Abstract

Je popsán zpusob výroby Mannichova polyolu, jehož viskozita pri teplote 25 .degree.C je v rozmezí od 0,3 Pa.s do 3,5 Pa.s (od 300 centipoise do 3500 centipoise), který zahrnuje smíchání fenolu, alkanolaminu a formaldehydu v molárním pomeru od 1:1:1 do 1:2,2:2,2 za vzniku iniciátoru, který je alkoxylován smesí ethylenoxidu a propylenoxidu za vzniku polyolu, jejichž nominální funkcionalita je od 3 do 5,4.

Claims (5)

  1. PATENTOVÉ NÁROKY
    1. Způsob výroby Mannichova polyolu, jehož viskozita pří teplotě 25 °C je od 0,3 Pa.s do 3,5 Pa.s (od 300 centipoise do 3500 centipoise), vyznačující se tím, že zahrnuje stupně smíchání fenolu, alkanolaminů a formaldehydu v poměru od 1:1:1 do 1:2,2:2,2, zahřívání výsledné směsi na teplotu 50 °C až 150 °C po dobu, která je dostatečná k tomu, aby obsah formalde15 bydu ve směsi byl snížen na méně než 1 hmotnostní procento, vztaženo na celkovou hmotnost směsi, stopování vody od produktu reakce a následnou alkoxylací vzniklé Mannichovy báze směsí ethylenoxidu a propylenoxidu, přičemž 5 procent až 55 procent celkové hmotnosti ethylenoxidu a propylenoxidu je tvořeno ethylenoxidem, a pří kterém se používá dodatečný katalyzátor pro přípravu Mannichova polyolu s OH číslem v rozmezí od 250 do 350.
  2. 2. Způsob výroby podle nároku 1, vyznačující se tím, že poměr fenolu, alkanolaminu a formaldehydu je v rozmezí od 1:1,5:1,5 do 1:2,2:2,2.
  3. 3. Způsob výroby podle nároku 1, vyznačující se tím, že uvedeným alkanolaminem je diethanolamin.
  4. 5 4. Způsob výroby podle nároku 1, vyznačující se tím, že 10 procent až 45 procent celkové hmotnosti ethylenoxidu a propylenoxidu je tvořeno ethylenoxidem.
    5. Způsob výroby podle nároku 1, vyznačující se tím, že 20 procent celkové hmotnosti ethylenoxidu a propylenoxidu je tvořeno ethylenoxidem.

  5. 6. Způsob výroby podle nároku 1, vyznačující se tím, že minimální množství použitých alkylenoxidů je rovno 0,3 molu na každou hydroxylovou skupinu obsaženou ve struktuře uvedené Mannichovy báze.
    15 7. Způsob výroby podle nároku 1, vyznačující se tím, že maximální množství použitých alkylenoxidů je rovno 3,5 molu na každou hydroxylovou skupinu obsaženou ve struktuře uvedené Mannichovy báze.
