Die Erfindung betrifft die Zusammensetzung von Mineralschmierölen, die in der Schmierölbasis lösliche Molybdänblauarten enthalten. Die Herstellung dieser Molybdänblauarten ist Gegenstand der Patentanmeldung I 9637 IVb/12n.
Es wurde gefunden, daß Lösungen der erwähnten Molybdätiblauarten in Mineralölen bereits die Eigenschaften von Hochdruckzusätzen besitzen. Diese Eigenschaften werden durch Zusatz einer organischen schwefelhaltigen Verbindung, die sich unter den Bedingungen der Hochdruckschmierung zersetzen und die Fällung einer Schwefelverbindung des Molybdäns auf der Oberfläche der in Bewegung befindlichen Metallteile hervorrufen kann, noch verbessert. Als Schwefelverbindungen kommen Alkyl- oder Arylsulfide, Alkyl- oder Arylsulfide oder Xanthogenate, ζ. B. Benzylsulfid, Benzyldisulfid, Amylxanthogensäurebenzylester oder Glycol-bis-(benzylxanthogensäureester), in Betracht.
Es kann auch vorteilhaft sein, diesen so erhaltenen Produkten geeignete chlorierte Verbindungen, beispielsweise chloriertes Paraffin oder penta- oder hexachlorierte tert .-Butylbenzole zuzusetzen.

Ein Mineralöl S. A. E. 30, das 1 Gewichtsprozent des erfindungsgemäßen, mit Hilfe von Diäthylamidodidodecylphosphat hergestellten Molybdänblaus (berechnet

In der Tabelle II sind die Ergebnisse zusammengestellt, die ri'lt dem gleichen Mineralöl S. A. E. 30, aber nach Zusatz von 1,5 Gewichtsprozent mit Hilfe von Diathylamido-didecylphosphat hergestelltem Molybdänblau und 2 Gewichtsprozent Glycol - bis - (benzylxanthogensäureester) erhalten werden.

Claims (3)

Patentansprüche·.
1. Mineralschmieröl, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehalt an in der Schmierölbasis löslichen Molybdänblauarten.
2. Mineralschmieröl nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es außerdem eine als Zusatz zu Schmiermitteln an sich bekannte schwefelhaltige, bei den Reibungstemperaturen der Hochdruckschmierung sich zersetzende Verbindung, beispielsweise ein Alkyl- oder Arylsulfid, ein Alkyl- oder Aryldisulfid oder ein Xanthogenat, enthält.
3. Mineralschmieröl nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es außerdem eine als Zusatz zu Schmiermitteln an sich bekannte chlorierte Verbindung, beispielsweise chlorierte Paraffine oder ein polychloriertes tert.-Butylbenzol, enthält.
