本发明公开了一种旋启式止回阀,包括阀体,所述阀体内设有阀腔,所述阀体的侧面设有进口管和出口管;所述阀腔的上端开口处固定安装有阀盖,其特征在于,所述阀腔的内侧壁转动连接有轴杆,所述轴杆上固定安装有摇杆,所述摇杆固定安装有阀板;所述轴杆的一端固定安装有转盘,所述转盘在远离轴杆的端面设有环形凸边,所述阀腔的内侧上固定安装有与轴杆同轴的凸轴,所述凸轴上设有位于环形凸边内的棘轮,所述凸轴的圆周外侧设有弧形环槽,所述棘轮的内孔侧壁设有伸入弧形环槽内的凸块;所述凸轴和棘轮之间设有用于迫使棘轮带动凸块压紧在弧形环槽一端的扭簧;所述转盘内设有锁块组件;该旋启式止回阀不仅结构简单,而且可自动进行灌泵。

一种旋启式止回阀
技术领域
本发明属于管道阀门的技术领域,尤其涉及一种旋启式止回阀。
背景技术
止回阀是管路系统中常用的一种阀门,主要安装在泵的出口,其用于接通和止回管路系统中的流体介质。现有旋启式止回阀主要包括阀体、阀座和止回阀瓣,阀座设有阀座密封面,并固定在阀体流道内,止回阀瓣设有阀瓣密封面,并利用销轴安装在阀体内腔,当介质从阀进口侧进入阀体内腔时,介质推动止回阀瓣绕销轴旋转开启,当阀进口侧无介质进入时,止回阀瓣绕销轴旋转关闭。其缺点在于:止回阀瓣在绕销轴旋转关闭的过程中,容易产生关闭速度过快,导致阀瓣密封面对阀座密封面的冲击力过大,容易损坏;同时,止回阀瓣在快速关闭时,容易产生水锤,导致阀门受到破坏等危害情况的发生。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构合理、使用可靠、阀瓣可以快速开启缓慢关闭、防冲击的旋启式止回阀。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种旋启式止回阀,包括阀体,所述阀体内设有阀腔,所述阀体的侧面设有与阀腔连通的进口管和出口管;所述阀腔的上端开口处固定安装有阀盖,所述阀腔的内侧壁在进口管上方转动连接有与进口管垂直的轴杆,所述轴杆上固定安装有摇杆,所述摇杆在远离轴杆的一端固定安装有用于控制进口管通断的阀板;所述轴杆的一端固定安装有转盘,所述转盘在远离轴杆的端面设有环形凸边,所述阀腔的内侧上固定安装有与轴杆同轴的凸轴,所述凸轴上设有位于环形凸边内的棘轮,所述凸轴的圆周外侧设有弧形环槽,所述棘轮的内孔侧壁设有伸入弧形环槽内的凸块;所述凸轴和棘轮之间设有用于迫使棘轮带动凸块压紧在弧形环槽一端的扭簧;所述转盘内设有锁块组件,在阀板将进口管打开时,转盘通过锁块组件不带动棘轮转动,在阀板将进口管关闭时,转盘通过锁块组件带动棘轮转动,对扭簧逐渐压缩,在阀板接近进口管时,锁块组件与棘轮脱离,棘轮在扭簧作用下复位,阀板在重力作用下压紧在进口管上。
进一步的,所述阀腔内在进口管处设有环形阀座,所述阀板将进口管关闭时,阀板压紧在环形阀座上。
进一步的,所述阀腔的内侧壁在进口管并排设有两个凸耳,所述轴杆转动连接在两个凸耳之间。
进一步的,所述锁块组件包括沿转盘的径向滑动连接在环形凸边内的锁杆,所述锁杆伸入环形凸边内的右端设有锁块,所述锁块上设有第一斜面,所述锁杆位于环形凸边外的一端设有挡板,所述锁杆上套接有复位弹簧,所述复位弹簧用于迫使锁块压向棘轮,所述阀腔的内侧壁在环形凸边的外侧固定安装有斜面盘,所述斜面盘与环形凸边的外侧接触;在阀板将进口管打开时,转盘带动锁杆转动,锁块的第一斜面与棘轮的棘齿斜面配合,棘轮不转动;在阀板将进口管关闭时,转盘带动锁杆转动,锁块在复位弹簧作用下伸入棘轮的棘齿之间带动棘轮转动;在阀板接近进口管时,挡板在斜面盘作用下通过锁杆带动锁块离开棘轮的棘齿之间。
进一步的,所述锁杆的截面为方形。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明的技术方案具有以下优点:
(1)当阀板关闭时,摇杆带动轴杆和转盘转动,转盘转动时通过锁块与棘轮的棘齿的配合,带动棘轮一同旋转,进而对扭簧逐渐压缩,阀板关闭时的阻力越来越大,可以缓慢关闭,不会产生冲击;
(2)当阀板关闭到位时,在斜面盘的作用下挡板会通过锁盖带动锁块向远离棘齿的方向运动,从而与棘齿脱离,棘轮在扭簧的作用下会回转到压缩量最小的位置,这样,即可以保证阀板在关闭位置时不受到扭簧的作用力,可以可靠的关闭和密封,又可以使阀板在下一次关闭时,又可以对扭簧进行压缩减缓关闭速度;
(3)当阀板开启时,摇杆带动轴杆和转盘转动,转盘转动时通过锁块的第一斜面与棘轮的棘齿的配合,不带动棘轮旋转,从而不对扭簧产生压缩,可以快速开启;
(4)本发明结构简单、合理、制造成本低。

