Description
KAISERLICHES
PATENTAMT.
Die Erfindung besteht in der Darstellung gemischter Disazofarbstoffe, welche als Componenten
die y-Amidonaphtolmonosulfosäure (Patente Nr. 53076 und 62964) und die ß-Oxynaphtoesäure
(Schmp. 216°) enthalten.
Die Farbstoffe färben ungeheizte Baumwolle im alkalischen oder salzhaltigen Bade tief indigoblau
bis schwarzviolett und zeichnen sich durch ihre bedeutende Färbekraft aus; die mit denselben
erzielten Farben besitzen eine hervorragende Beständigkeit, namentlich gegen Licht
und Luft.
Beispiel für die Herstellung dieser Farbstoffe: Man diazotirt 24,4 kg Dianisidin in bekannter
Weise mit 14 kg Nitrit und läfst die Lösung der Tetrazoverbindung in eine durch Soda
alkalisch gehaltene Lösung von 26 kg Amidonaphtolsulfosäure G einlaufen. Die Bildung der
Zwischenverbindung, welche sich als schwarzer unlöslicher Niederschlag ausscheidet, ist sofort
beendet. Zu der Zwischenverbindung wird eine Lösung von 19 kg ß-Oxynaphtoesäure
in 12 kg Natronlauge gegeben und nach vollendeter Farbbildung aufgekocht, durch Zusatz
von Salzwasser der Farbstoff abgeschieden, filtrirt, geprefst und getrocknet.
Der Farbstoff färbt ungeheizte Baumwolle im alkalischen Bade tief indigoblau.
Ersetzt man das Dianisidin durch Tolidin, so entsteht ein etwas rotheres Product, während
die Nuance der entsprechenden Benzidin-Combination eine mehr schwarzviolette ist.
Claims (1)
- Patent-Anspruch:Verfahren zur Darstellung direct färbender gemischter Disazofarbstoffe gemäfs Patent Nr. 57857, darin bestehend, dafs man die Tetrazoverbindungen des Benzidins, Tolidins oder Dianisidins zuerst mit 1 Mol. γ-Amidonaphtolmonosulfosäure (Patente Nr. 53076 und 62964) combinirt und die entstandenen Zwischenproducte alsdann auf 1 Mol. ß-Oxynaphtoesäure (Schmp. 216°) einwirken läfst.
