Claims (6)
- PatentansprücheVerfahren zur Herstellung eines biologisch abbaubaren Schaums aus vernetztem Polyurethan durch Umsetzung von Wasser mit einem endständige Isocyanatgruppen aufweisenden Polyurethanvorpolymeren mit einer Isocyanatfunktionalität von mehr als 1 unter Verwendung von 6,5 bis 390 Mol Wasser je Mol Isocyanatgruppen des Vorpolymeren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man ein Vorpolymeres verwendet, das sich von einem Polyol-Reaktionsteilnehmer oder Polyol-Reaktionsteilnehmern ableitet, die aus einem Hydroxyesterpolyol bestehen oder ein solches Polyol enthalten, das in der Hauptkette, welche die mit Isocyanat reagierenden Gruppen des Polyols trennt, mindestens eine Estergruppe enthält.
- 2. Verfahren nach Anspruch T, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vorpolymere etwa 3 bis 100 Gew.% Hydroxyesterpolyol mit endständigen Isocyanatgruppen und etwa 97 bis 0 % Polyoxyäthylenpolyol mit endständigen Isocyanatgruppen und einer Isocyanatfunktionalität von 2 enthält.
- 3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der sich von Polyolen ableitende Anteil des Vorpolymeren ein Gewichtsmittel des Molekulargewichts von etwa609885/107 4-2A-200 bis etwa 20.000 und eine Hydroxylfunktionalität von etwa 2 bis etwa 8 aufweist.
- 4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Hydroxyesterpolyol aus dem Veresterungsprodukt einer Hydroxysäure mit einem mehrwertigen Alkohol besteht.
- 5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Verschäumung in Gegenwart eines oberflächenaktiven Mittels bewirkt.
- 6. Nach Anspruch 1 bis 5 hergestellter Schaum für die Absorption von Flüssigkeiten bei der inneren und äußeren Anwendung auf den menschlichen Körper.sch:kö609885/1074
