Claims (7)

1. Sammensætning i faststofform, der inkluderer: - mindst en biologisk aktiv substans valgt fra gruppen, der inkluderer mikroorganismer; og - mindst et viskositetsmiddel valgt fra gruppen af taragummi til anvendelse i forebyggelsen og/eller helbredende behandling af de inficerende patologier af endetarmen og vaginaen ved rektal eller vaginal intern administration.
2. Sammensætningen i faststofform til anvendelse ifølge krav 1, hvor mikroorganismen er valgt fra gruppen, der inkluderer mikroorganismer med en probiotisk eller symbiotisk valens.
3. Sammensætningen i faststofform til anvendelse ifølge krav 2, hvor mikroorganismen er valgt fra gruppen, der inkluderer arterne: Lactobacillus pentosus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus casei ssp. casei, Lactobacillus casei ssp. paracasei, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii ssp. lactis, Lactobacillus fermentum, Lactobacillus gasseri; Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium breve, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium animalis, Bifidobacterium animalis ssp. lactis, Bifidobacterium adolescentis, Bifidobacterium pseudocatenulatum, Bifidobacterium catenulatum, Bifidobacterium infantis, Lactococcus lactis og Lactococcus lactis ssp. Lactis ; S. thermophilus.
4. Sammensætningen i faststofform til anvendelse ifølge krav 3, hvor sammensætningen inkluderer fra en til seks stammer, fortrinsvis fire stammer.
5. Sammensætningen i faststofform til anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor sammensætningen yderligere inkluderer mindst en præbiotisk fiber valgt fra gruppen bestående af fructo-oligosaccharider (FOS); galacto-oligosaccharider (GOS); trans-galacto-oligosaccharider (TOS); xylo-oligosaccharider (XOS); chitosan-oligosaccharider (COS); α-galactosid valgt fra raffinose, stachyose; pectiner; gummier; delvist hydroliserede gummier; inulin; psyllium; arabinogalactaner; akacie, johannesbrød, havre, bambus og citrusfibre.
6. Formulering, der inkluderer en sammensætning i faststofform til anvendelse ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 5 og et hydrofilt flydende medium.
7. Formulering, der inkluderer sammensætningen i faststofform til anvendelse ifølge krav 6, hvor viskositetsmidlet er til stede i en procentdel højere end eller lig med 0,05 % (w/v), baseret på det endelige volumen af formuleringen; fortrinsvis mellem 0,2 % og 20 % (w/v).
