Abstract

Η εφεύρεση παρέχει καινοτόμες ενώσεις κινολινόνης- καρβοξαμίδης αγωνιστές υποδοχέων 5-ΗΤ4 του χημικού τύπου (I). Η εφεύρεση επίσης παρέχει φαρμακευτικές συνθέσεις που περιλαμβάνουν τέτοιες ενώσεις, την χρήση τέτοιων ενώσεων για την αντιμετώπιση ασθενειών που σχετίζονται με την δραστηριότητα των υποδοχέων 5-ΗΤ4, και διαδικασίες και ενδιάμεσα χρήσιμα για την παρασκευή τέτοιων ενώσεων.
