Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con anticuerpos novedosos y su uso en medicina. En particular, la invención se relaciona con anticuerpos biespecíficos capaces de unir PD-L1 humano y capaces de unir CD3 humano. También se proporcionan clases novedosas de anticuerpos capaces de unir PD-L1 humano. La invención adicionalmente se relaciona con los usos de los anticuerpos de la invención y con métodos, construcciones de ácido nucleico y células hospedadoras para elaborar los anticuerpos de la invención.
