Claims (8)
1. Alkoholisk væskesammensætning, som er mellem 30 vol-% og 50 vol-%, med partikler, som er opslemmet under anvendelse af lavalkylgellan, hvori mængden af gellan er top til 0,5 g/l af den endelige væskesammensætning, hvori sammensætningen omfatter natriumcitrat som en kompleksdanner og kalciumlaktat som geleringsmiddel, og hvori natriumcitratet er til stede i en mængde på mindst lig med eller mere end 1,5 gange mængden af gellan, og hvori kalciumlaktatet er mellem 0,5 og 0,75 gange mængden af gellan.
2. Alkoholisk væskesammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvori den alkoholiske væskesammensætning er en likør.
3. Alkoholisk væskesammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvori den alkoholiske væskesammensætning er baseret på et korndestillat såsom whisky eller vodka.
4. Alkoholisk væskesammensætning ifølge ethvert af krav 1 til 3, hvori mængden af gellan er mellem 0,15 og 0,5 g/l.
5. Alkoholisk væskesammensætning ifølge ethvert af krav 1 til 4, hvori mængden af natriumcitrat er op til 100 gange mængden af gellan.
6. Alkoholisk væskesammensætning ifølge krav 5, hvori mængden af natriumcitrat er op til 67 gange mængden af gellan.
7. Alkoholisk væskesammensætning ifølge ethvert af krav 5 og 6, hvori mængden af natriumcitrat er 50 gange mængden af gellan.
8. Alkoholisk væskesammensætning ifølge ethvert af krav 5 og 6, hvori mængden af natriumcitrat er 10 til 15 gange mængden af gellan.
