Claims (4)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af partikelformig sammensætning omfattende krystallinsk α,α-trehalose-dihydrat med et α,α-trehalose-indhold på 98,0 vægt-% eller mere, på tørstofbasis, og en grad af krystal I in itet for krystallinsk α,α-trehalose-dihydrat på 90,0 % eller højere, beregnet på basis af dens pulverrøntgendiffraktionsprofil, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter trinnene: at opnå en saccharidopløsning med et α,α-trehalose-indhold på over 86,0 vægt-%, på tørstofbasis, uden at gennemgå et fraktioneringstrin ved hjælp af søjlekromatografi, ved at lade et α-glycosyltrehalose-dannende enzym afledt af en mikroorganisme af arten Arthrobacter og et trehalose-frigivende enzym afledt af en mikroorganisme af arten Arthrobacter sammen med et stivelsesaf-greningsenzym og en cyclomaltodextrin-glucanotransferase indvirke på flydende stivelse, efterfulgt af at lade en glucoamylase indvirke på den resulterende blanding; at udfælde krystallinsk α,α-trehalose-dihydrat fra saccharidopløsningen; at opsamle det udfældede krystallinske α,α-trehalose-dihydrat ved hjælp af en centrifuge; og at ælde og tørre de opsamlede krystaller; hvor cyclomaltodextrin-glucanotransferasen er en naturlig eller rekombinant cyclomaltodextrin-glucanotransferase afledt afen mikroorganisme afarten Paenibacillus illinoisensis, Paenibacillus pabuli eller Paenibacillus amylolyticus, elleret enzym med aminosyresekvensen SEQ ID NO: 12 eller 13; hvor trinnet at udfælde krystallinsk α,α-trehalose-dihydrat udføres ved en kontrolleret afkølingsmetode eller semi-kontrolleret afkølingsmetode; og hvor den kontrollerede afkølingsmetode er en afkølingsmetode, hvor væsketemperaturen "T" på tidspunktet "t" er udtrykt ved følgende formel "T=To-(To-Tf) (t/r)3", hvor "r" er den fastslåede driftstid for et krystalliseringstrin, "To" er væsketemperaturen ved påbegyndelsen af krystalliseringen, og "Tf" er den tilstræbte væsketemperatur ved afslutningen af krystalliseringen.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor cyclomaltodextrin-glucanotransferasen er et enzym, der har følgende del-aminosyresekvens (a) til (d): (a) Gly-Ser-Xi-Ala-Ser-Asp; (b) Lys-Thr-Ser-Ala-Val-Asn-Asn; (c) Lys-Met-Pro-Ser-Phe-Ser-Lys ; og (d) Val-Asn-Ser-Asn-X2-Tyr; hvor Xi står for Ala eller Ser, og X2 står for henholdsvis Ala eller Thr.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor cyclomaltodextrin-glucanotrans-ferasen er den, der har en aminosyresekvens med SEQ ID NO: 1,2 eller 3.
4. Partikelformig sammensætning omfattende krystallinsk α,α-trehalose-dihy-drat, som omfatter α,α-trehalose i en mængde på 99,0 vægt-% eller mere, men ikke mere end 99,6 vægt-%, på tørstofbasis, og har en grad af krystal I in itet for krystallinsk α,α-trehalose-dihydrat på 90,0 % eller højere, men ikke højere end 96,0 %, beregnet på basis af dens pulverrøntgendiffraktionsprofil, hvor sammensætningen indeholder partikler med en størrelse i området 53 pm til 425 pm i en mængde på 70 % eller mere ud fra vægt af sammensætningen; og hvor sammensætningen indeholder partikler med en størrelse i området 53 pm til 300 pm i en mængde på 50 % eller mere ud fra vægt af sammensætningen.
