Abstract

Applikator (1) zur Aufnahme eines elastischen Behälters (2) und zum Entnehmen eines flüssigen Produkts (3) aus dem Behälter (2) über eine Öffnung (13) durch äussere Druckbeaufschlagung. Die Aufnahme (5) ist als ein erster Schenkel (6) und ein zweiter Schenkel (7) ist als ein Ausdrückschenkel (8) für die Druckbeaufschlagung ausgestaltet, wobei beide Schenkel (6,7) an einem Ende (9) mit einem Gelenk (10) verbunden sind (Fig. 1).

Description

Applikator
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Applikator nach der Gattung des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1.
Derartige Applikatoren sind in den unterschiedlichsten Ausführungen durch offenkundige Benutzung bekannt.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zu Grunde, einen gattungsgleichen Applikator zu schaffen, der sehr leichtgängig zu betätigen ist, eine sehr genau dosierbare Teilmengenentnahme aus dem Behälter ermöglicht, einfach zu Reinigen und kostengünstig herstellbar ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird nach den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des Anspruchs
1 gelöst. Weitere Ausgestaltungen/ Weiterbildungen der Erfindung gehen aus den Unteransprüchen hervor.
Die Erfindung wird an Hand von Ausführungsbeispielen im folgenden näher erläutert.

Die Fig. 1 zeigt einen ersten Applikator 1 zur Aufnahme eines elastischen Behälters 2 und zum Entnehmen eines flüssigen Produkts 3 aus dem Behälter 2 über eine Öffnung 13 durch eine äußere Druckbeaufschlagung, wobei der Behälter 2 für eine Anwendung bzw. Portion vorgesehen und mit einem fingerartigen Entnahmeabschnitt 4 versehen ist. Eine Aufnahme 5 ist als ein erster Schenkel 6 und ein zweiter Schenkel 7 ist als ein
Ausdrückschenkel 8 für die Druckbeaufschlagung auf den Behälter 2 zum Entnehmen von Teilmengen des Produkts 3 ausgestaltet, wobei dazu eine Innenseite 27 des Ausdrückschenkels 8 auf eine Oberseite 28 des Behälters 2 drückt. Beide Schenkel 6,7 sind an einem Ende 9 mit einem Gelenk 10 verbunden. Das Gelenk 10 ist als ein Schnappgelenk ausgestaltet. Die Aufnahme 5 ist muldenartig ausgestaltet und weist an einem entgegengesetzten Ende 11 des Gelenks 10 eine düsenartige Applikationsspitze 12 auf zur Aufnahme eines fingerartigen Entnahmeabschnitts 4 des Behälters 2. In den Fig. 1 bis 5 ist ein in einem Extrusionsblasverfahren hergestellter Behälter 2 dargestellt. Wahlweise kann ein Schlauchbeutel 2.1 oder eine Tube 2.2 vorgesehen werden. Der Schlauchbeutel 2.1 kann kostengünstig aus Schlauchmaterial hergestellt und durch übliche Verfahren verschlossen und geschnitten werden. Dadurch, dass der Behälter 2 mit einem Abreißverschluss 14 versehen ist, ist ein einfaches Öffnen möglich. Zum Einlegen und zur Aufnahme des fingerartigen Entnahmeabschnitts 4 des Behälters 2 ist die Applikationsspitze 12 als eine Mulde 15 ausgestaltet. Dadurch, dass das Ende der Applikationsspitze 12 mit einer kugelartigen Verrundung 16 versehen ist, ist beim Applizieren ein Verhaken mit der Applikationsspitze 12 verhindert. Dies ist besonders beim Applizieren eines kosmetischen Produkts 3 auf Kopfhaar von großem Vorteil. Eine kostengünstige Herstellung des Applikators 1 ist dadurch gegeben, dass der erste und der zweite Schenkel 6,7 jeweils einteilig ausgestaltet ist und aus Kunststoff 17 bestehen. Die Aufnahme 5 des ersten Schenkels 6 für den Behälter 2 ist als eine Unterschale 18 ausgestaltet, wodurch ein einfaches Einlegen des Behälters 2 gegeben ist. Der zweite Schenkel 7 als Ausdrückschenkel 8 für den Behälter 2 ist als ein formstabiles Hohlteil 19 ausgestaltet. Mindestens der zweite Schenkel 7 ist mit einer Griffhilfe 20 versehen, wodurch eine bessere Handhabung des Applikators 1 erreicht wird. Vorzugsweise ist der Behälter 2 (Schlauchbeutel 2.1 , Tube 2.2) für eine Anwendung beziehungsweise für eine Portion vorgesehen, so dass ein Verschluss zum Wiederverschießen des Behälter 2 nicht erforderlich ist. Als Produkt 3 ist ein kosmetisches Produkt, insbesondere ein haarkosmetisches Produkt vorgesehen.
Die Fig. 2 zeigt in einer Draufsicht auf die Applikationsspitze 12 den Applikator 1 nach der Fig. 1.
Die Fig. 3 zeigt in einer perspektivischen Darstellung den Applikator 1 nach der Fig. 1 , jedoch mit einem geöffneten Abreißverschluss 14 und kurz vor Beginn einer Entnahme des flüssigen Produkts 3 aus dem Behälter 2.
Die Fig. 4 zeigt in einer Seitenansicht den Applikator 1 nach der Fig. 1 mit dem noch nicht eingelegten Behälter 2.
Die Fig. 5 zeigt in einer Draufsicht den Behälter 2 nach der Fig. 4.
Der Applikator 1 dient zum Auspressen eines mit einer Produktmasse 3 gefüllten Behälters 2. Durch eine Hebelwirkung der beiden Schenkel 6,7 ist eine Applikation sehr leichtgängig und eine Abgabemenge sehr genau dosierbar. Zum Applizieren wird der Behälter 2 in die Unterschale 18 gelegt und der Abreißverschluss 14 abgerissen oder abgeschnitten. Danach ist der Applikator 1 für eine Anwendung beispielsweise an einer Friseurkundin bereit. Die Produktmasse 3 wird durch Drücken des oberen Ausdrückschenkels 8 aus dem Behälter 2 gepresst und kann so gezielt auf den Kopf einer Kundin aufgebracht werden. Nach Abschluss einer Behandlung muss nur noch der leere Behälter 2 entfernt und die Applikationsspitze 12 gereinigt werden.
Analog zu den Fig. 1 bis 5 ist in den Fig. 6 bis 10 ein zweites Ausführungsbeispiel eines zweiten Applikators 1.1 dargestellt. Dieser zweite Applikator 1.1 unterscheidet sich vom ersten Applikator 1 im wesentlichen dadurch, dass hier als Behälter 2 ein Schlauchbeutel 2.1 und eine düsenartige zweite Applikationsspitze 12.1 vorgesehen ist. Diese zweite Applikationsspitze 12.1 umschließt mittels eines Langlochs 21 den Endbereich des fingerartigen Entnahmeabschnitts 4. Zum Öffnen des Schlauchbeutels 2.1 wird das aus dem Langloch 21 herausragende Ende des fingerartigen Entnahmeabschnitts 4 entweder abgeschnitten oder abgerissen. Der Schlauchbeutel 2.1 ist aus Kunststoffschlauchmaterial 22 hergestellt und an beiden Enden mit jeweils einer Schweißnaht 23, 24 verschlossen, wobei zur Bildung des fingerartigen Entnahmeabschnitts 4 zwei sich verjüngende Schweißnähte 25, 26 angeordnet sind. Der Schlauchbeutel 2.1 kann durch eine Längsschweißnaht 29 in zwei oder mehr Kammern unterteilt werden und ergibt damit einen Doppelkammerbehälter 2.3, wodurch zwei oder weitere Produktmassen - beispielsweise bei einer Streifenkur (Basiskur mit einem Vitalzusatz) - gleichzeitig ausgebracht werden können. Auch kann der Doppelkammerbehälter 2.3 mit einem nicht dargestellten angesetzten Mischaufsatz bei gleichzeitigem Wegfall einer Auftragedüse vorgesehen werden.
Durch die Erfindung ergeben sich u.a. folgende Vorteile:

