Description

  • Gegenstand der Erfindung ist seine Sicherung für Holzschrauben, die dadurch erzielt wird, daß in den Schraubengängen sperrklinkenartige Aussparungen angebracht sind.
  • Die bekannten Holzschfauberi haben den Nachteil, daß sie sich mit der Zeit von selbst lösen. Dieser Nachteil wirkt sich insbesondere bei Spezialschrauben für Eisenbahnschwellen aus, die durch eine selbsttätige Lockerung den Eisenbahnverkehr gefährden.
  • Zur Abwendung dieser Nachteile werden gemäß der Erfindung sperrklinkenartige Aussparungen in den Schraubengängen angebracht, die so ausgebildet, sind, daß sie das Festziehen der Schraube nicht behindern, während sie durch einen scharfen Sperrzacken das Lösen verhüten.
  • In der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung beispielsweise an einer Spezialschr.eube für Eisenbahnschwellen dargestellt.
  • Wie ersichtlich, haben die Schraubengänge eine sperrklinkenartige Aussparung a, die so ausgebildet ist, daß bei Rechtsdrehung der Schraube ein sanfter Anstieg b die -Drehung nicht behindert und ,bei Linksdrehung (Lockerung) der Schraube ein scharfer Sperrzacken c zur Wirkung kommt. Sobald die Schraube in das Holz eingeschraubt wird, dringen die Holzfasern in die Aussparung ein und geben der Schraube einen Halt gegen selbsttätiges Lösen: Auch bei sehr großen Beanspruchungen kann sich die Schraube nicht lösen. Die Sperrklinke kann an jeder Seite der Schraube angebracht werden. Es kann auch eine andere Form der Aussparung gewählt werden, die die gleiche Sperrklinkenwirkung ausübt.

  1. PATENTANSPRÜCHE: i. Sicherung für Holzschrauben, gekennzeichnet durch sperrklinkenattig wirkende Aussparungen (a) an den Gewindegängen des Schraubenschaftes. z. Sicherung nach Anspruch i, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aussparungen (a) an einer oder an mehreren Seiten des Schraubenschaftes vorgesehen sind.
