Abstract
一种双导线同轴扁平线缆连接器组合,包括若干双导线同轴导线、绝缘插件、若干个端子、绝缘本体、接地片及屏蔽壳体。每一双导线同轴线缆包括一对同轴导体、使同轴导体相互间隔的绝缘包覆层、包覆于绝缘层外的金属编织层及包覆于金属编织层外的线缆外壳。纵长绝缘插件设有若干个导槽、设有一对突出部及凹沟的若干个槽及与槽相连接的纵长槽。该连接器组合具有较佳屏蔽效果,而可满足电性传输品质的需要。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种线缆连接器组合,尤其是指一种用于数字面板或液晶显示器的双导线同轴扁平线缆连接器组合。
现有扁平线缆连接器组合通常用于连接两相互间隔一段距离的电子设备,该连接器组合设有具若干个用来传输讯号的导体的扁平柔性线缆,这些导体与连接器组合的端子各自对应连接。当两电子设备之间的讯号传输速度增加时,业界又采用一种扁平同轴线缆来传输高速讯号。该扁平同轴线缆包括若干个相互平行并且等距间隔的讯号传输线,每一讯号传输线与具有中心导体的微型同轴线缆连接,中心导体外包覆一绝缘层,绝缘层外包覆金属编织层,且金属编织层外又包覆一外壳,如美国专利第6,123,582号及于1999年7月9日在美国申请的第09/350,942号专利申请案均揭示有这些连接器组合。尽管这些设计可防止两电子设备之间的串音,但是其仍有相当大的讯号失真之不足,而不能满足电性传输品质的需要。
本实用新型的目的之一在于提供一种同轴扁平线缆连接器组合,其可减少讯号传输失真的不足,而可满足电性传输品质的需要。
本实用新型的又一目的在于提供一种双导线同轴扁平线缆连接器组合,其具有一绝缘插件用来设置并固持双导线的导体以满足使用需要。
本实用新型的另一目的在于提供一种具有较佳屏蔽效果的双导线同轴扁平线缆连接器组合。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:双导线同轴扁平线缆连接器组合包括若干双导线同轴导线、绝缘插件、若干个端子、绝缘本体、接地片及屏蔽壳体。每一双导线同轴线缆包括一对同轴导体、使同轴导体相互间隔的绝缘包覆层、包覆于绝缘层外的金属编织层及包覆于金属编织层外的线缆外壳。纵长绝缘插件设有若干个导槽、设有一对突出部及凹沟的若干个槽及与槽相连接的纵长槽。在组装时,线缆的外壳容置在导槽内,每一凹槽固持相应端子的后端部,每一双导线同轴导体固持在一对突出部之间并与相应端子电性连接,接地片插置在纵长槽内以与所有双导线同轴线缆的金属编织层电性连接。遮蔽壳体组装在绝缘本体的外侧且绝缘插件组装在绝缘本体内,从而使遮蔽壳体与绝缘插件的接地片电性连接。因此,该绝缘插件稳固地将双导线同轴导体固持而可提高遮蔽效果。
与现有技术相比较,本实用新型的优点在于:本实用新型同轴扁平线缆连接器组合的绝缘插件稳固地将双导线同轴导体固持,而可提高遮蔽效果,并具有较佳的屏蔽效果,而可满足电性传输品质的需要。
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
图1是本实用新型双导线同轴扁平线缆连接器组合的立体分解图。
图2是双导线同轴导线的横截面图。
图3是绝缘插件的前视图。
图4是图1所示同轴扁平线缆连接器组合的端子放大图。
图5是图1所示同轴扁平线缆连接器组合的绝缘本体前视图。
图6是图1所示同轴扁平线缆连接器组合的部分组装图,该图未组装绝缘本体及电磁屏蔽壳体。
图7是本实用新型双导线同轴扁平线缆连接器组合的俯视图。

图9是图8沿A-A线的截面图。
请参阅图1所示,本实用新型双导线同轴扁平线缆连接器组合1包括若干个同轴双导线10、绝缘插件20、若干端子30、绝缘本体40及电磁屏蔽壳体50。
如图2所示,每一同轴双导线10包括一对相隔一固定间距的同轴线缆导体103、包覆于同轴线缆导体103外的绝缘层104、包覆于绝缘层104外的金属编织层105,及包覆于金属编织层105外的外壳106。两个同轴线缆导体103相互间隔而无电性连接。如图1所示,金属编织层105露置在外壳106的前端,且同轴线缆导体103的前端自金属编织层105处延伸而出。
请参阅图1至图3,绝缘插件20呈纵长状延伸并设有纵长槽201,纵长槽201后端设有若干个导槽202以容置同轴双导线10的外壳106,每两个槽204与每一导槽202配对设置,槽204及导槽202共同与纵长槽201相连通,绝缘插件20的前端设有若干个凹沟205,每一凹沟205与槽204相连通。一对突出部206设在槽204的两相对侧边以容置同轴线缆导体103。
