Komponente (1): ein Olefinpolymerisationskatalysator, der ein Reaktionsprodukt aus den folgenden Rohmaterialien umfasst: ein Magnesiumdialkoxid, TiCL4, eine Elektronendonatorverbindung A und eine Elektronendonatorverbindung B;
wobei die Elektronendonatorverbindung A eine Sulfonylverbindung ist, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus:

Komponente (2): ein aluminiumorganische Verbindung ausgewählt aus Trimethylaluminium, Triethylaluminium, Trioctylaluminium und Alkylaluminiumhaliden;
wobei das Verhältnis der Komponente (1) zur Komponente (2) 10 zu 1000 bezüglich des Molverhältnisses von Aluminium zu Titan ist.

Komponente (2): ein aluminiumorganische Verbindung ausgewählt aus Trimethylaluminium, Triethylaluminium, Trioctylaluminium und Alkylaluminiumhaliden;
wobei das Verhältnis der Komponente (1) zur Komponente (2) 10 zu 1000 bezüglich des Molverhältnisses von Aluminium zu Titan ist.
Description
- TECHNISCHES GEBIET
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen einen Olefinpolymerisationskatalysator enthaltenden kombinierten Katalysator, der zu dem technischen Gebiet der Olefinpolymerisationskatalysatoren gehört.
- Stand der Technik
- Mit kontinuierlicher Verbesserung und Innovation von Herstellungsverfahren der Olefin-Polymerisation werden höhere Anforderungen an die Leistung von Olefinpolymerisationskatalysatoren vorgeschlagen: bessere Teilchenmorphologie, höhere Polymerisationsaktivität, bessere Stereospezifität und bessere Wasserstoffansprechbarkeit. Der aus Magnesiumdialkoxid zubereitete Polyolefin-Katalysator weist beim Katalysieren von Propylen-Polymerisation eine hohe Aktivität auf und das resultierende Polypropylen hat Vorteile wie gute Teilchenmorphologie und hohe Isotaktizität. Durch Anpassen der internen Elektronendonatorverbindung, die während der Synthese des Katalysators hinzugefügt wird, kann ein Ziel des Anpassens der Katalysatorleistung und der Leistung des Polymerisationsprodukts erreicht werden.

CN1653092A offenbart einen Katalysator, der durch das Behandeln von Magnesiumethoxid mit Siliciumtetrachlorid, gefolgt von Hinzufügen von interner Elektronendonatorverbindung auf Diether- oder Diesterbasis und darauffolgendem Umsetzen mit Titantetrachlorid zubereitet wird. Der auf diese Weise zubereitete Katalysator weist beim Katalysieren von Propylen-Polymerisation als eine Komponente eines kombinierten Katalysators akzeptable Katalysatoraktivität auf, weist jedoch eine niedrige Polymer-Isotaktizität und einen hohen Feinpulvergehalt auf.CN1735632A offenbart die Verwendung einer nichtaromatischen internen Elektronendonatorverbindung auf Diesterbasis und den Versuch, verschiedenen Typen externer Elektronendonatorverbindungen zu verwenden; die Katalysatoraktivität ist verbessert, es bleibt jedoch das Problem der niedrigen Polymer-Isotaktizität und ein übermäßig hoher Feinpulvergehalt. -
CN102603932A offenbart einen Katalysator für Olefinpolymerisation, der durch tropfenweises Hinzufügen einer aus einer Elektronendonatorverbindung auf Diesterbasis und einer Elektronendonatorverbindung auf Dietherbasis mit Magnesiumethoxid und Toluol gebildeten Suspension in eine Titantetrachlorid-Lösung in Toluol im Syntheseverfahren zubereitet wird. Der Katalysator weist hohe Polymerisationsaktivität, eine hohe Schüttdichte des Polymers und einen geringen Feinpulvergehalt auf, die Stereospezifität scheint jedoch normal zu sein. - Aus der
