Description

Diese Dosierpistole mit mechanischer Betätigung ist zur Entleerung von Schlauchbeuteln und Kar­ tuschen geeignet.
Die Kolbenstange 1 besitzt einen Kolben 2 zur Entleerung von Schlauchbeuteln 3 und auf der an­ deren Seite einen Kolben 4 zum Entleeren von Kartuschen. Diese beiden Kolben werden bei Verwen­ dung von Kartuschen getauscht.
Die Fig. 1 zeigt diese Pistole in der Anwendung zur Entleerung von Schlauchbeuteln 3 durch den Kolben 2.
Die Fig. 2 zeigt den Kolben 2 in vergrößerter Darstellung. Der Kolbenkörper 20 ist aus hartem Material (Kunststoff oder Metall) gefertigt. In die Ringnut 21 ist ein aus elastischem Kunst­ stoff bestehender Kolbenring 22 eingelegt. Die im Kolben 2 eingelegte Mutter 23 dient zur Befestigung des Kolbens auf der Kolbenstange 1.
Die Fig. 3 zeigt die Pistole in der Ausführung zur Entleerung von Kartuschen 5.
Die beiden Kolben 2 und 4 können ohne Werkzeug getauscht werden. Der Kolben 2 kann entfernt werden, in dem der Kolben 4, welcher aus hartem Kunststoff oder Metall besteht, abgeschraubt wird. Mit seinem Außensechskant 24 wird er in den Innensechskant 25 des Kolbens 2 eingeführt und löst diesen von der Kolbenstange 1.

Claims (4)

1. Dosierpistole für Schlauchbeutel und Kartuschen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Kolben­ stange (1) die Kolben (2) und (4) angebracht sind.
2. Dosierpistole nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekenn­ zeichnet, daß der Kolben (2) eine Ringnut (21) besitzt, in der ein aus elastischem Kunststoff bestehender Kolbenring (22) eingelegt ist.
3. Dosierpistole nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekenn­ zeichnet, daß der Kolben (2) einen Innensechs­ kant (25) besitzt.
4. Dosierpistole nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekenn­ zeichnet, daß der Kolben (2) einen Außen­ sechskant (26) besitzt.
