M 68 588 ITb/12 o) beschriebenen Perfluoralkansulfonsäarefluoralkylester
sind wirksame PluoralkylierungSÄLttel
für nucleophile Verbindungen.
Erfindungsgtmäsß v/ird ein Verfahren zur Pluoralkylierung
nucleophiler Verbindungen vorgeschlagen, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, das. man einen
nucleophilen Reaktionspartner mit einer Uucleophilitätekonstante
oberhalb von 1 mit einem Sulfon säureester der allgemeinen Formel (R^SO)

Bin Gemisch aus 3»0 Teilen (0,05 Mol) Xthylendiamint JO Yolumenteilen trockenem Benzol
und 33»2 Teilen TrifluormethansulfonegureTl,l-dihydroperfluorbutyleeter
wird auf RückfluBetemperatur

erhitzt und allmählich innerhalb von 20 Minuten mit 10,1 Teilen (0,10 Mol) Triäthylamin versetzt· Nachdem
eine weitere Stunde unter Rückfluss·erhitzt worden ist, ist die Lösung homogen geworden* Sie
wird dann abgekühlt und zweimal mit" Wasser gewaschen. Die Benstiphase wird getiocknet und eingeengt und
der Rückstand destilliert, wobei Κ,ΙΓ'-ΒΙβ-ζΙ,Ι-αΙ-hydroperfluorbu.tyl)-äthylendiamin
vom Kp. 97-100° C/ 15 mm ag und n-j * 1,3282 erhalten wird.

Bine Lösung von 3,3 Teilen des Enamins
aus Cyclohexanon und Piperidin in 50 Volumenteilen
1,2-Dimethoxyäthan wird in einem geeigneten. G-efäss zu 4,68 Teilen Trifluormethansulfonsäure-l,l,7-trihydroperfiuorheptylester
gegeben und das Gemisch unter Rühren 4 Stunden auf Rückflusstemperatur erhitzt»
Unter Kühlung werden dann zu dem Gemisch 10 Toluoenteile konzentrierte Salzsäure gegeben, wonach
auf Bie gegossen und mit Äther extrahiert wird. Die ätherische Lösung wird mit W&sser und 10 ^ie~r wässriger
Hatriumbicarbonatlösung gewaschen, getrocknet und eingeengt. Bei der Destillation des Rückstandes
wird 2-(l*,1»,7'-Trihydroperfluorheptyl)-cyclohexanon
vom Kp. 100-110 C/20 mm erhalten, das ein 2,4-Dinitrophenylhydrason
vom Fp. 143-1450 C liefert.
Andere Enamine, die in der folgenden Tabelle III genannt sind, lieferten bei Umse1,^ung mit
Perfluoralkansulfonsäureestern unter Anwendung entsprechender Mengenverhältnisse die folgenden neuartigen
fluorierten Carbonylverbindungen:

Phoaphonsäuredialkyldster lassen eich leicht su den

düngen sind als Korrosionsinhibitoren, oberflächenaktive
Kittel und als Zusätze für Öle brauchbar.
Die folgenden Beispiele dienen der weiteren Erläuterung^der Herstellung von Halogeniden,
tertiären Aminen und niederen Alkyläthern. Diese Beispiele zeigen ferner, dass die hier verwendeten
Beter den bekannten Perfluoralkaneulfonsäurealkyl-
und -arylestern in bezug auf die Reaktionsgeschwindigkeiten
in unerwarteter Weise überlegen sind.
Di« Kethanolys«geschwindigkeit von Trifluormethaneulfone*ur«-l,l-dihydroperfluoräthylester
wird nach üblichen Verfahren bei 100° C verfolgt
und aus den erhaltenen Daten die Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit skonst ante für die Reaktion J..Ordnung zu

der Kethanolyae bei 100° O beträgt etwa 4»4
Stunden. Tür andere hoehfluorierte Perfluoralkansulfonsäurealkylester

Bei Tersuchen zur Bestimmung der Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit
von Trifluormethansulfonsäure-1,1-dihydroperfluoräthylester
mit Jodjdonen in Aceton bei 25° 0 wurde gefunden, dass die Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit
skonsta&te der Reaktion 2«Ordnung etwa
0,0149 + 0,003 Liter .Mol"1.Sek."1 beträgt. Die Geschwindigkeitekonstante
für die Umsetzung von 1,1-Dihydroperfluoräthylbroiiid
mit «fodidionen ist aus

Bedingungen extrapolierbar. Man findet, das : sie etwa 5 Sröesenordnungen, d.h. 100 000-mal, kleiner
ist.

