Abstract

La présente invention a trait aux compositions contenant des particules en suspension. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention repose sur l’utilisation d’un polysaccharide et d’un composé soufré tel que le glutathion ou la cystéine pour la mise en suspension de particules dans une composition liquide. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, la composition contient de l’alcool telle une boisson alcoolisée ou un parfum.