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Applikator mit einer Aufnahme für einen elastischen Behälter und zum Entnehmen eines flüssigen Produkts aus dem Behälter über eine Öffnung durch äußere Druckbeaufschlagung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (5) als ein erster Schenkel (6) und dass ein zweiter Schenkel (7) als ein Ausdrückschenkel (8) für die Druckbeaufschlagung ausgestaltet ist, wobei beide Schenkel (6,7) an einem Ende (9) mit einem Gelenk (10) verbunden sind.
2. Applikator nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (5) muldenartig ausgestaltet ist.
3. Applikator nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (5) an einem entgegengesetzten Ende (11 ) des Gelenks (10) eine düsenartige Applikationsspitze (12,12.1 ) zur Aufnahme eines fingerartigen Entnahmeabschnitts (4) des Behälters (2) aufweist.
4. Applikator nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Applikationsspitze (12) als eine Mulde (15) zum Einlegen und zur Aufnahme des fingerartigen Entnahmeabschnitts (4) ausgestaltet ist.
5. Applikator nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ende der Applikationsspitze (12) mit einer kugelartigen Verrundung (16) versehen ist.
6. Applikator nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste und der zweite Schenkel (6,7) jeweils einteilig ausgestaltet ist.
7. Applikator nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste und der zweite Schenkel (6,7) aus Kunststoff (17) besteht.
8. Applikator nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Schenkel (6) als eine Unterschale (18) und der zweite Schenkel (7) als ein Hohlteil (19) ausgestaltet ist.
9. Applikator nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens der zweite Schenkel (7) mit einer Griffhilfe (20) versehen ist.
10. Applikator nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Behälter (2) mit einem fingerartigen Entnahmeabschnitt (4) versehen ist.
11. Applikator nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Behälter (2) ein Schlauchbeutel (2.1) vorgesehen ist.
12. Applikator nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (2) in einem Extrusionsblasverfahren hergestellt ist.
13. Applikator nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (2) als eine Tube (2.2) ausgestaltet ist.
14. Applikator nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (2) mit einem Abreißverschluss (14) versehen ist.
15. Applikator nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (2) für eine Anwendung beziehungsweise Portion vorgesehen ist.
16. Applikator nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Produkt (3) ein kosmetisches Produkt, insbesondere ein haarkosmetisches Produkt vorgesehen ist.
17. Applikator nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Behälter (2) ein Doppelkammerbehälter (2.3) vorgesehen ist.
