Claims (12)

94 116 105.1 Patentansprüche
1) Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Magneten, welches umfaßt: Einfüllen einer Preßmasse (15), die Magnetpulver enthält, in eine Gummiform (10), bei der zumindest der Seitenabschnitt (10s) aus Gummi besteht, innerhalb oder außerhalb einer Formstanzmaschine, die mit einem oberen Stanzstempel (la), einem Filter (34) und einem Wasserabsaugkanal (36) versehen ist, der im oberen Stanzstempel (la) ausgebildet ist; Anordnen des Filters (34) zwischen dem oberen Stanz-Stempel (la) und dem offenen oberen Abschnitt der Gummiform (10); und Pressen der Gummiform (10) und der Preßmasse (15), wodurch das Lösungsmittel durch den Filter (34) und den Wasserabsaugkanal (36) abgesaugt wird.
2) Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Magneten nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Innenseite der Gummiform (10) vor oder nach dem Einfüllen der Preßmasse einer Entgasungsbehandlung im Vakuum (13 2) unterzogen wird.
3) Herstellungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, wobei die Gummiform (10) mindestens eine Oberseite und eine Unterseite umfaßt, wobei zumindest die Oberseite oder die Unterseite eine Dicke (t, Einheit mm) aufweist, die durch t<16h/D definiert wird (h ist die Dicke des Grünlings und D ist die positive Quadratwurzel der Querschnittsfläche des Grünlings und D 2h).
4) Herstellungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Gummiform (10) mindestens eine Oberseite und eine Unterseite umfaßt, wobei zumindest die Oberseite oder die Unterseite eine Dicke (t, Einheit mm) aufweist, die durch t>16h/D definiert wird (h ist die Dicke des Grünlings und D ist die
positive Quadratwurzel der Querschnittsfläche des Grünlings und 2D h).
5) Herstellungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, wobei die Gummiform (10) einen Dorn (10m) umfaßt, der härter als die Außenabschnitte (10s,k) der Gummiform (10) ist.
6) Herstellungsverfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Herstellung des Grünlings auf einer Kreisfläche (2a) erfolgt, die gedreht wird, und worin die Gummiform (10) befestigt ist.
7) Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines Grünlings, welche umfaßt: eine Einrichtung zum Einfüllen mit hoher Dichte, die eine Aufgabeeinrichtung (42) zur Zufuhr des Pulvers in die Gummiformen (10) oder einer Ladeeinrichtung (125) des vorläufig gepreßten Pulvers und eine Einrichtung (41, 121, 212, 225, 228, 231) zur Erhöhung der Fülldichte des Pulvers umfaßt; eine Formstanzmaschine; und eine Einrichtung (64) zur Entnahme des Grünlings aus jeder Gummiform (10).
8) Vorrichtung zur Hertstellung eines Grünlings nach Anspruch 7, die außerdem einen Magnetfeldgenerator (4a) umfaßt.
9) Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines Grünlings nach Anspruch 7 oder Anspruch 8, die außerdem eine Kammer umfaßt, die im Inneren eine Inertgasatmosphäre aufweist, und wobei die Teile der Vorrichtung darin angeordnet sind.
10) Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines Grünlings nach Anspruch 7 oder Anspruch 8, die außerdem eine Kreisfläche (2a) umfaßt, die gedreht wird und in der die Gummiformen bestigt sind, und entlang der die Teile der Vorrichtung nacheinander angeordnet sind.
11) Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines Grünlings nach Anspruch 7 oder Anspruch 8, die außerdem umfaßt: einen geraden Durchgang zum getrennten Anordnen der Teile der Vorrichtung entlang dieses Durchganges, eine Schiene und eine sich hin- und herbewegende Einrichtung zur Hin- und Herbewegung einer Palette (202), auf der die Gummiform lösbar befestigt ist.
12) Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines Grünlings nach Anspruch 7 oder Anspruch 8, wobei die Teile der Vorrichtung an jedem Scheitelbereich oder Seitenbereich der Einrichtung (232) zum Halten der Form angeordnet sind, die die Konfiguration eines gleichseitigen oder schiefwinkligen Polygons aufweist, und die Paletten (202), die die Gummiformen tragen, außerdem in einer Linearbewegung zwischen den benachbarten Stellen {A,B,C und D) der Teile befördert werden.
