Abstract
Verfahren
zur Herstellung einer Seltenerdmetallverbindung, umfassend:
a. Bereitstellen einer Seltenerdmetalichlorid-Lösung;
b. Mischen einer Natriumcarbonatlösung mit der Seltenerdmetallchlorid-Lösung unter Bildung eines Niederschlags, Abfiltrieren des Niederschlags und Trocknen des Niederschlags unter Bildung einer Seltenerdmetallverbindung, die aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die aus Seltenerdmetalloxidchlorid, wasserfreiem Seltenerdmetalloxidcarbonat, wasserhaltigem Seltenerdmetalloxidcarbonat und Gemischen davon besteht.
a. Bereitstellen einer Seltenerdmetalichlorid-Lösung;
b. Mischen einer Natriumcarbonatlösung mit der Seltenerdmetallchlorid-Lösung unter Bildung eines Niederschlags, Abfiltrieren des Niederschlags und Trocknen des Niederschlags unter Bildung einer Seltenerdmetallverbindung, die aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die aus Seltenerdmetalloxidchlorid, wasserfreiem Seltenerdmetalloxidcarbonat, wasserhaltigem Seltenerdmetalloxidcarbonat und Gemischen davon besteht.
Claims (35)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Seltenerdmetallverbindung, umfassend: a. Bereitstellen einer Seltenerdmetalichlorid-Lösung; b. Mischen einer Natriumcarbonatlösung mit der Seltenerdmetallchlorid-Lösung unter Bildung eines Niederschlags, Abfiltrieren des Niederschlags und Trocknen des Niederschlags unter Bildung einer Seltenerdmetallverbindung, die aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die aus Seltenerdmetalloxidchlorid, wasserfreiem Seltenerdmetalloxidcarbonat, wasserhaltigem Seltenerdmetalloxidcarbonat und Gemischen davon besteht.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, das weiterhin das Calcinieren des getrockneten Niederschlags bei einer Temperatur von etwa 500°C bis etwa 600°C während etwa 3 bis 7 Stunden umfasst.
- Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, wobei das Seltenerdmetall aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die aus Lanthan, Cer und Yttrium besteht.
- Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei es sich bei dem Seltenerdmetall um Lanthan handelt.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 4, wobei die Seltenerdmetallverbindung aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die aus Lanthanoxidchlorid, wasserfreiem Lan thanoxidcarbonat, wasserhaltigem Lanthanoxidcarbonat und Gemischen davon besteht.
- Verfahren gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei es sich bei der Seltenerdmetallverbindung um ein Teilchen mit einer porösen Struktur handelt.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 6, wobei die poröse Struktur durch vollständige Verdampfung einer Seltenerdmetallsalz-Lösung und anschließendes Calcinieren hergestellt wird.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 7, wobei die Verdampfung in einem Sprühtrockner durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 7 oder 8, wobei die Verdampfungstemperatur zwischen etwa 120°C und 500°C liegt.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 7 oder 8, wobei die Calcinierungstemperatur zwischen etwa 400°C und 1200°C liegt.
- Verfahren gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Seltenerdmetallverbindung eine Größe zwischen etwa 1 und etwa 1000 μm hat.
- Verfahren gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Seltenerdmetallverbindung aus einzelnen Kristallen mit einer Größe zwischen etwa 20 nm und etwa 10 μm gebildet wird.
- Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 12, wobei das Verdampfungsprodukt aus Kugeln oder Teilen von Kugeln besteht.
- Verfahren gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Mischen bei einer Temperatur von etwa 80°C stattfindet.
- Verfahren gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Trocknen bei einer Temperatur von etwa 105°C stattfindet.
- Verfahren gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Trocknen während einer Zeit von etwa 2 Stunden stattfindet.
- Seltenerdmetallverbindung, hergestellt nach dem Verfahren gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Seltenerdmetallverbindung eine spezifische Oberfläche nach BET im Bereich von etwa 10 m2/g bis etwa 40 m2/g und eine Absorptionskapazität von wenigstens 45 mg Phosphat/g Seltenerdmetallverbindung hat.
- Seltenerdmetallverbindung, hergestellt nach dem Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16 und mit einer Absorptionskapazität von wenigstens 75 mg Phosphat/g Seltenerdmetallverbindung.
