Claims (14)

1. Fremgangsmåde repræsenteret ved Scheme 1:
hvori - X repræsenterer I, Br, Cl, alkylsulfonat eller arylsulfonat; - Z repræsenterer aryl, heteroaryl eller alkenyl; - katalysator (catalyst) omfatter et kobberatom eller -ion og en ligand, som er valgt fra gruppen bestående af 1,2-diaminocyclohexan, 2-hydroxyetylamin, 1,2-diaminoetan, 2-fenylfenol, 2,6-dimetylfenol, 2-isopropylfenol, 1-naphtol, 8-hydroxyquinolin, 8-aminoquinolin, DBU, 2-(dimetylamino)etanol, etylenglykol, Ν,Ν-dietylsalicylamid, 2-(dimetylamino)glycin, N, N, Ν', N'-tetrametyl-l,2-diaminoetan og (metylimino)dieddikesyre; - base repræsentereren Bronstedbase; - R repræsenterer alkyl, cycloalkyl, aralkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, formyl, acyl, al-kyl02C-, aryl02C-, heteroaryl02C-, aralkyl02C-, heteroaralkyl02C-, acyKR^N-, alkylOC(0)N(R1)-, arylOQCONCR1)-, aralkylOCCCONCR1)-, heteroaral-kylOC(0)N(R1)-,-N=C(alkyl)2, or -N=C(aryl)2; - R1 repræsenterer H, alkyl, cycloalkyl, aralkyl, heteroaralkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, formyl, acyl, amino, or -C(NR5)N(R5)2; - R5 repræsenterer uafhængigt for hver forekomst H, alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, aralkyl eller heteroaralkyl; - R og R1 taget sammen kan repræsentere =C (alkyl)2 eller =C(aryl)2; og - R og R1 er valgfrit forbundet med en kovalent binding; forudsat at når R er aryl eller heteroaryl, er R1 ikke formyl eller acyl; og yderligere forudsat, at når R er formyl eller acyl, er R1 ikke aryl eller heteroaryl.

Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvori liganden omfattet af katalysatoren er cis- 1.2- diaminocyclohexan, trans-l,2-diaminocyclohexan, en blanding af cis- og trans-l,2-diaminocyclohexan, cis-N, N'-dimetyl-l,2-diaminocydohexan, trans-N,N'-dimetyl-l,2-diaminocyclohexan, en blanding af cis- og trans-N, N'-dimetyl- 1.2- diaminocyclohexan, cis-N-tolyl-l,2-diaminocyclohexan, trans-N-tolyl-1,2-diaminocyclohexan, en blanding af cis- and trans-N-tolyl-l,2-diaminocyclohexan, etanolamin, 1,2-diaminoetan, eller N,N'-dimetyl-l,2-diaminoetan.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, hvori liganden omfattet af katalysatoren er cis- 1.2- diaminocyclohexan, trans-l,2-diaminocyclohexan, en blanding af cis- and trans-l,2-diaminocyclohexan, cis-N, N'-dimetyl-l,2-diaminocyclohexan, trans- N, N'-dimetyl-l,2-diaminocyclohexan, en blanding af cis- and trans-N,N'-dimetyl- 1.2- diaminocyclohexan, eller N, N'-dimetyl-l,2-diaminoetan.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, krav 6 eller krav 7, hvori basen er en karbonat, fosfat, oxid, hydroxid, alkoxid, aryloxid, amin, metaamid, fluorid eller guanidin.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, hvori basen er kaliumfosfat, kaliumkarbonat, cæsiumkarbonat, natriumtertbutoxid eller natriumhydroxid.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvori katalysatoren er tilstede i en mængde i forhold til Z-X på mindre end eller lig med 10 mol%, for eksempel mindre end eller lig med 5 mol%, såsom mindre end 1 mol%, f.eks. mindre end eller lig med O, 1 mol%.
