Abstract

Аналитическое устройство (1) для определения наличия и/или количества аналита, присутствующего или присутствие которого потенциально возможно в жидкой пробе, содержит: (i) капиллярную трубку (2), имеющую ближнюю область (3), в которую вводится подвергаемая анализу проба для переноса за счет капиллярных сил вдоль капиллярной трубки в ее дальнюю область; (ii) набор первых партнеров (5) связывания, иммобилизованных в капиллярной трубке (2), при этом указанные первые партнеры (5) связывания способны специфически связываться с аналитом; (iii) набор вторых партнеров (6) связывания, связанных с частью указанных первых партнеров (5) связывания с возможностью перемещения, благодаря чему существуют свободные первые партнеры (5) связывания, иммобилизованные в капиллярной трубке, при этом указанные вторые партнеры (6) связывания имеют метку и могут перемещаться от первых партнеров (5) связывания аналитом, который требуется обнаружить; а также (iv) область (4) детекции для пробы, которая была перенесена в указанную дальнюю область указанной капиллярной трубки, при этом указанная область детекции выполнена с возможностью генерирования различимого сигнала от метки на перемещенных вторых партнерах (6) связывания, перенесенных в дальнюю область.