请参阅图1-6所示,一种旋启式止回阀,包括阀体1,所述阀体1内设有阀腔1a,所述阀体1的侧面设有与阀腔1a连通的进口管101和出口管102;所述阀腔1a的上端开口处固定安装有阀盖2,所述阀腔1a的内侧壁在进口管101上方转动连接有与进口管101垂直的轴杆6,所述轴杆6上固定安装有摇杆5,所述摇杆5在远离轴杆6的一端固定安装有用于控制进口管101通断的阀板4;所述轴杆6的一端固定安装有转盘7,所述转盘7在远离轴杆6的端面设有环形凸边71,所述阀腔1a的内侧上固定安装有与轴杆6同轴的凸轴9,所述凸轴9上设有位于环形凸边71内的棘轮8,所述凸轴9的圆周外侧设有弧形环槽91,所述棘轮8的内孔侧壁设有伸入弧形环槽91内的凸块82;所述凸轴9和棘轮8之间设有用于迫使棘轮8带动凸块82压紧在弧形环槽91一端的扭簧10;所述转盘7内设有锁块组件,在阀板4将进口管101打开时,转盘7通过锁块组件不带动棘轮8转动,在阀板4将进口管101关闭时,转盘7通过锁块组件带动棘轮8转动,对扭簧10逐渐压缩,在阀板4接近进口管101时,锁块组件与棘轮8脱离,棘轮8在扭簧10作用下复位,阀板4在重力作用下压紧在进口管101上。
所述阀腔1a内在进口管101处设有环形阀座3,所述阀板4将进口管101关闭时,阀板4压紧在环形阀座3上。所述阀腔1a的内侧壁在进口管101并排设有两个凸耳1b,所述轴杆6转动连接在两个凸耳1b之间。
所述锁块组件包括沿转盘7的径向滑动连接在环形凸边71内的锁杆18,所述锁杆18伸入环形凸边71内的右端设有锁块11,所述锁块11上设有第一斜面111,所述锁杆18位于环形凸边71外的一端设有挡板19,所述锁杆18上套接有复位弹簧12,所述复位弹簧12用于迫使锁块11压向棘轮8,所述阀腔1a的内侧壁在环形凸边71的外侧固定安装有斜面盘13,所述斜面盘13与环形凸边71的外侧接触;在阀板4将进口管101打开时,转盘7带动锁杆18转动,锁块11的第一斜面111与棘轮8的棘齿斜面配合,棘轮8不转动;在阀板4将进口管101关闭时,转盘7带动锁杆18转动,锁块11在复位弹簧12作用下伸入棘轮8的棘齿之间带动棘轮8转动;在阀板4接近进口管101时,挡板19在斜面盘13作用下通过锁杆18带动锁块11离开棘轮8的棘齿之间。所述锁杆18的截面为方形。
当流体由进口管101流入时,阀板4、摇杆5带动轴杆6和转盘7转动,转盘7转动时通过环形凸边71带动锁杆18和锁块11转动,锁块11的第一斜面111与棘轮8的棘齿斜面的配合,不带动棘轮8旋转,从而不对扭簧10产生压缩,可以快速开启。
当进口管101的截止突然中断时,阀板4在自身重力、出口管102内介质压力及回流产生的冲击力下带动摇杆5、轴杆6和转盘7转动,转盘7转动时带动环形凸边71转动,通过锁块11与棘轮8的棘齿的配合,带动棘轮8一同旋转,进而对扭簧10逐渐压缩,阀板4关闭时的阻力越来越大,可以缓慢关闭,不会产生冲击。当阀板4快关闭到位,接近进口管101时,挡板19在斜面盘13的作用下通过锁杆18带动锁块11向远离棘齿的方向运动,从而与棘齿脱离,棘轮8在扭簧10的作用下会回转到压缩量最小的位置,这样,即可以保证阀板4在关闭位置时不受到扭簧10的作用力,可以可靠的关闭和密封,又可以使阀板4在下一次关闭时,又可以对扭簧10进行压缩减缓关闭速度。

1.一种旋启式止回阀,包括阀体,所述阀体内设有阀腔,所述阀体的侧面设有与阀腔连通的进口管和出口管;所述阀腔的上端开口处固定安装有阀盖,其特征在于,所述阀腔的内侧壁在进口管上方转动连接有与进口管垂直的轴杆,所述轴杆上固定安装有摇杆,所述摇杆在远离轴杆的一端固定安装有用于控制进口管通断的阀板;所述轴杆的一端固定安装有转盘,所述转盘在远离轴杆的端面设有环形凸边,所述阀腔的内侧上固定安装有与轴杆同轴的凸轴,所述凸轴上设有位于环形凸边内的棘轮,所述凸轴的圆周外侧设有弧形环槽,所述棘轮的内孔侧壁设有伸入弧形环槽内的凸块;所述凸轴和棘轮之间设有用于迫使棘轮带动凸块压紧在弧形环槽一端的扭簧;所述转盘内设有锁块组件,在阀板将进口管打开时,转盘通过锁块组件不带动棘轮转动,在阀板将进口管关闭时,转盘通过锁块组件带动棘轮转动,对扭簧逐渐压缩,在阀板接近进口管时,锁块组件与棘轮脱离,棘轮在扭簧作用下复位,阀板在重力作用下压紧在进口管上;