EP 2 345 675 A1 sind Olefinpolymerisationskatalysatoren bekannt, die aus einem Magnesiumchlorid-Ethanol-Addukt, Titantetrachlorid und zwei Elektronendonatoren bestehen. - In der
EP 0 268 685 A1 wird offenbart, dass es aufgrund des Chlorgehalts des Katalysatoren zu Korrosionsproblemen kommen kann und somit zu verschlechterten Produkteigenschaften der erhaltenen Polymere. Deshalb schlägt diese Druckschrift die Verwendung von Magnesiumdiethoxid anstelle von Magnesiumchlorid vor. - KURZDARSTELLUNG DER ERFINDUNG
- Um das oben erwähnte technische Problem zu lösen, ist Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ein einen Olefinpolymerisationskatalysator enthaltender kombinierter Katalysator gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 7. Der Katalysator der vorliegenden Erfindung weist eine hohe Aktivität und eine gute Stereospezifität auf, und das zubereitete Polymer weist eine gute Teilchenmorphologie und wenig Feinpulver auf. Der erfindungsgemäße kombinierte Katalysator umfasst als Komponente (1): einen Olefinpolymerisationskatalysator, der ein Reaktionsprodukt aus den folgenden Rohmaterialien umfasst: Magnesiumdialkoxid, TiCL4, eine Elektronendonatorverbindung A und eine Elektronendonatorverbindung B;

- die Elektronendonatorverbindung B in einer Menge von 0,01 bis 1 Mol bezüglich 1 Mol Magnesium im Magnesiumdialkoxid verwendet wird; und
- die Titanverbindung in einer Menge von 0,5 bis 100 Mol bezüglich 1 Mol Magnesium im Magnesiumdialkoxid verwendet wird;
- Komponente (2): ein aluminiumorganische Verbindung ausgewählt aus Trimethylaluminium, Triethylaluminium, Trioctylaluminium und Alkylaluminiumhaliden;
- wobei das Verhältnis der Komponente (1) zur Komponente (2) 10 zu 1000 bezüglich des Molverhältnisses von Aluminium zu Titan ist.
- Im oben erwähnten Olefinpolymerisationskatalysator kann die Sulfonylverbindung allein oder in Kombination verwendet werden; bei Verwendung in Kombination können die Verbindungen in jedem Verhältnis gemischt werden.
- Im oben beschriebenen Olefinpolymerisationskatalysator ist die Elektronendonatorverbindung B, eine Carbonsäureesterverbindung oder eine Dietherverbindung.
- Im oben beschriebenen Olefinpolymerisationskatalysator beinhaltet die Carbonsäureesterverbindung vorzugsweise monovalente oder polyvalente aliphatische Carbonsäureester und aromatische Carbonsäureester. Besonders bevorzugt beinhaltet die Carbonsäureesterverbindung Benzoate, Phthalate, Malonate, Succinate, Gluturate, Pivalate, Carbonate und dergleichen. Insbesondere kann sie Ethylbenzoat, Diethylphthalat, Di-n-butylphthalat, Diisobutylphthalat, Di-n-octylphthalat, Diisooctylphthalat, Diethylmalonat, Dibutylmalonat, Diethyl-2,3-diisopropylsuccinat, Di-n-butyl-2,3-diisopropylsuccinat, Diisobutyl-2,3-diisopropylsuccinat, Dimethyl-2,3-diisopropylsuccinat, Diisobutyl-2,2-dimethylsuccinat, Diisobutyl-2-ethyl-2-methylsuccinat, Diethyl-2-ethyl-2-methylsuccinat, Diethyladipat, Dibutyladipat, Diethylsebacat, Dibutylsebacat, Diethylmaleat, Di-n-butylmaleat, Diethylnaphthalendicarboxylat, Dibutylnaphthalendicarboxylat, Triethyltrimellitat, Tributyltrimellitat, Tributylhemimellitat, Triethylhemimellitat, Tetraethylpyromellitat und Tetrabutylpyromellitat beinhalten.
- Im oben genannten Olefinpolymerisationskatalysator kann die Carbonsäureesterverbindung allein oder in Kombination verwendet werden; bei Verwendung in Kombination können die Verbindungen in jedem Verhältnis gemischt werden.
