Claims (14)
1. Tetrapeptid omfattende SEQ ID NO: 14 til anvendelse som medikament.
2. Tetrapeptid omfattende SEQ ID NO: 14 til anvendelse som medikament ved behandling af beskadiget hud eller vedligeholdelse af sund hud.
3. Anvendelse af et tetrapeptid, der omfatter SEQ ID NO: 14, som kosmetisk produkt.
4. Tetrapeptid ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 2 eller anvendelse af et tetrapeptid ifølge krav 3, hvilket tetrapeptid er amideret ved carboxy-terminus.
5. Farmaceutisk sammensætning til anvendelse som medikament omfattende et tetrapeptid, der omfatter SEQ ID NO: 14, og et farmaceutisk acceptabelt bærestof.
6. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge krav 5, hvori tetrapeptidet findes i en effektiv koncentration i området fra ca. 0,01 pg/ml til ca. 100 pg/ml, fortrinsvis i området fra ca. 0,1 pg/ml til ca. 1 pg/ml.
7. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge krav 5, hvori sammensætningen foreligger i form af en aerosol, en emulsion, en væske, en lotion, en creme, en pasta, en salve eller et skum.
8. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 5 til 7 til anvendelse ved hudpleje.
9. Fremgangsmåde in vitro til stimulering af en celles kollagenproduktion, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter udsættelse af cellen for et tetrapeptid, der omfatter SEQ ID NO: 14, hvorved kollagenproduktion i cellen induceres.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 9, ved hvilken tetrapeptidet er amideret ved carboxy-terminus.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 9 eller 10, ved hvilken cellen er en fibroblastcelle.
12. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge krav 5, hvor anvendelsen omfatter behandling af beskadiget hud, og den beskadigede hud er en følge af ældning, sygdom, læsion, traume eller operation.
13. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge krav 8, hvor hudplejen omhandler rynker, spænding (rensning, blegning), fasthed og slaphed.
14. Sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge krav 5, hvori tetrapeptidet stimulerer kollagen-produktion ved påføring på hud.
