resumo patente de invenção: "método para avaliar a atividade redox da molécula de ácido nucleico e da molécula de ácido nucleico com atividade redox". a presente invenção fornece uma nova técnica pela qual a ativi-dade redox de uma molécula de ácido nucleico pode ser avaliada. um méto-do de avaliação da presente invenção inclui: uma etapa de detecção para detectar eletroquimicamente uma reação redox a um substrato, a reação redox é catalisada por uma molécula de ácido nucleico a ser avaliada, utili-zando um dispositivo que detecta eletroquimicamente uma reação redox; e uma etapa de avaliação para avaliar a atividade redox de uma molécula de ácido nucleico a partir de um resultado da detecção da reação redox. como o dispositivo, um dispositivo no qual uma base fornecida com uma parte de detecção é incluída, a parte de detecção inclui um sistema de eletrodo, e a molécula de ácido nucleico a ser avaliada é disposta na base e é utilizada. na presente invenção, é preferencial que uma pluralidade de tipos de molécula de ácido nucleico a ser avaliada é disposta na base, e a pluralidade de tipos de moléculas de ácido nucleico a ser avaliada é avaliada por um único dispositivo.
