Description
Die F i g. 5(b) bis 5(d) zeigen die Spannungsverläufe der Gate-Spannungen Vg/, Ve/+1 und Vc^andery-ten Gate-Elektrode bis zur (j + 2)-ten Gate-Elektrode, die in Sequenz abgetastet werden. Im ungeradzahligen Zyklus haben die Impulse der angelegten Gate-Spannung eine Impulsbreite, die mit der Impulsbreite der positiven Impulse der Source-Spannung übereinstimmt, während im geradzahligen Zyklus die Breite der Gate-Impulse der Impulsbreite der negativen Impulse der Source-Spannung entspricht. Die positiven und negativen Impulse werden jeweils während der ungeradzahligen und der geradzahligen Zyklen zugeführt.
Claims (1)
- Patentanspruch: Flüssigkristall-Anzeigematrix mit— einem ersten Substrat, welches eine Dünnfilmtransistor-Anordnung mit mehreren Gate-Leitungen sowie mehreren dazu senkrecht verlaufenden Source-Leitungen aufweist, wobei an jedem zwischen den Gate- und den Source-Leitungen gebildeten Schnittpunkt je ein Dünnfilmtransistor vorgesehen ist,— einem eine Gegenelektrode tragenden zweiten Substrat,— mit einem zwischen der Dünnfilmtransistor-Anordnung und der Gegenelektrode eingefügten Flüssigkristallmaterial,— mit einer Ansteuerschaltung zur sequentiellen Abtastung der Anzeigematrix und zur Zuführung von Spannungsimpulsen an eingeschaltete Bildpunkte, deren Polarität nach jedem Abtastzyklus wechselt,
