Description

Beispiel:
21,2 kg Tolidin werden in bekannter Weise in die Tetrazoverbindung übergeführt, welche man alsdann in eine bis zum Schlufs durch Soda alkalisch gehaltene Lösung von 66 kg Amidonaphtoldisulfosäure einlaufen läfst. Es bildet sich zuerst ein blauschwarzer Niederschlag, welcher sich nach einiger Zeit zum Theil mit blauer Farbe löst. Nach ca. zwölfstündigem Stehen unter Rühren wärmt man an und fällt den Farbstoff mittelst Kochsalz völlig aus. Derselbe färbt Baumwolle im Salzoder Seifenbade rein blau.
Ersetzt man das Tolidin durch die äquivalente Menge Dianisidin oder Diphenetidin, so entstehen Farbstoffe von wesentlich grünstichigerer Nuance, während der unter Anwendung von Benzidin gebildete Farbstoff einen blauvioletten Ton besitzt.
Pateνt-Ansprüche:
1. Verfahren zur Darstellung substantiver Disazofarbstoffe, darin bestehend, dafs man ι Molecül der Tetrazoverbindung eines p-Diamins mit 2 Molecülen der α, a4-Amidonaphtol-a2 β,-disulfosäure combinirt.
2. Die speciellen Ausführungsformen des durch Anspruch 1 geschützten Verfahrens, darin bestehend, dafs man 1 Molecül der Tetrazoverbindung des Benzidins, Tolidins, Dianisidins oder Diphenetidins mit 2 Molecülen der α, a4-Amidonaphtol-a2 β,-disulfosäure combinirt.

  1. KAISERLICHES
    PATENTAMT
    Die Erfindung betrifft die Darstellung direct färbender Disazofarbstoffe unter Anwendung derjenigen OL1 a4-Amidonaphto"ldisulfosäure, welche erhalten wird, indem man in die in der Patentschrift Nr. 40571 erwähnte Ci1 - Naphtylamina2 a4-disulfosäure eine weitere Sulfogruppe einführt und das erhaltene Sulfurirungsproduct alsdann mit Alkalien verschmilzt, und welche als eine A1 a4-Amidonaphtol-a2 β,-disulfosäure anzusehen ist. (Französische Patentschrift Nr. 228397, englische Patentschrift Nr. 2984/93, vergl. auch Moniteur scientifique 1893 Choix de brevets, Seite 300.)
    Gewisse gemischte Farbstoffe aus einer mit der eben erwähnten isomeren Säure, nämlich der α, α4 - Amidonaphthol-ß2 ßs-disulfosäure, welche ungeheizte Baumwolle mit gedeckter blauschwarzer Nuance färben, sind bereits bekannt geworden.     Die Farbstoffe aus der in dem beanspruchten Verfahren zur Verwendung gelangenden Säure zeichnen sich nun1 vor ähnlichen Producten des Handels und speciell vor den entsprechenden Combinationsproducten aus der vorgenannten isomeren Säure durch gröfsere Reinheit der Nuance aus; sie besitzen überdies eine ziemliche Beständigkeit gegen Luft, Licht, Säure und Alkalien.