请参阅图4,每一端子30包括底板301、设在底板301前端的前端部302、设在底板301后端的后端部303、从底板301相对侧边向上延伸之一对侧板304、及自侧板304的相应侧边对应延伸至端子30前端的弹性部305。前端部302及弹性部305共同形成一收容部308以收容对接电连接器的对接端子(未图示)。后端部303设有一对倒刺部306以过盈配合固持在绝缘插件20的凹沟205内。另外在每一侧板304顶部设有倒刺部307。
一纵长形接地片309设置在绝缘插件20的纵长槽201内。
请参阅图1及图5,绝缘本体40呈纵向延伸,其包括上壁41、底壁42、相对侧壁(未标号)及前壁43,这些结构构成一空间44以收容绝缘插件20。上壁41前端设有凹槽410,其后端设有若干导槽412。前壁43设有与空间44相连通的信道431。
屏蔽壳体50呈纵向延伸,其包括上板51、底板52及一对连接上板51、底板52的侧板(未标示)。突片501自上板51向前延伸。若干个弹片502自上板51向内延伸而处于上板51、底板52之间。上板51设有延伸进入遮蔽空间54之一对第一折迭部504,并向内折迭以夹持绝缘本体40的上壁41。
请参阅图6,在组装时,首先将端子30的后端部303之一对倒刺部306连接在绝缘插件20的凹沟205的侧壁上(未图示),从而将端子30的倒刺部306固持于凹沟205内。每一同轴双导线10组装于绝缘插件20内,且其外壳106夹置在绝缘插件20的相应导槽202内,金属编织层105收容在绝缘插件20的纵长槽201内,两同轴线缆导体103收容在相应槽204内且与相应端子30的后端部303相接触。绝缘插件20的每一对突出部206位于同轴线缆导体103的相应槽204内并防止同轴线缆导体103自槽204脱离。接地片309组装在纵长槽201内,从而接地片309及所有金属编织层105电性连接在一起。该绝缘插件20、端子30、同轴双导线10及接地片309共同组装成绝缘插入组件5(图6示)。
请参阅图7至图9,电磁屏蔽壳体50自绝缘本体40的后端组装在绝缘本体40上,并使其第一折迭部504钩扣住绝缘本体40的上壁41,且第二折迭部底板522钩扣住绝缘本体40的底壁42。弹片502延伸贯通绝缘本体40的导槽412,突片501容设于凹槽410内。接着将绝缘插入组件5插置在绝缘本体40内,使端子30的连接倒刺307过盈配合地连接在上壁41的内壁411内,从而使绝缘插入组件5稳固地固持在绝缘本体40内。端子30的每一收容部308收容在绝缘本体40的信道431内。电磁屏蔽壳体50的每一弹片502抵接在接地片309处,且电磁屏蔽壳体50、弹片502、接地片309及金属编织层105一起形成一接地网络系统而可将静电荷自双导线同轴扁平线缆连接器组合1传输至对接电连接器(未图示)。
Claims (6)
1.一种双导线同轴扁平线缆连接器组合,包括若干双导线同轴导线、绝缘插件、若干个端子、绝缘本体及屏蔽壳体,其中绝缘本体设有用以收容绝缘插件的空间,并设有若干与前述空间相连通的信道,绝缘插件设有若干个凹沟及槽,屏蔽壳体包覆绝缘本体的至少一部份,其特征在于:每一导线具有一对相互独立的同轴导体及包覆于绝缘层外的金属编织层,绝缘插件的每一槽与其相应的凹沟相连通且每一槽内容置双导线同轴扁平线缆连接器组合的同轴导体,每一端子包括一容置在绝缘插件的相应凹沟内的后端部及容置在凹沟内的前端部的收容部,端子的后端部与相应的同轴导线相接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双导线同轴扁平线缆连接器组合,其特征在于:绝缘插件还包括设在其后端用来稳固地将若干同轴导线容置在其内的导槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双导线同轴扁平线缆连接器组合,其特征在于:在槽的两相对侧边设有一对突出部,该突出部将双导线同轴导线固定在槽内并防止其从槽中脱离。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双导线同轴扁平线缆连接器组合,其特征在于:端子包括底板,自底板延伸的后端部,一对自底板向上延伸的侧板,每一侧板设有一倒刺部以过盈配合固持在绝缘本体上壁的内壁上,端子的收容部包括一自底板延伸的前端部及自两侧壁延伸之一对弹性部。
5.根据权利要求2所述的双导线同轴扁平线缆连接器组合,其特征在于:在绝缘插件的若干信道及若干槽之间还设有纵长槽,每一双导线同轴导线的金属编织层容置在纵长槽内,该双导线同轴扁平线缆连接器组合还包括一组装在金属编织层上的接地片,遮蔽壳体的上板设有若干弹片,该遮蔽壳体通过弹片与接地片相抵接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的双导线同轴扁平线缆连接器组合,其特征在于:遮蔽壳体的上板设有延伸进入遮蔽空间以钩扣绝缘本体上壁的第一折迭部,且遮蔽壳体的底板设有延伸进入遮蔽空间以钩扣绝缘本体下壁的第二折迭部。
