Abstract
Ein Endoskop hat einen länglichen Einführteil, der an seinem distalen Ende einen lenkbaren Biegeabschnitt hat. Das Endoskop enthält mindestens einen Lenkteil, der gedreht wird, um den lenkbaren Biegeabschnitt zu biegen, mindestens einen Verstellteil, der gedreht wird, um den Lenkteil festzustellen, wobei der Lenkteil und der Feststellteil um eine gemeinsame Achse drehbar sind, und mindestens ein axial bewegbares Feststellelement, das sich, ohne sich um die gemeinsame Achse zu drehen, längs dieser relativ zu dem Lenkteil bewegt, um den Lenkteil festzustellen bzw. freizugeben, wenn der Feststellteil in eine erste Drehrichtung bzw. eine zweite Drehrichtung gedreht wird.
