Description

Tyrosin Agar-Medium und Pepton-Hefeextrakt-Eisen-Agar-Medium: positiv - (7) Brauchbare Kohlenstoffquellen:
positiv: D-Fructose, D-Glucose, D-Mannitol, D-Rhamnose und Saccharose,
schwach positiv: L-Arabinose, Inositol, Raffinose und D-Xylose.
Enzymwirkung: Es wird eine Reaktion katalysiert, bei der ein Mol Glutaminsäure, ein Mol Sauerstoff und ein Mol Wasser zu einem Mol α-Ketoglutarsäure, einem Mol Ammoniak und einem Mol Wasserstoffperoxid umgesetzt werden, gemäß der nachstehenden Formel (I)

Claims (6)
- (i) Substrat-Spezifizität: L-Glutaminsäure,
- (ii) Enzym-Wirkung: Es wird eine Reaktion katalysiert, bei der ein Mol L-Glutaminsäure, ein Mol Sauerstoff und ein Mol Wasser zu einem Mol α-Ketoglutarsäure, einem Mol Ammoniak und einem Mol Wasserstoffperoxid umgesetzt werden, gemäß nachstehender Formel
- (i) einen isoelektrischen Punkt bei pH 4,3 (ermittelt mittels Träger-Ampholyt pH 3,5-6,0),
- (ii) einen Km-Wert für L-Glutamat von 5,6 × 10-4 M,
- (iii) ein pH-Wirkungsoptimum bei etwa pH 5-7,5,
- (iv) eine Hitzebeständigkeit bis 55°C, und
- (v) eine pH-Stabilität von pH 4,5-7,5
- (i) einen isoelektrischen Punkt bei pH 4,1 (ermittelt mittels Träger-Ampholyt pH 3,5-6,0),
- (ii) einen Km-Wert für L-Glutamat von 1,1 × 10-3 M,
- (iii) ein pH-Wirkungsoptimum bei pH 5-7,5,
- (iv) eine Hitzebeständigkeit bis 55°C, und
- (v) eine pH-Stabilität von pH 4-7,5