- Im oben beschriebenen Olefinpolymerisationskatalysator beinhaltet die Dietherverbindung vorzugsweise 1,3-Dietherverbindung. Besonders bevorzugt beinhaltet die Dietherverbindung in
CN1042547 A undCN1041752A offenbarte 1,3-Dietherverbindungen - Im oben genannten Olefinpolymerisationskatalysator kann die Dietherverbindung allein oder in Kombination verwendet werden; bei Verwendung in Kombination können die Verbindungen in jedem Verhältnis gemischt werden.
- Im oben beschriebenen Olefinpolymerisationskatalysator ist das Magnesiumdialkoxid vorzugsweise aus einer Gruppe bestehend aus Magnesiumdimethoxid, Magnesiumdiethoxid, Magnesiumdipropoxid, Magnesiumdibutoxid, Magnesiumdihexyloxid, Magnesiumdioctyloxid, Magnesiumdiphenoxid, Magnesiumdicyclohexyloxid und dergleichen ausgewählt. Das Magnesiumdialkoxid kann allein oder in Kombination verwendet werden; bei Verwendung in Kombination können die Magnesiumdialkoxide in jedem Verhältnis gemischt werden. Besonders bevorzugt ist das Magnesiumdialkoxid Magnesiumdiethoxid.
- Gemäß einer bestimmten Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung wird der Olefinpolymerisationskatalysator bevorzugt durch Verwenden des Magnesiumdialkoxids als Träger und eines inerten Lösemittels als Dispergiermittel, In-Kontakt-Bringen mit der Titanverbindung, dann In-Kontakt-Bringen mit der Elektronendonatorverbidung A und der Elektronendonatorverbindung B und erneutes In-Kontakt-Bringen mit der Titanverbindung hergestellt.
- Im oben beschriebenen Olefinpolymerisationskatalysator ist das inerte Lösemittel vorzugsweise aus einer Gruppe bestehend aus Hexan, Heptan, Octan, Decan, Benzol, Toluol und Xylol ausgewählt und wird in einer Menge von 0,5 bis 100 Mol bezüglich 1 Mol Magnesium im Magnesiumdialkoxid verwendet. Besonders bevorzugt wird es in einer Menge von 1 bis 50 Mol bezüglich 1 Mol Magnesium im Magnesiumdialkoxid verwendet. Das inerte Lösemittel kann allein oder in Kombination verwendet werden; bei Verwendung in Kombination können die Lösemittel in jedem Verhältnis gemischt werden.
- Bei der Herstellung des Olefinpolymerisationskatalysators der vorliegenden Erfindung werden die Rohmaterialien gewöhnlich bei einer Temperatur von -50 °C bis 180 °C, vorzugsweise -20 °C bis 150 °C während einer Kontaktzeit von 5 Minuten bis zu 10 Stunden, vorzugsweise 10 Minuten bis zu 5 Stunden in Kontakt gebracht. Die Reihenfolge der in Kontakt zu bringenden Rohmaterialien unterliegt keiner besonderen Einschränkung, beispielsweise können die Rohmaterialien bei Vorhandensein (Verdünnung) des inerten Lösemittels in Kontakt gebracht werden oder können im Voraus vor dem In-Kontakt-Bringen mit dem inerten Lösemittel verdünnt werden. Die Anzahl der Kontakte unterliegt keiner besonderen Einschränkung und der Kontakt kann einmal ausgeführt werden oder kann mehrere Male ausgeführt werden solange das Verhältnis zwischen der Gesamtmenge jedes Rohmaterials die oben genannten Einschränkungen der vorliegenden Erfindung einhalten kann. Der feste Katalysator, der durch die Kontaktreaktion oben erzielt wird, kann mit inertem Lösemittel gewaschen werden, beispielsweise jeweils Hexan, Heptan, Octan, Decan, Benzol, Toluol oder Xylol oder einem Gemisch. Vorzugsweise wird Toluol und/oder Hexan zum Waschen verwendet. Die Menge des zum Waschen verwendeten inerten Lösemittels und der Zeitpunkt und die Anzahl der Waschvorgänge unterliegen keinen besonderen Einschränkungen und können vom Fachmann auf herkömmliche Weise eingestellt werden. Nach dem Waschen kann ein Trockenvorgang durchgeführt werden und die Trocknungstemperatur und -zeit sind nach dem Stand der Technik üblich.
