Description
ist in Anspruch genommen.
Die Erfindung betrifft . ein Verfahren zur
Herstellung von Estern organischer Säuren und besteht darin, daß man Alkohole auf. die
Sulfate von Säureamiden der allgemeinen Formel
R1CXH2H2SO4
ίο einwirken läßt, wobei R1 entweder Wasserstoff
oder ein substituiertes oder unsubstituiertes ! organisches Radikal der aliphatischen, iso- |
R1-C — NH2H2SO4 + R2 — OH
O
Bei der Umsetzung bildet sich kein Was- ! ser, welches die Veresterung beeinträchtigen '
könnte, und man kann daher von den sonst bei der Herstellung von Estern üblichen Zu
sätzen wasserbindender Mittel absehen.
i. 143,1 g saures Formamidsulfat werden
unter Kühlen mit 46,06 g Äthylalkohol übergössen. Nachdem die nach einiger Zeit einsetzende
Reaktion vorüber ist, wird auf ungefähr 50° C erwärmt. Aus der Reaktionsmasse
zyklischen oder heterozyklischen Reihe bedeutet. Als Alkohole kommen in Betracht
Alkohole der aliphatischen, aromatischen und heterozyklischen Reihe. Die Reaktion verläuft
außerordentlich glatt unter Wärmeentwicklung, so daß man vorteilhaft das Gemisch
zu Beginn der Reaktion abkühlt, während man zur vollständigen Durchführung
gegen Ende derselben nur gelinde anzuwärmen braucht.
Die Umsetzung vollzieht sich nach der Gleichung:

wird der Ameisensäureäthylester abdestilliert. Die Ausbeute ist fast die theoretische.
2. 58 g Allylalkohol werden mit 143,1 g
saurem Formamidsulfat gemischt. Die Mischung wird nach ungefähr einstündigem Stehen unter Kühlen auf etwa 6o° erwärmt.
Das gebildete Allylformiat von 83 bis 840 C Siedepunkt wird abdestilliert.
3. ι Mol. Benzylalkohol wird zu 1 MoI.
saurem Acetamidsulfat gegeben und die Mischung auf 70 bis 8o° C gehalten. Das
.Reaktionsgemisch wird mit Eiswasser und
dann mit verdünnter Natriumbicarbonatlösung gewaschen und schließlich destilliert. Der
erhaltene Benzylessigsäureester siedet bei 215 bis 2160C. -
4. ι Mol. saures Formamidsulfat wird mit
ι Mol. Glycerin zur Einwirkung gebracht. Es entsteht der Glycerinrnonoameisensäureester.
5. 6Oji g Propylalkohol und 121,1 g saures
Benzamidsulfat werden während 6 Stunden auf 90 bis 95° C erwärmt. Das Reaktionsgemisch wird mit kaltem Wasser und darauf
mit einer verdünnten Lösung von Natriumbicarbonat gewaschen, getrocknet und destilliert,
um den Propylbenzoesäureester zu gewinnen.
Die zur Durchführung der Reaktion erforderlichen Säureamidsulfate lassen sich in
einfachster Weise dadurch herstellen, daß man Schwefelsäürernonohydrat (H2SO4IH2O) auf
die entsprechenden Nitrile zur Einwirkung bringt. Die Wasseranlagerung zur Bildung
der Säureamide geht dabei schon in der Kälte vor sich; gegebenenfalls kann man
durch gelindes Erwärmen die Reaktion fördem. Die sich bildenden sauren Säureamidsulfate
scheiden sich nach einigem Stehen aus dem Gemisch aus. Zur Durchführung der Reaktion genügt es, molekulare Mengen
der Reäktäonskomponenten zusammenzubringen. Es wurde dabei gefunden, daß die
Wasseraufnahme zur Bildung des Säureamides durch den Zusatz von Halogenwasserstoff
oder Halogeniden, z. B. Salzsäure, Ammoniumchlorid, Natriumfluorid, salzsaures Anilin
o. dgl., begünstigt wird. Schon durch kleine Mengen dieser Halogenide wird die zur
Durchführung der Reaktion erforderliche Zeit bedeutend herabges^tzt.
6. 27 g Blausäure werden unter Kühlen
in 116,1 g H2SO4-H2O eingetragen. Nach
längerem Stehen scheiden sich Kristalle aus, bis nach ungefähr 7 Tagen die ganze Mischung
fest geworden ist und sich in weiße Kristalle von saurem Formamidsulfat verwandelt
hat. .
7. 71 g Acetaldehydcyanhydrin. und 116,ig
Schwefelsäuremonohydrat werden unter Kühlen gemischt. Zu der gebildeten homogenen
Lösung werden 0,2 g Natriumfluorid gegeben und während 8 Stunden auf 700 erwärmt.
Bei längerem Stehen wird die Mischung fest. Die weiße Kristallmasse besteht aus saurem
milchsaurem Amidsulfat.
8. ι ΜόΙΓ Benzonitril und 1 Mol. Schwefelsäuremonohydrat
werden unter Kühlen gemischt und 0,2 g salzsaures Anilin der Mischung
zugegeben. Es wird langsam auf 750
erwärmt, wobei sich die Reaktionsmasse in saures Benzamidsulfat umwandelt.
In ,manchen Fällen ist auch die Verdünnung
des Gemisches mittels inerter, an der Reaktion nicht teilnehmender flüssiger Mittel,
z. B. Kohlenstofftetrachlorid, zur Durchführung der Reaktion vorteilhaft.

- Patentanspruch:Verfahren zur Herstellung von Estern organischer Säuren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man Alkohole auf saure Säureamidsulfate einwirken läßt.