Die Umsetzung der Perfluoralkansulfönsäureester mit Alkalisalzen der p-Toluolsulfonsäure und
von anderen substituierten und unsutri-tituierten
Arylsulfoneäuren führt zu Estern der aromatischen Säuren·

Teile TrifluoraethanRulfonaäure-l.l-dihydroperfluorbutyl«
et er werden in 8 Yolumenteilen Dimethylformamid gelöst, und die lösung wird auf 120° C erhitzt. Es
findet eine heftige Umsetzung statt, wonach das Eeaktionsgeaisch noch eine weitere halbe Stunde auf
Rückflussteaperatur erhitzt und sodann abgekühlt und
in kaltes Wasser gegossen wird. Die wäesrige Suspension wird mit Ither extrahiert und die organische
Phase mit Salzlösung gewaschen, über wasserfreiem Magnesium«ulfat getrocknet und eingeengt. Das zurückblitbende
öl wird bei 65-75° C und 1 mm Hg destilliert, ,

Irfcer anderer fluorierter Oarbinole mit
Aryleulfoneäuren werden nach dem gleichen Terfahren
unter Terwendung von ilkalisalzen der gewünschten substituierten bzw. unsubstituierten Arylsulfonsäure
erhalten. Dies bietet eine bequeme Möglichkeit zur Modifizierung von Farbstoffen, die 3uf\pneäuregruppen
enthalten» um diesen Farbstoffen zumindest eine geringe Löslichkeit in Fluorkohlenstofflösungsmittein zu
erteilen.
Sin Oemiafh au· 25 teilen frifluormethanaulfoneättre-l,l-dihYdroperfiuoroetylester und 10
Seil«! laliumthiooyaaat in 80 Tolumenteilen Isopropanol wird 4 Stunden auf Rückfluß3temperatur erhitzt.
Fach dem Abkühlen werden die Lösung und der niederschlag, in einen Überschuss Wasser gegossen, und der
organische ffiedersohlag wird abgetrennt und unter
vermindertem Druck bei 50° C getrocknet. Bei Umkriatallisation aua einem Gemisch von Xther und Petroläther wird 1,l»Bihydroperfluoroctylthiocyanat
vcw Fp. etwa 63-66° 0 erhalten»

Dieses neuartige fluorierte Thiocyanat iet ein. typisches Beispiel für eine Eeihe von Verbindungen*
die erhalten werden, wenn andere Perfluoralkansulfensäureester
der Formel (R^SO2OCH2)2Q
"bei dem obigen Verfahren eingesetzt werden. Diese
Thiocyanate sind als Zwischenprodukte zur Umwandlung
in 1,1-Dihydroperf luoralkylschv/ef elverbindun^ en
brauchbar.
Dieses Beispiel erläutert die Herstellung Ton Dihydroperfluoralkylhydrazinen. Üin Gemisch von
26,6 !eilen Trifluormethansulfonsäure~l,l-dihyäroperfluoroctylester,
5 Teilen 95 i>xgen. Hydrazin und
75 Volumenteilen Isopropanol wird unter Ruinen 3 Stunden auf Rückflusstemperatur erhitzt, wonach
das Reaktionsgemirch in Wasser &&got.sen. wird. Die
Lösung wird mit Äther extrahiert· Der Ätherextrakt
wird mit Salzlösung gewaschen und getrocknet. Beim Sättigen der ätherischen Lösung mit wasserfreiem
Chlorwasserstoff scheidet sich 1,1-Dihydroperfluoroctylbydrazinh;·
dro chlor id ab, das bei etwa 231-233°

wird durch 10 ',Jige wäsa±£e Natronlauge
freigesetzt. Das öl hat einen Kp· von 73-75°C/5 mm Hg.
Berechnet für C8P15H5IT2 t C 23,3$ P 69,0;
Befunden χ C 23,2; P 6c,1,
WeiJi das obige Verfahren unter Verwendung anderer
hochfluorierter Perfluoralansulfensäureester wiederholt
wird, erhält man andere Hydrazine der Reihe Q (CJH2HHNH2)J1. Substituierte Hydrazine, wie z.B. Phenylhydrazin
und dgl·, sind bei dem obi&en Verfahren ebenfalls eineetzbar und liefern Hydrazine der Reihe
Q(CHpBHHHR) , wobei R einen unsubßtituierten oder
eulastituierten AUkirl-^ Aryl- oder Aralkylrest bedeutet,
wie durch folgende Tabelle TI erläutert wird.

Claims (5)
1. Verfahren zur Pluoralkylierung nucleophiler
Verbindungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man einen nucleophilen Eeaktionspartner mit einer
Hucleophilitätskonstante oberhalb von 1 mit einem
Sulfonsäureester der allgemeinen formel (R-SOaOCH2) Q1
in der R- einen perfluorierten Alkylreet mit 1 bis
8 Kohlenstoffatomen, Q einen hochfluorierten Alkylrest
mit der Valenz hl, der mindestens 44 Grevr.-^
fluor enthält» und m 1 oder 2 bedeutet, in praktisch stöchiooetrischen Kengen in einem mit beiden Umsetzungeteilnehmern
verträglichen Beaktionsmedium umsetzt.
2. Terfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man als nucleophilen Reaktionspartner das Anion einer Aryloxyverbindung verwendet.