- Gemäß einer bestimmten Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung wird der Olefinpolymerisationskatalysator besonders bevorzugt anhand des folgenden Verfahrens hergestellt:
- Mischen des Magnesiumdialkoxids mit dem inerten Lösemittel, um eine Suspension zu erhalten, Hinzufügen von Titantetrachlorid) zu der Suspension, darauffolgendes Hinzufügen der Elektronendonatorverbindung A zu dieser, um sie über einen Zeitraum in Kontakt zu bringen, Trennen der Flüssigkeit vom Feststoff, In-Kontakt-Bringen des getrennten Feststoffs mit der Titanverbindung und der Elektronendonatorverbindung B in Gegenwart des inerten Lösemittels über einen Zeitraum, erneutes Trennen der Flüssigkeit vom Feststoff, Waschen des Feststoffs mit dem inerten Lösemittel, dann erneutes In-Kontakt-Bringen des Feststoffs mit der Titanverbindung über einen Zeitraum und schließlich Waschen des Feststoffs mit dem inerten Lösemittel und Trocknen des Feststoffs, um den Olefinpolymerisationskatalysator zu ergeben.
- Der Olefinpolymerisationskatalysator der vorliegenden Erfindung wird durch Verwenden des Magnesiumdialkoxid als Träger, Umsetzen mit der Titanverbindung im inerten Lösemittel als Dispergiermittel, dann In-Kontakt-Bringen mit der Sulfonylverbindung als interner Elektronendonator und mindestens einer Carbonsäureester- und/oder Dietherverbindung, gefolgt von In-Kontakt-Bringen mit der Titanverbindung hergestellt. Der Katalysator weist eine hervorragende Allgemeinleistung auf, wenn er zum Katalysieren der Olefinpolymerisation, insbesondere der Propylen-Polymerisation verwendet wird.
- Die vorliegende Erfindung richtet sich, wie schon dargestellt, auf einen kombinierten Katalysator für die Olefinpolymerisation vor, der die folgenden Komponenten umfasst:
- Komponente (1): den oben erwähnten Olefinpolymerisationskatalysator;
- Komponente (2): eine aluminiumorganische Verbindung ausgewählt aus Trimethylaluminium, Triethylaluminium, Trioctylaluminium und Alkylaluminiumhaliden;
- wobei das Verhältnis der Komponente (1) zur Komponente (2) 10 zu 1000, vorzugsweise 20 zu 500 bezüglich des Molverhältnisses von Aluminium zu Titan ist.
- Gemäß einer bestimmten Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung, umfasst der kombinierte Katalysator für die Olefinpolymerisation ferner vorzugsweise Komponente (3): eine siliciumorganische Verbindung mit der allgemeinen Formel L1L2Si(OL’)2, wobei L1 und L2 identisch oder unterschiedlich sind und jeweils aus einer Gruppe bestehend aus C1-C20-Alkyl, C3-C20-Cycloalkyl und C3-C20-Aryl ausgewählt sind, L' C1-C4-Alkyl ist; wobei das Verhältnis der Komponente (2) zur Komponente (3) 4 zu 40 bezüglich des Molverhältnisses von Aluminium zu Silicium ist.
- Die drei oben genannten Komponenten können getrennt aufbewahrt und dann bei der Olefinpolymerisationsreaktion zum Katalysieren der Polymerisationsreaktion zusammengebracht werden.
- Im oben erwähnten kombinierten Katalysator wird die aluminiumorganische Verbindung ausgewählt aus Trimethylaluminium, Triethylaluminium, Trioctylaluminium und Alkylaluminiumhaliden wie Diethylaluminiumchlorid, Diisobutylaluminiumchlorid und Ethylaluminiumdichlorid ausgewählt, und Triethylaluminium ist besonders bevorzugt. Die aluminiumorganische Verbindung kann allein oder in Kombination verwendet werden; bei Verwendung in Kombination können die Verbindungen in jedem Verhältnis gemischt werden.
