装顶杆,顶杆顶在主动轴的切面上,另一端由卡环限位。
所述的顶杆靠近卡环的一端开有两道环槽,用于安装胶圈。
本发明的优点在于:(1)采用球、浮动阀座,球上附设的凸轮部分确保球转动时球口不会将阀座上的密封副损坏;
(2)采用主动轴上的凸块使顶杆的直线运动转换为球的旋转运动;
(3)阀门开启或关闭后能够自锁;
(4)采用扭簧结构紧凑。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对气动球阀进行进一步说明。
这种气动球阀,如图1所示,包括壳体1、主动轴2、球3、弹簧4、阀座5、第一密封副6、副轴7、第二密封副8、接嘴9、第一胶圈10、顶杆11、卡环12、第二胶圈13、扭簧14和端帽15,所述的壳体1内部加工中空,中部垂直贯通的通道和一个侧通道,球3靠主动轴2和副轴7连接在壳体1内部,阀座5安装弹簧4和球3之间,球3的两端由第一密封副6和第二密封副8进行密封,并由接嘴9压住,主动轴2和副轴7带有环槽用于安装第一胶圈10,主动轴2的一端加一个腰槽,用于扭簧14的安装,扭簧14安装在壳体1和主动轴2之间,端帽将主动轴2压在壳体1内部,主动轴2一侧加工一个切面,侧通道安装顶杆11,顶杆11顶在主动轴2的切面上,另一端有卡环12限位,顶杆11靠近卡环的一端开有两道环槽,用于安装第二胶圈13
扭簧14提供一定的弹簧力,防止主动轴2旋转,主动轴一端开有一个平面槽,在阀门初始时与顶杆11相接处。
本发明工作原理:
阀门装配完毕后,气源气体从气路入口进入阀门,气体作用在顶杆11上,顶杆11在壳体1内部移动,顶动主动轴2,主动轴2旋转,主动轴2带动球3旋转,当球3旋转一定角度后,阀座5在弹簧4的作用下向下移动,将球3限位,打开阀门主通道。

1.一种气动球阀,其特征在于:壳体内部加工中空,中部垂直贯通的通道和一个侧通道,球靠主动轴和副轴连接在壳体内部,阀座安装弹簧和球之间,球由接嘴压住,端帽将主动轴压在壳体内部,球的两端由密封副进行密封,主动轴和副轴带有环槽用于安装第一胶圈,主动轴的一端加一个腰槽,用于扭簧的安装,扭簧安装在壳体和主动轴之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气动球阀,其特征在于:所述的主动轴一侧加工一个切面,侧通道安装顶杆,顶杆顶在主动轴的切面上,另一端由卡环限位。
3.根据权利要求2所述的气动球阀,其特征在于:所述的顶杆靠近卡环的一端开有两道环槽,用于安装胶圈。
