Abstract
Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε μια μέθοδο για τον προσδιορισμό πολυσορβικού σε ένα περιέχον πρωτεΐνες δείγμα. Η μέθοδος της παρούσας εφεύρεσης εμπεριέχει την προεπεξεργασία του δείγματος με αλκαλική υδρόλυση με ακόλουθο χρωματομετρικό προσδιορισμό με βάση το σύμπλοκο μετάλλου του αναλυτή με ένα αντιδραστήριο θειοκυανικού, όπου το σύμπλοκο εκχυλίζεται σε έναν μη αναμίξιμο οργανικό διαλύτη. Η αλκαλική υδρόλυση ευθύνεται για την απομάκρυνση των παρεμβαλλόμενων πρωτεϊνών και ενισχύει την εκλεκτικότητα επί επιφανειοδραστικών παρόμοιων με τον αναλυτή, π.χ. για το Tween 80 επί του Triton Χ-100.
