Description
Claims (11)
Bilden eines zwischen Preßkörper-Isolierschichten (11) angeordneten Substratlaminats mit einem Kondensator (19), wobei die Preßkörper-Isolierschichten jeweils aus einem bei niedriger Temperatur gemeinsam brennbaren kera mischen Isoliermaterial bestehen, wobei der Kondensator (19) aus einer dielektrischen Preßkörperschicht (12), die aus bei niedriger Temperatur gemeinsam brennbarem kerami schen dielektrischen Material besteht, und aus die di elektrische Schicht (12) in Sandwich-Struktur umgebenden Elektrodenleitern (15) besteht;
jeweiliges Laminieren von Schutz-Preßkörperbögen (13), die bei der Brenntemperatur für das Substrat nicht gesintert werden, an beide Seiten des Substratlaminats;
Brennen des Substratlaminats mit den Schutz- Preßkörperbögen (13) bei der Brenntemperatur für das Substrat, während daran normal zu einer freien Oberfläche eines der Schutz-Preßkörperbögen (13) Druck angelegt wird, wobei der Druck im Bereich zwischen 2 und 20 kgf/cm² liegt; und
Entfernen der Schutz-Preßkörperbögen (13) von bei den Seiten der gebrannten zusammengebauten Anordnung, um dadurch das mehrschichtige Keramiksubstrat mit dem inte gral eingebauten Kondensator (19) herzustellen.
Bilden eines zwischen Preßkörper-Isolierschichten (11) angeordneten Substratlaminats mit einem Kondensator (19), wobei die Preßkörper-Isolierschichten jeweils aus einem bei niedriger Temperatur gemeinsam brennbaren kera mischen Isoliermaterial bestehen, wobei der Kondensator (19) aus einer dielektrischen Preßkörperschicht (12), die aus bei niedriger Temperatur gemeinsam brennbarem kerami schen dielektrischen Material besteht, und aus die di elektrische Schicht (12) in Sandwich-Struktur umgebenden Elektrodenleitern (15) besteht;
jeweiliges Laminieren von Schutz-Preßkörperbögen (13), die bei der Brenntemperatur für das Substrat nicht gesintert werden, an beide Seiten des Substratlaminats;
Brennen des Substratlaminats mit den Schutz- Preßkörperbögen (13) bei der Brenntemperatur für das Substrat, während daran normal zu einer freien Oberfläche eines der Schutz-Preßkörperbögen (13) Druck angelegt wird, wobei der Druck im Bereich zwischen 2 und 20 kgf/cm² liegt; und
Entfernen der Schutz-Preßkörperbögen (13) von bei den Seiten der gebrannten zusammengebauten Anordnung, um dadurch das mehrschichtige Keramiksubstrat mit dem inte gral eingebauten Kondensator (19) herzustellen.