- Im oben erwähnten kombinierten Katalysator ist die siliciumorganische Verbindung vorzugsweise aus einer Gruppe bestehend aus Trimethylmethoxysilan, Trimethylethoxysilan, Trimethylphenoxysilan, Dimethyldimethoxysilan, Dimethyldiethoxysilan, Methylcyclohexyldimethoxysilan, Methylcyclohexyldiethoxysilan, Diphenyldimethoxysilan, Diphenyldiethoxysilan, Phenyltrimethoxysilan, Phenyltriethoxysilan und Vinyltrimethoxysilan ausgewählt. Die siliciumorganische Verbindung kann allein oder in Kombination verwendet werden; bei Verwendung in Kombination können die Verbindungen in jedem Verhältnis gemischt werden.
- Der erfindungsgemäße kombinierte Katalysator weist beim Katalysieren der Olefin-Polymerisation, insbesondere der Propylen-Polymerisation, eine hohe Aktivität, eine gute Stereospezifität und eine hervorragende Gesamtleistung auf und ermöglicht ein Polymer mit guter Teilchenmorphologie und wenig Feinpulver, das zur Entwicklung von Polyolefinklassen geeignet ist.
- AUSFÜHRLICHE BESCHREIBUNG DER AUSFÜHRUNGSFORMEN
- Um die technischen Eigenschaften, Gegenstände und vorteilhaften Wirkungen der vorliegenden Erfindung besser zu verstehen, werden die technischen Lösungen der vorliegenden Erfindung unten ausführlich beschrieben.
- Evaluierungsverfahren:
- (1) Die Aktivität des Katalysators wird durch Teilen der Masse des Polymerisationsprodukts durch die Masse des Katalysators berechnet;
- (2) der Titangehalt im Katalysator wird unter Verwendung von ICP/AES bestimmt;
- (3) der Isotaktizitätindex (II) des Polymers wird durch ein Extraktionsverfahren mit kochendem n-Heptan bestimmt;
- (4) die Schmelzfließrate (MFR) des Polymers wird gemäß der Norm GB/T3682-2000 festgestellt;
- (5) die Schüttdichte (BD) des Polymers wird anhand eines Verfahrens des Gewichts des Schüttguts pro Einheitsvolumen festgestellt.
- Beispiel 1
- Dieses Beispiel sah einen Olefinpolymerisationskatalysator vor, der anhand des folgenden Verfahrens zubereitet wurde:
- in ein 300-ml-Reaktionsgefäß mit wiederholter Substitution durch hochreinen Stickstoff wurden 10 g Magnesiumdiethoxid (d(0,5): 32µm, SPAN Wert: 0,9) und 80 ml Toluol geladen, um eine Suspension vorzubereiten, und auf 0 °C gekühlt;
- 20 ml Titantetrachlorid wurden zu der Suspension hinzugefügt und dann langsam auf 80 °C erwärmt; 0,01 Mol eines internen Elektronendonators, N-m-chlorphenyl-bis(trifluormethylsulfonyl)amine wurde hinzugefügt, eine halbe Stunde lang bei der Temperatur umgesetzt und dann 2 Stunden lang umgesetzt, als die Reaktionstemperatur auf 110 °C erhöht wurde; die Flüssigkeit wurde durch Filtern unter Druck entfernt, dann wurden 80 ml Toluol, 20 ml Titantetrachlorid und 0,01 Mol eines internen Elektronendonators hinzugefügt, Di-n-butylphthalat wurde hinzugefügt und 2 Stunden lang bei 110 C umgesetzt; die Flüssigkeit wurde durch Filtern unter Druck entfernt und der Feststoff wurde bei 80 °C drei Mal mit 100 ml Toluol gewaschen und dann mit 20 Vol.-% Toluollösung von Titantetrachlorid bei 110 C 1 Stunde lang behandelt; schließlich wurde der Feststoff bei 80 °C drei Mal mit 100 ml Toluol und bei 40 °C fünf Mal mit 100 ml Hexan in Reihenfolge gewaschen und das resultierende Feststoffprodukt wurde getrocknet, um den Olefinpolymerisationskatalysator dieses Beispiels zu erhalten.
- Beispiel 2
- Dieses Beispiel sah einen Olefinpolymerisationskatalysator vor, der anhand eines Verfahrens hergestellt wurde, das mit dem in Beispiel 1 im Wesentlichen übereinstimmt, nur mit der Ausnahme, dass die Menge des hinzuzufügenden internen Elektronendonators N-m-chlorphenyl-bis(trifluormethylsulfonyl)amin in 0,015 Mol geändert wurde.
