Abstract
Analyseinstrument, mit: einem Substrat (1); einer Vielzahl von Elektroden (11, 12, 13) auf dem Substrat; einer Abdeckung (2); Abstandsmitteln (3), die zwischen dem Substrat und der Abdeckung angeordnet sind, wobei die Abstandsmittel (3) untereinander beabstandete Abschnitte aufweisen; und einer Probenkammer (4, 5), die oben und unten zwischen der Abdeckung (2) und dem Substrat (1) und seitlich zwischen den untereinander beabstandeten Abschnitten der Abstandsmittel (3) definiert ist; wobei die Probenkammer (4, 5) eine Kapillare (5) und einen Flüssigkeitssammelabschnitt (4) mit gekrümmten Seitenwänden aufweist, der mit der Kapillare (5) in Verbindung ist und einen Abschnitt aufweist, der breiter als die Kapillare (5) ist.
Claims (23)
- Analyseinstrument, mit: einem Substrat (
1 ); einer Vielzahl von Elektroden (11 ,12 ,13 ) auf dem Substrat; einer Abdeckung (2 ); Abstandsmitteln (3 ), die zwischen dem Substrat und der Abdeckung angeordnet sind, wobei die Abstandsmittel (3 ) untereinander beabstandete Abschnitte aufweisen; und einer Probenkammer (4 ,5 ), die oben und unten zwischen der Abdeckung (2 ) und dem Substrat (1 ) und seitlich zwischen den untereinander beabstandeten Abschnitten der Abstandsmittel (3 ) definiert ist; wobei die Probenkammer (4 ,5 ) eine Kapillare (5 ) und einen Flüssigkeitssammelabschnitt (4 ) mit gekrümmten Seitenwänden aufweist, der mit der Kapillare (5 ) in Verbindung ist und einen Abschnitt aufweist, der breiter als die Kapillare (5 ) ist. - Analyseinstrument nach Anspruch 1, bei dem das Substrat (
1 ) oder die Abdeckung (2 ) mit einer Aussparung ausgebildet ist, die eine Öffnung für den Flüssigkeitssammelabschnitt (4 ) der Probenkammer definiert. - Analyseinstrument nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei dem die gekrümmten Seitenwände des Flüssigkeitssammelabschnitts durch das Abstandsmittel definiert sind.
- Analyseinstrument nach Anspruch 2 oder Anspruch 3, wenn abhängig von Anspruch 2, bei dem die gekrümmten Seitenwände des Flüssigkeitssammelabschnitts entlang der Aussparung gekrümmt sind.
- Analyseinstrument nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei dem sich die gekrümmten Seitenwände des Flüssigkeitssammelabschnitts (
4 ) von der Kapillare (5 ) auf eine konkave Weise erstrecken, um den Abschnitt zu definieren, der breiter als die Kapillare ist. - Analyseinstrument nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei dem eine Breite der Probenkammer in dem Flüssigkeitssammelabschnitt (
4 ) abnimmt und in der Kapillare (5 ) im Wesentlichen unverändert ist. - Analyseinstrument nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, bei dem die Probenkammer (
4 ,5 ) bei einer Überschneidung des Flüssigkeitssammelabschnitts (4 ) und der Kapillare (5 ) einen winkligen Übergangsabschnitt aufweist. - Analyseinstrument nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Abdeckung (
2 ) einen transparenten oder lichtdurchlässigen Abschnitt aufweist. - Analyseinstrument nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bei dem mindestens eine der Flächen des Substrats oder der Abdeckung, die den Flüssigkeitssammelabschnitt (
4 ) definieren, eine Benetzbarkeit von nicht weniger als 57 mN/m aufweisen. - Analyseinstrument nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Kapillare (
5 ) der Probenkammer eine Belüftung aufweist. - Analyseinstrument nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Abmessungen der Probenkammer (
4 ,5 ) für in die Kapillare (5 ) durch Kapillarwirkung einzuziehendes Blut geeignet sind. - Analyseinstrument nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Innenfläche des Substrats (
1 ) oder der Abdeckung (2 ) im Wesentlichen glatt ist. - Analyseinstrument nach Anspruch 12, bei dem die Innenflächen des Substrats (
1 ), der Abdeckung (2 ) und des Abstandsmittels (3 ) im Wesentlichen glatt sind. - Analyseinstrument nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bei dem eine Öffnung an der Kante der Probenkammer (
4 ,5 ) als eine Probeneinführöffnung dient. - Analyseinstrument nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Kanten des Substrats (
1 ) und der Abdeckung (2 ) angrenzend an eine Öffnung der Kammer (4 ,5 ) im Wesentlichen zueinander ausgerichtet sind. - Analyseinstrument nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Abdeckung (
2 ), das Substrat (1 ) und die Abstandsmittel (3 ) jeweils im Wesentlichen flach ist. - Analyseinstrument nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Elektroden (
11 ,12 ) ein gabelförmiges Muster aufweisen. - Analyseinstrument nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Elektroden (
11 ,12 ) angrenzend an die Kapillare auf dem Substrat angeordnet sind. - Analyseinstrument nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, das eine Reagenzschicht (
13 ) aufweist, die in der Kapillare angeordnet ist. - Analyseinstrument nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bei dem eine Öffnung der Probenkammer (
4 ,5 ) eine Breite von weniger als in etwa 5 mm aufweist. - Analyseinstrument nach Anspruch 20, bei dem eine Öffnung der Probenkammer (
4 ,5 ) eine Breite von weniger als in etwa 3 mm aufweist. - Analyseinstrument nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bei dem eine Öffnung der Probenkammer (
4 ,5 ) eine Höhe von weniger als in etwa 200 μm aufweist. - Analyseinstrument nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bei dem eine Öffnung der Probenkammer (
4 ,5 ) eine Höhe von größer als in etwa 50 μm aufweist.
