Description

Dosierpistole für Schlauchbeutel mit hochviskosem Inhalt
Normalerweise wird der Schlauchbeutel vor dem Einlegen in das Zylinderrohr 1 der Pistole auf der Seite vor der Auslaufdüse 2 mit dem Messer angeschnitten oder der Clip-Verschluß wird abgetrennt.
Diese Dosierpistole besitzt eine Auslaufdüse mit mindestens zwei konzentrisch angeordneten Aufstechspitzen 3» welche den strichpunktiert dargestellten Schlauchbeutel h außerhalb des Clip-Verschlusses 5 anstechen. Der Kolben 6 auf der Gegenseite besitzt eine Aussparung 7, welche zur Aufnahme des Clip-Verschlusses 8 dient, damit dieser nicht von dem Kolben 6 in den Schlauchbeutel gepreßt wird und diesen beschädigt. Außerdem besitzt der Kolben 6 eine elastische Lippe 9i welche beim Preßvorgang gegen das Zylinderrohr 1 gedruckt wird und verhindert, daß beim Auspressen des Schlauchbeutels ^ Teile der Schlauchbeutelummantelung zwischen Kolben 6 und Zylinderrohrwand gerät. Zur besseren Elastizität der Lippe 9 kann diese mit mehreren radialen Schlitzen versehen sein.
Die Figur 1 zeigt die wesentlichen Teile dieser Dosierpistole. Das Zylinderrohr 1 zur Aufnahme des Schlauchbeutels 4 ist strichpunktiert dargestellt, ebenso wie der Schlauchbeutel 4 und die Verschlußmutter 10. Der Kolben 6 ist mit einer Dichtung 11 versehen und kann durch Druckmittel durch die Öffnung 12 betrieben werden. Bei mechanischer Betätigung wird der Kolben durch die Kolbenstange &Lgr;5 angetrieben.
Die Figur 2 zeigt einen Längsschnitt durch die Auslaufdüse 2 mit der Aufstechspitze 3·

    Dosierpistole für Schlauchbeutel mit hochviskosem Inhalt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Aufsteckdüse (2) mit mindestens zwei konzentrisch angeordneten Aufstechspitzen (3) besitzt.
    Anspruch 2
    Dosierpistole für Schlauchbeutel mit hochviskosem Inhalt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen Kolben (6) besitzt, in welchem eine Aussparung (7) zur Aufnahme des Clip-Verschlusses (8) angeordnet ist.