- Beispiel 3
- Dieses Beispiel sah einen Olefinpolymerisationskatalysator vor, der anhand eines Verfahrens hergestellt wurde, das mit dem in Beispiel 1 im Wesentlichen übereinstimmt, nur mit der Ausnahme, dass die Menge des hinzuzufügenden internen Elektronendonators N-m-chlorphenyl-bis(trifluormethylsulfonyl)amin in 0,005 Mol geändert wurde.
- Beispiel 4
- Dieses Beispiel sah einen Olefinpolymerisationskatalysator vor, der anhand eines Verfahrens hergestellt wurde, das mit dem in Beispiel 1 im Wesentlichen übereinstimmt, nur mit der Ausnahme, dass der interne Elektronendonator Di-n-butylphthalat in Diiosobutylphthalat mit der gleichen zusätzlichen Menge geändert wurde.

- Dieses Beispiel sah einen Olefinpolymerisationskatalysator vor, der anhand eines Verfahrens hergestellt wurde, das mit dem in Beispiel 1 im Wesentlichen übereinstimmt, nur mit der Ausnahme, dass der interne Elektronendonator N-m-chlorphenyl-bis(trifluormethylsulfonyl)amin in N-phenyl-bis(trifluormethylsulfonyl)amin mit der gleichen zusätzlichen Menge geändert wurde.
- Beispiel 7
- Dieses Beispiel sah einen Olefinpolymerisationskatalysator vor, der anhand eines Verfahrens hergestellt wurde, das mit dem in Beispiel 1 im Wesentlichen übereinstimmt, nur mit der Ausnahme, dass der interne Elektronendonator N-m-chlorphenylbis(trifluormethylsulfonyl)amin in N-methoxyphenyl-bis(trifluormethylsulfonyl)amin mit der gleichen zusätzlichen Menge geändert wurde.
- Beispiel 8
- Dieses Beispiel sah einen Olefinpolymerisationskatalysator vor, der anhand eines Verfahrens hergestellt wurde, das mit dem in Beispiel 1 im Wesentlichen übereinstimmt, nur mit der Ausnahme, dass der interne Elektronendonator N-m-chlorphenyl-bis(trifluormethylsulfonyl)amin in N-ethyl-bis(trifluormethylsulfonyl)amin mit der gleichen zusätzlichen Menge geändert wurde.
- Beispiel 9
- Dieses Beispiel sah einen Olefinpolymerisationskatalysator vor, der anhand eines Verfahrens hergestellt wurde, das mit dem in Beispiel 1 im Wesentlichen übereinstimmt, nur mit der Ausnahme, dass der interne Elektronendonator N-m-chlorphenyl-bis(trifluormethylsulfonyl)amin in N-hexyl-bis(trifluormethylsulfonyl)amin mit der gleichen zusätzlichen Menge geändert wurde.
- Vergleichsbeispiel 1
- Dieses Vergleichsbeispiel sah einen Olefinpolymerisationskatalysator vor, der anhand des folgenden Verfahrens zubereitet wurde:
- in ein 300-ml-Reaktionsgefäß mit wiederholter Substitution durch hochreinen Stickstoff wurden 10 g Magnesiumdiethoxid (d(0,5): 32µm, SPAN Wert: 0,9) und 80 ml Toluol geladen, um eine Suspension vorzubereiten, und auf 0 °C gekühlt;
- 20 ml Titantetrachlorid wurden zu der Suspension hinzugefügt und dann langsam auf 80 °C erwärmt; 0,01 Mol eines internen Elektronendonators, Di-n-Butylphthalat wurden hinzugefügt und nach Aufwärmen auf 110 C 2 Stunden lang umgesetzt; die Flüssigkeit wurde durch Filtern unter Druck entfernt und der Feststoff wurde bei 80 °C drei Mal mit 100 ml Toluol gewaschen und dann mit 20 Vol.-% Toluollösung von Titantetrachlorid bei 110 C 1 Stunde lang behandelt; schließlich wurde der Feststoff bei 80 °C drei Mal mit 100 ml Toluol und bei 40 °C fünf Mal mit 100 °ml Hexan in Reihenfolge gewaschen und das resultierende Feststoffprodukt wurde getrocknet, um den Olefinpolymerisationskatalysator dieses Vergleichsbeispiels zu erhalten.
