Abstract
Изобретение связано со способом анализа нуклеиновой кислоты-мишени, посредством которого нуклеиновую кислоту-мишень можно быстро и легко анализировать. Для достижения указанной цели в изобретении предложен способ анализа нуклеиновой кислоты-мишени в образце, включающий в себя следующие стадии: анализ нуклеиновой кислоты-мишени в образце путем приведения образца в контакт с меткой и с праймером или зондом, который может гибридизоваться с нуклеиновой кислотой-мишенью. Праймер или зонд иммобилизован на твердой фазе. Метка не излучает свет, когда праймер или зонд не гибридизуются с нуклеиновой кислотой-мишенью, тогда как, если праймер или зонд гибридизуются с нуклеиновой кислотой-мишенью, излучение света меткой происходит. Анализ осуществляют путем детекции излучаемого меткой света.
