Description
- Verfahren zum Veredeln von gefärbten Geweben aus Fasern auf Basis von nativer oder regenerierter Cellulose Gegenstand des Patents 936 028 ist ein Verfahren zum Veredeln von gefärbten Geweben aus Fasern aus nativer oder regenerierter Cellulose oder deren Gemischen mit Lösungen, die Vorkondensate Aminoplaste bildender Stoffe, nitrathaltige Härtungskatalysatoren und aliphatische Nitrile mit mindestens einer basischen Gruppe im Molekül enthalten.
- Es wurde nun gefunden, daß diesen Lösungen mit besonderem Vorteil die üblichen Appretur-, Hydrophobier- und Weichmachungsmittel hinzugefügt werden können:. Zu diesen bekannten Verbindungen zählen beispielsweise tonerdehaltige Paraffin-Wachs-Emulsionen, ferner Polyäthylenoxyd oder Gemische aus etwa 751/o Monostearinsäurediäthanolamid und 25% Monostearinsäurediäthanolaminester.
- Beispiel 1 Ein Zellwollgewebe wird mit 2% des Tetrazofarbstoffes aus Aminobenzol-2, 4-disulfonsäure--> a-Naphthylamin --> a-Naphthylamin-7-sulfonsäure -> 2-Phenylamino-5-oxynaphthalin-7-sulfonsäure gefärbt. Dieses Gewebe wird mit einer Flotte behandelt, die im Liter 90g Trimethylolmelamin, 40g einer tonerdehaltigen Paraffin-Wachs-Emulsion, 2 g Ammonnitrat und 15 g N-Cyclohexylaminopropionitril enthält.
- Das Gewebe wird bis zu einem Feuchtigkeitsgehalt von 100% entwässert, bei 80° getrocknet und 5 Minuten auf 130° erwärmt.
- Beispiel 2 Ein Baumwollgewebe wird mit 2% des Azo.farbstoffes aus 1 Mol diazotiertem 4, 4'-Diamino-3, 3-d@icarboxybiphenyl und 2 Mol 2-(m-Carboxyphenyl)-amino-5-oxynaphthalin-7-sulfonsäure gefärbt. An, schließend imprägniert man das Gewebe mit einer Flotte, die im Liter 120g des Dimethyläthers des Dimethylolharnstoffs, 10g eines Polyäthylenoxyds mit dem Malekulargewicht 5200 und 4 g eines Gemisches aus etwa 75'°/o Monostearinsäured,iäthanolamid und 25% Monostearinsäurediäthanolaminester, 4 g Ammonnitrat und 10g der Formaldehyd-Bisulfitverbindung des N, N-Dicyclo'hexyl-ß-aminopropionitrils enthält. Das Gewebe wird bei 120° getrocknet und gleichzeitig die Dimethylolverbindung kondensiert.
Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRUCH: Weiterbildung des Verfahrens nach Patent 936 028 zum Veredeln von gefärbten Geweben aus Fasern aus nativer oder regenerierter Cellulose oder deren Gemischen mit Lösungen, die Vorkondensate Aminoplaste bildender Stoffe, nitrathaltige Härtungskatalysatoren und aliphatische Nitrile mit mindestens einer basischen Gruppe im Molekül enthalten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verwendeten Lösungen zusätzlich Appretur-, Hydrophobier- und Weichmachungsmittel enthalten.