- Vergleichsbeispiel 2
- Dieses Vergleichsbeispiel sah einen Olefinpolymerisationskatalysator vor, der anhand eines Verfahrens hergestellt wurde, das mit dem in Beispiel 1 im Wesentlichen übereinstimmt, nur mit der Ausnahme, dass der interne Elektronendonator Di-n-butylphthalat in Diiosobutylphthalat mit der gleichen zusätzlichen Menge geändert wurde.
- Vergleichsbeispiel 3
- Dieses Vergleichsbeispiel sah einen Olefinpolymerisationskatalysator vor, der anhand eines Verfahrens hergestellt wurde, das mit dem in Beispiel 1 im Wesentlichen übereinstimmt, nur mit der Ausnahme, dass der interne Elektronendonator Di-n-butylphthalat in 2,2-Diisopropyl-1,3-dimethoxypropan mit der gleichen zusätzlichen Menge geändert wurde.
- Olefinpolymerisation
- In einen mit einem Rührer ausgestatteten 5-l-Edelstahlautoklav und substituiert mit Stickstoff wurden 10 ml einer Triethylaluminimumlösung in Hexan (Triethylaluminimumkonzentration: 2,4 mol/l), 6 ml einer Cyclohexylmethyldimethoxysilanlösung (CHMMS) in Hexan (CHMMS-Konzentration: 0,18 mol/l) und 20 mg des im Beispiel oder Vergleichsbeispiel zubereiteten Olefinpolymerisationskatalysators wurden hinzugefügt; der Autoklav wurde geschlossen und 4,5 l Wasserstoff (Normzustand) und 2 l flüssiges Propylen wurden eingeführt; unter Rühren wurde die Temperatur auf 70 °C erhöht und die Polymerisationsreaktion wurde bei 70 °C 1 Stunde lang ausgeführt, gefolgt von Kühlen und Einstellen des Rührens, und das verbleibende Propylenmonomer wurde entfernt, um ein Polymer zu erhalten.
- Die in den Beispielen und Vergleichsbeispielen zubereiteten Katalysatoren wurden bezüglich des Titangehalts und der Aktivität bewertet und die zubereiteten Polymere wurden bezüglich des Isotaktizitätsindex (II), der Schmelzfließrate (MFR), der Schüttdichte (BD) und des Feinpulvergehalts bewertet. Die Ergebnisse sind in Tabelle 1 unten gezeigt. Tabelle 1

Claims (7)
- Kombinierter Katalysator für Olefinpolymerisation, der die folgenden Komponenten umfasst: Komponente (1): ein Olefinpolymerisationskatalysator, der ein Reaktionsprodukt aus den folgenden Rohmaterialien umfasst: ein Magnesiumdialkoxid, TiCL4, eine Elektronendonatorverbindung A und eine Elektronendonatorverbindung B; wobei die Elektronendonatorverbindung A eine Sulfonylverbindung ist, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus: Bis(trifluormethylsulfonyl)-methan; [Bis(trifluormethylsulfonyl)methyl]-benzol; 1,1-Bis(trifluormethylsulfonyl)-ethan; [Chlor-(trifluormethylsulfonyl)-methylsulfonyl]-trifluormethan; [Brom-(trifluormethylsulfonyl)-methylsulfonyl]-trifluormethan; Dichlor-bis-trifluormethylsulfonyl-methan; Dibrom-bis-trifluormethylsulfonyl-methan; Chlor-brom-bis-trifluormethylsulfonyl-methan; 2-[2,2-bis-(trifluormethylsulfonyl)-vinyl]-1H-pyrrol; 4-[2,2-bis-(trifluormethylsulfonyl)vinyl]-morpholin; 2-[2,2-bis-(trifluormethylsulfonyl)-vinyl]-1H-indol; die Elektronendonatorverbindung B in einer Menge von 0,01 bis 1 Mol bezüglich 1 Mol Magnesium im Magnesiumdialkoxid verwendet wird; und die Titanverbindung in einer Menge von 0,5 bis 100 Mol bezüglich 1 Mol Magnesium im Magnesiumdialkoxid verwendet wird; Komponente (2): ein aluminiumorganische Verbindung ausgewählt aus Trimethylaluminium, Triethylaluminium, Trioctylaluminium und Alkylaluminiumhaliden; wobei das Verhältnis der Komponente (1) zur Komponente (2) 10 zu 1000 bezüglich des Molverhältnisses von Aluminium zu Titan ist.
