(1) 무수물 환산으로 α,α-트레할로스를 99.0질량% 이상 99.7질량% 이하 함유한다;
(2) 분말 X선 회절 프로필에 근거하여 산출되는 α,α-트레할로스 이수화물 결정에 대한 결정화도가 90.0% 이상 96.8% 이하이다; 그리고
(3) 입자지름 53μm 이상, 425μm 미만의 입자를 분말 전체의 70질량% 이상, 입자지름 53μm 이상, 300μm 미만의 입자를 분말 전체의 50질량% 이상 함유한다. - 제1항에 있어서,
추가로, 분말 전체의 환원력이 0.5질량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 α,α-트레할로스 이수화물 결정 함유 분말.
