Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue substituierte Oxime sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung dieser Verbindungen.
Die Erfindung betrifft insbesondere substituierte Oxime der allgemeinen Formel I

worin R^ und R2, die gleichartig oder verschieden sein können,
einen Alkylrest bedeuten und R3 ein Wasserstoffatom oder einen
Alkylrest darstellt, wobei die Gruppen R^, R2 und R-, insbesondere
Methyl-, Äthyl-, Propyl-, Isopropyl- oder Dutyl-Reste bedeuten
können.
Die erfinduncjsgeniäßen Verbinduncjen besitzen bemerkenswerte pesticide
Eigenschaften, insbesondere biocide, bactericide und/

' - 2 oder fungicide Wirkungen.
Die bactericiden Eigenschaften dieser Verbindungen können durch Untersuchungen gezeigt werden, die in Gegenwart von Materialien,
wie Papierbrei und Harzklebstoff, durchgeführt werden unter Bedingungen, die analog zu den in der Praxis verwendeten sind.
Die fungiciden Eigenschaften der Verbindungen der allgemeinen
Formel I können durch Untersuchungen an Septoria nodorum gezeigt
werden. Beispiele dieser Untersuchungen sind weiter unten angegeben.
Das Verfahren zur Herstellung der Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I, das ebenfalls Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung
ist, ist wesentlichen dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man ein Carbalkoxychlorformaldoxim
der allgemeinen Formel II

worin R^ die oben angegebene Bedeutung besitzt, in Gegenwart
einer organischen Base mit einem Reagens, das die Carbamid-Gruppierung vorbildet, der allgemeinen Formel

worin der zweiwertige Rest Z eine Gruppe =N—Rp oder
^NR2R3
bedeutet, worin Rp und Rp die oben angegebenen Bedeutungen besitzen
und X ein Chlor- oder Bromatom darstellt, umsetzt und das gewünschte Oxim isoliert.
Die verwendete organische Base ist vorzugsweise Triäthylamin, Triäthylendiamin, N-Methylpiperidin, Pyridin, Trimethylamin,
M-Methylpyrrolidin oder Chinolin.
In einer besonders bevorzugten Aiuführungsform verwendet man
als Derivat der allgemeinen Formel III ein Alkylisocyanat oder

- 3 ein Ν—mono- oder —di—substituiertes Carbamoylchlorid.
Das .als Ausgangsprodukt des Verfahrens verwendete Carbalkoxychloroformaldoxim
kann in analoger Weise zu dem von Gleen S. Skinner et coil. [j.Am.Soc, 46_, 738 (1924)] beschriebenen
Verfahren erhalten werden.
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft auch pesticide Zusammensetzungen,
insbesondere biocide, bactericide und/oder fungicide Zusammensetzungen, die als aktiven Wirkstoff mindestens eine
Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel I und gegebenenfalls ein oder, mehrere andere pesticide Mittel enthalten.
Diese Zusammensetzungen können in Form von Stäubepulvern, Suspensionen,
Emulsionen oder Lösungen vorliegen, die zusätzlich zu den aktiven Wirkstoffen kationische, anionische oder nichtionische oberflächenaktive Mittel, inerte Pulver, wie Talkum,
Tone, Silicate, Kieselgur etc., ein Trägermaterial, wie Wasser, Alkohole, Kohlenwasserstoffe oder andere organische Lösungsmittel,
mineralische, tierische oder pflanzliche Öle, enthalten können.
Die Erfindung erstreckt sich auch auf ein Verfahren zur Schädlingsbekämpfung,
insbesondere auf ein Verfahren zur Bekämpfung von Mikroorganismen, Bakterien und/oder Fungi, das dadurch gekennzeichnet
ist, daß man zur Zerstörung der Mikroorganismen Zusammensetzungen verwendet, die als aktiven Wirkstoff mindestens
eine der Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I enthalten.
Das folgende Beispiel soll die vorliegende Erfindung weiter erläutern,
ohne sie jedoch zu beschränken.
0-(N-Methylcarbamoyl)-carbäthoxychlorformaldoxlm
Man gibt 30,2 g Carbäthoxychloroformaldoxim, das nach dem Verfahren,
das von Gleen S. Skinner et coil. [J.Am.Soc, 4£, 738,
(1924)] beschrieben ist, hergestellt sein kann, 30 ecm Methylisocyanat
und eine Spur Triäthylamin in 300 ecm Tetrahydrofuran.