- Kombinierter Katalysator gemäß
Anspruch 1 , wobei in dem Olefinpolymerisationskatalysator die Elektronendonatorverbindung A in einer Menge von 0,05 bis 0,2 Mol bezüglich 1 Mol Magnesium im Magnesiumdialkoxid verwendet wird; die Elektronendonatorverbindung B in einer Menge von 0,05 bis 0,2 Mol bezüglich 1 Mol Magnesium im Magnesiumdialkoxid verwendet wird; die Titanverbindung in einer Menge von 1 bis 50 Mol bezüglich 1 Mol Magnesium im Magnesiumdialkoxid verwendet wird. - Kombinierter Katalysator nach
Anspruch 1 , wobei in dem Olefinpolymerisationskatalysator die Elektronendonatorverbindung B ausgewählt ist aus einer Gruppe bestehend aus: monovalente oder polyvalente aliphatische Carbonsäureester und aromatische Carbonsäureester; 1,3-Dietherverbindungen. - Kombinierter Katalysator nach
Anspruch 3 , wobei in dem Olefinpolymerisationskatalysator die Carbonsäureesterverbindung Ethylbenzoat, Diethylphthalat, Di-n-butylphthalat, Diisobutylphthalat, Di-n-octylphthalat, Diisooctylphthalat, Diethylmalonat, Dibutylmalonat, Diethyl-2,3-diisopropylsuccinat, Di-n-butyl-2,3-diisopropylsuccinat, Diisobutyl-2,3-diisopropylsuccinat, Dimethyl-2,3-diisopropylsuccinat, Diisobutyl-2,2-dimethylsuccinat, Diisobutyl-2-ethyl-2-methylsuccinat, Diethyl-2-ethyl-2-methylsuccinat, Diethyladipat, Dibutyladipat, Diethylsebacat, Dibutylsebacat, Diethylmaleat, Di-n-butylmaleat, Diethylnaphthalendicarboxylat, Dibutylnaphthalendicarboxylat, Triethyltrimellitat, Tributyltrimellitat, Tributylhemimellitat, Triethylhemimellitat, Tetraethylpyromellitat und Tetrabutylpyromellitat beinhaltet. - Kombinierter Katalysator nach
Anspruch 1 , wobei der Olefinpolymerisationskatalysator durch Verwenden des Magnesiumdialkoxids als Träger und eines inerten Lösemittels als Dispergiermittel, In-Kontakt-Bringen mit der Titanverbindung, dann In-Kontakt-Bringen mit der Elektronendonatorverbindung A und der Elektronendonatorverbindung B und erneutes In-Kontakt-Bringen mit der Titanverbindung hergestellt wird. - Kombinierter Katalysator nach
Anspruch 5 , wobei bei der Herstellung des Olefinpolymerisationskatalysators das inerte Lösemittel aus einer Gruppe bestehend aus Hexan, Heptan, Octan, Decan, Benzol, Toluol und Xylol ausgewählt ist und in einer Menge von 0,5 bis 100 Mol bezüglich 1 Mol Magnesium im Magnesiumdialkoxid verwendet wird. - Kombinierter Katalysator nach
Anspruch 1 , der ferner Komponente (3) umfasst: eine siliciumorganische Verbindung mit der allgemeinen Formel L1L2Si(OL')2, wobei L1 und L2 identisch oder unterschiedlich sind und jeweils aus einer Gruppe bestehend aus C1-C20-Alkyl, C3-C20-Cycloalkyl und C3-C20-Aryl ausgewählt sind, L' C1-C4-Alkyl ist; wobei das Verhältnis der Komponente (2) zur Komponente (3) 4 zu 40 bezüglich des Molverhältnisses von Aluminium zu Silicium ist.
