Abstract
Receptores quiméricos, tal como receptores de antígenos quiméricos (CAR), que comprenden moléculas de unión a BCMA, tal como anticuerpos anti-BCMA y fragmentos de unión al antígeno de los mismos, por ejemplo regiones variables de la cadena pesada (VH) y fragmentos de anticuerpo de cadena simple, y los polinucleótidos que codifican los mismos. En algunas modalidades, los receptores quiméricos anti-BCMA se unen específicamente a BCMA. Las moléculas de unión al anti-BCMA comprenden anticuerpos humanos, que incluyen aquellos que compiten por la unión a BCMA con anticuerpos de referencia, tal como un anticuerpo de referencia no humano.
