Description

Dosierpistole für Schlauchueutel mit hochviskosem Inhalt
Normalerweise wird der strichpunktiert dargestellte Schlauchbeutel k vor dem Einlegen in die Dosierpistole von Hand angeschnitten. Diese Dosierpistole (Figur l) besitzt eine Auslaufdüse 1, welche auswechselbar in dem Abschlußdeckel 2 angeordnet ist. Dieser Abschlußdeckel 2 besitzt mindestens zwei konzentrisch angeordnete Aufstechspitzen 3i welche nach dem Einlegen des Schlauchbeutels k in die Dosierpistole zu Beginn des Auspressens den Schlauchbeutel anstechen und offen.
Nach dem Auspressen des Schlauchbeutels 4 durch den Druckkolben 5» der mechanisch oder pneumatisch betätigt werden kann, dringen die Aufstechspitzen durch den ausgepreßten Schlauchbeutel k und werden von der konzentrisch angeordneten Nut 8 im Druckkolben 5 aufgenommen.
Der Clip-Verschluß 7 findet Platz in der Aussparung
Die Figur 2 zeigt einen Schnitt durch die auswechselbare Auslaufdüse 1 mit einer Aufstechspitze 3 in dem Abschlußdeckel 2.

Claims (1)

  1. Patentansprüche
    Anspruch 1
    Dosierpistole für Schlauchbeutel mit hochviskosem Inhalt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druckkolben (5) eine konzentrisch angeordnete Nut (8) zur Aufnahme der Aufstechspitzen (3) und eine Aussparung (6) zur Aufnahme des Clip-Verschlusses (7) besitzt.
    Anspruch 2
    Dosierpistole nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auslaufdüse (1) auswechselbar in dem Anschlußdeckel (2) angeordnet ist.