Man bringt dann 4 Stunden zum Rückflußsieden und dampft dann
zur Trockne ein. Man erhält.so ein farbloses Öl, das man durch Zugabe von Isopropyläther verfestigt. Die Kristalle werden abgesaugt,
mit Isopropyläther gewaschen und unter vermindertem Druck getrocknet. Man erhält so 21 g O-(N-Methylcarbamoyl)-carbäthoxychlorformaldoxim
in Form von weißen Kristallen, die in Chloroform löslich, in Äthanol, Benzol und Methyläthylketon
wenig löslich und in Isopropyläther unlöslich sind. F = 94°C.
Analyse; CgH9ClN2O4 = 208,60
Berechnet: C 34,55 H 4,35 Cl 16,99 N 13,43 % Gefunden: 34,6 4,3 17,2 13,4 %
Soweit bekannt, ist diese Verbindung in der Literatur nicht beschrieben
worden.
Untersuchung der biociden Eigenschaften von 0-(N~MethylcarbamoyD-carbäthoxychlorformaldoxim
Man stellt 9,7 1 Papierbrei mit einer Konzentration von 12,5 g/l her, gibt 200 ecm 2%-igen Harzklebstoff hinzu und bewirkt einen
Befall mit 100 ecm eines Inokulums von Aerobacter aerogenes und inkubiert dann unter Rühren bei 35°C.
Am zweiten Tag führt man eine erste Zählung der Keime durch
und behandelt dann durch direkte Zugabe des zu untersuchenden Produktes in Konzentrationen von 50, 25, 12,5 und 6,25 ppm,
stellt dann das Niveau mit sterilem Wasser wieder ein und führt Keimzählungen 1 Stunde, 4 Stunden, 7 Stunden und 23 Stunden
nach dieser Behandlung erneut durch.
Am dritten Tag zählt man die Keime, stellt das Niveau erneut
mit sterilem Wasser ein, bewirkt einen erneuten Befall des Breies mit 100 ecm eines Inokulums von Aerobacter und führt die
Zählungen 1 Stunde, 4 Stunden, 7 Stunden und 23 Stunden nach der erneuten Verunreinigung fort. Die Ergebnisse sind in Prozentsätzen
der antibakteriellen Wirksamkeit angegeben.

Diese Ergebnisse zeigen, daß 0-(N-Methylcarbamoyl)-carbäthoxychlorformaldoxim
eine sehr interessante cide Wirksamkeit aufweist.
Untersuchung der funqiciden Wirkung von O-(N-MethylcarbamoYl)-carbäthoxychlorformaldoxim
Die fungicide Wirkung des untersuchten Produktes wird durch Behandlung von Getreidekörnern, die von Septoria nodorum befallen
sind, nachgewiesen. Die Behandlung wird an 25 befallenen Körnern in Form einer Bestäubung durchgeführt in einer Dosis,
die 80 g des aktiven Wirkstoffs pro Zentner entspricht. Dann läßt man die Körner bei 5°C keimen. Ein Parallel-Versuch
wird durch Behandlung mit Methoxyäthylquecksilbersilicat bei

einer Dosis, die 3 g Quecksilber pro Zentner entspricht, durchgeführt.
Die erhaltenen Ergebnisse sind in der folgenden Tabelle zusammengefaßt.

Verfahren zur Herstellung der Verbindungen gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man ein Carbalkoxychlorformaldoxim der allgemeinen FormelCl 0t ItHO-N=C - C-OR1worin R1 die oben angegebene Bedeutung besitzt, in Gegenwart einer organischen Base mit einem Reagens dsr allgemeinen FormelZ=C = Oworin der zweiwertige Rest Z die Gruppe =N-Rp oderNR3R3bedeutet und Rp und R3 die oben angegebenen Bedeutungen besitzen und X ein Chlor- oder Bromatom darstellt, umsetzt und das gewünschte Oxim isoliert.
- 4.) Pesticide Zusammensetzungen, wie biocide, bactericide und/ oder fungicide Zusammensetzungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie als aktiven Wirkstoff mindestens eine Verbindung gemäß Anspruch 1 zusammen mit gegebenenfalls einem oder mehreren anderen Pesticiden enthalten.109883/19745·) Verfahren zur Bekämpfung von Schädlingen, wie zur Bekämpfung von Mikroben, Bakterien und/oder Pilzen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man zur Bekämpfung der Mikroorganismen eine Zusammensetzung gemäß Anspruch 4 verwendet.10988 3