- Seltenerdmetallverbindung, hergestellt nach dem Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16 und mit einer Absorptionskapazität von wenigstens 100 mg Phosphat/g Seltenerdmetallverbindung.
- Verwendung der nach dem Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16 hergestellten Seltenerdmetallverbindung, wobei die Verbindung eine Absorptionskapazität von wenigstens 45 mg Phosphat/g Verbindung hat, zur Herstellung einer Zusammensetzung zum Binden von Phosphat in einer Lösung.
- Verwendung gemäß Anspruch 20, wobei die Verbindung eine geringe Löslichkeit in Flüssigkeiten aufweist, die aus der Gruppe ausgewählt sind, die aus Magen-Darm-Trakt-Flüssigkeit und Blutserum besteht.
- Verwendung gemäß Anspruch 20 oder 21, wobei die Verbindung eine geringe Schüttdichte hat.
- Verwendung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 22, wobei die Verbindung selektiv Phosphationen bindet.
- Verwendung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 23, wobei die Verbindung ein Seltenerdmetalloxidchlorid oder ein Seltenerdmetalloxidcarbonat ist und eine im Wesentlichen lineare Phosphatbindungskinetik aufweist.
- Verwendung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 24, wobei sich die Verbindung zwischen einem Einlass und einem Auslass einer Vorrichtung befindet.
- Seltenerdmetallverbindung, hergestellt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, zur Verwendung gegen Hyperphosphatämie.
- Seltenerdmetallverbindung, erhältlich nach dem Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1–16 zur Verwendung gegen Hyperphosphatämie.
- Seltenerdmetallverbindung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 26–27, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe, die aus Lanthanoxidchlorid, wasserfreiem Lanthanoxidcarbonat, wasserhaltigem Lanthanoxidcarbonat und Gemischen davon besteht.
- Seltenerdmetallverbindung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 26–28, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe, die aus wasserfreiem Lanthanoxidcarbonat, wasserhaltigem Lanthanoxidcarbonat und Gemischen davon besteht.
- Seltenerdmetallverbindung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 26–29, bei der es sich um La2O2CO3 handelt.
- Seltenerdmetallverbindung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 26–30, wobei die Verbindung zu einer oral einnehmbaren Form bereitet wird, die aus einer flüssigen Lösung, einer flüssigen Suspension, einer Tablette, einer Kapsel oder einer Gelatinekapsel ausgewählt ist.
- Verfahren zum Reduzieren des Metallgehalts in einer Flüssigkeit, umfassend das In-Kontakt-Bringen der Flüssigkeit mit einer wirksamen Menge einer Seltenerdmetallverbindung, die gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1–16 hergestellt ist, wobei die Seltenerdmetallverbindung eine Absorptionskapazität von wenigstens 45 mg Phosphat/g Verbindung hat.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 32, wobei das Metall aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die aus Antimon, Arsen, Beryllium, Cadmium, Chrom, Cobalt, Kupfer, Eisen, Blei, Mangan, Molybdän, Nickel, Selen, Titan, Vanadium, Zink, Aluminium, Barium, Silber und Phosphor besteht.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 32, wobei das Metall aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die aus Arsen, Selen, Antimon, Chrom und Blei besteht.
- Verwendung der Seltenerdmetallverbindung, die nach dem Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1–16 hergestellt ist, in einem Verfahren zur Herstellung einer TiO2-Beschichtungsstruktur, wobei letzteres Verfahren Folgendes umfasst: a. Bilden einer Titanchlorid-Beschickungslösung; b. Durchführen eines Verdampfungsverfahrens bei regulierter Temperatur mit der Beschickungslösung, und zwar bei einer Temperatur, die höher ist als der Siedepunkt der Lösung, aber niedriger als die Temperatur, bei der es zu einer erheblichen Kristallisation des Produkts kommt; c. Calcinieren des hydrolysierten Produkts; d. Wiederaufschlämmen des calcinierten hydrolysierten Produkts in einer Lösung, die eine Lanthanverbindung enthält, unter Bildung einer Suspension; e. vollständiges Eindampfen der Suspension unter Bildung eines Endprodukts; und f. Calcinieren des Endprodukts.
