Claims (22)
1. Kunststoffrohr mit einem inneren Kern und einer äußeren Schutzschicht, bei dem
die Abmessungen des Rohres und der Schutzschicht so sind, dass das Verhältnis von äußerem Durchmesser des Rohres
zu Dicke der Schutzschicht mindestens 70, vorzugsweise mindestens 10 0 beträgt, und
die Kohäsionsfestigkeit der äußeren Schutzschicht, ausgenommen irgendwelcher Schwächungslinien, zumindest an den
Enden des Rohres größer ist als die Festigkeit der Klebeverbindung zwischen der äußeren Schutzschicht und dem inneren
Kern.
2. Kunststoffrohr mit einem inneren Kern und einer äußeren
Schutzschicht, bei dem
die Haftung zwischen dem inneren Kern und der äußeren Schutzschicht bei 0 0C so ist, dass bei einem B50 Schlagtest
gemäß CEN TC155W1 081(291) Druckschriftenhinweis 155N696E
beim Brechen der äußeren Schutzschicht und Bilden eines Risses dieser an der Grenzschicht von äußerer Schicht und
innerem Kern aufgehalten wird.
3. Kunststoffrohr mit einem inneren Kern und einer äußeren
Schutzschicht, bei dem
das Kunststoffrohr eine Schlagfestigkeit von mehr als
150 Nm bei einem B50 Schlagtest gemäß CEN TC155W1 081(291),
Druckschriftenhinweis 155N696E, gemessen bei 0 0C hat und
wobei die Kohäsionsfestigkeit der äußeren Schutzschicht, ausschließlich irgendwelcher Schwächungslinien, zumindest an
den Enden des Rohres größer ist als die Stärke der Klebeverbindung zwischen der äußeren Schutzschicht und dem inneren
Kern.

4. Kunststoffrohr nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei
dem die Haftung zwischen der äußeren Schutzschicht und dem inneren Kern im Bereich von 0,2 bis 0,5 N/mm liegt, gemessen
mit einem Schältest wie vorstehend beschrieben.
5. Kunststoffrohr nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei
dem der innere Kern Polyethylen enthält.
6. Kunststoffrohr nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei
dem die äußere Schutzschicht ein Propylenhomo- oder -copolymer enthält.
7. Kunststoffrohr nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei
dem der innere Kern im Wesentlichen frei von Antioxidationsmitteln und/oder UV-Stabilisatoren ist.
8. Kunststoffrohr nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei
dem die äußere Schutzschicht einen Titandioxidfüllstoff enthält.
9. Kunststoffrohr nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei
dem die äußere Schutzschicht eine Dicke im Bereich von 0,3 bis 0,5 mm hat.
10. Kunststoffrohr nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei
dem das Verhältnis von äußerem Durchmesser des Rohres zur Dicke der Schutzschicht im Bereich von 150 bis 400 liegt.
11. Kunststoffrohr nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei
dem die Kohäsionsfestigkeit der äußeren Schutzschicht im Bereich von 15 MPa bis 25 MPa liegt.

15. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Kunststoffrohres, das einen
inneren Kern und eine äußere Schutzschicht aufweist, durch Koextrudieren von geschmolzenen Kunststoffmaterialien, die
den inneren Kern und die äußere Schutzschicht bilden, aus einer Extruderdüse, Zusammenbringen des geschmolzenen
Plastikmaterials während dieses noch erwärmt ist, gestatten einer Abkühlung, so dass beim Abkühlen die äußere Schutzschicht
zumindest an den Enden des Rohres vom inneren Kern abgeschält werden kann, um die Oberfläche des inneren Kerns
für das Elektroschmelzschweißen freizulegen.
16. Verfahren nach Anspruch 15, bei dem der innere Kern Polyethylen
und die äußere Schutzschicht ein Propylenhomo- oder -copolymer enthält.
17. Verfahren nach Anspruch 15 oder 16, bei dem die Kunststoffmaterialien
im Druckbereich einer Extruderdüse in Berührung miteinander gebracht werden.
18. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 17, bei dem der innere Kern und die äußere Schutzschicht bei einer Temperatur
von 150 0C bis 220 0C zusammengeführt werden.
19. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 18 wie im Wesentlichen
im Beispiel beschrieben.
20. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 19 wie im Wesentlichen
beschrieben.
21. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verbindung in einem Kunststoffrohr
gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14 oder Verbindung von zwei Kunststoffrohren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis

14, bei dem die äußere Schutzschicht vom zu verbindenden
Bereich oder zu verbindenden Bereichen des Rohres abgeschält wird, ein Elektroschmelzkoppler über den freigelegten Bereich
oder die freigelegten Bereiche des Rohres oder der Rohre gebracht wird und der Elektroschmelzkoppler zum Verschweißen
des Bereichs oder der Bereiche des Rohres oder der Rohre aktiviert wird.
22. Elektroschmelzverbindung hergestellt nach dem Verfahren gemäß
Anspruch 21.
