Abstract
本发明公开了一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体及设于绝缘本体内的导电端子,所述绝缘本体设有向前贯穿的对接腔,所述导电端子包括接触部、连接部及连接接触部和连接部的延伸部,所述接触部突伸入对接腔,所述连接部包括焊接部及自焊接部向两侧突伸的固持部,所述固持部与绝缘本体干涉配合以固定导电端子。本发明电连接器通过将导电端子的固持部设置在焊接部的两侧以缩短导电端子的长度,进而降低整个电连接器的整体长度。

[0002] 【背景技术】 。 中国实用新型专利第202601889号公开了一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体、收容于绝缘 本体内的导电端子及遮盖绝缘本体的遮蔽壳体,所述导电端子包括基部、自基部一端延伸 的接触部及自基部另一端延伸的尾部,所述基部上设有向外突伸的倒刺,由于倒刺设置在 导电端子的基部上从而使得导电端子较长,进而扩大了整个电连接器的体积。
[0003] 鉴于现有技术具有上述缺陷,确有必要提供一种可缩短导电端子的长度,进而减 小电连接器的整体体积的电连接器。
[0004] 【发明内容】 本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种可缩短导电端子的长度,进而减小电连接 器的整体体积的电连接器。
[0005]为解决上述技术问题,本发明可采用如下技术方案: ^ 一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体及设于绝缘本体内的导电端子,所述绝缘本体设有向 前贯穿的对接腔,所述导电端子包括接触部、连接部及连接接触部和连接部的延伸部,所述 接触部突伸入对接腔,所述连接部包括焊接部及自焊接部向两侧突伸的固持部,所述固持 部与绝缘本体千涉配合以固定导电端子。

[0009]【具体实施方式】 请参图1至图4所示,本发明电连接器100包括线缆1、绝缘本体3、设于绝缘本体3内的若 干导电端子4以及包覆在绝缘本体3外的金属壳体5。所述导电端子4安装于绝缘本体3内并 与线缆1连接从而构成端子组件2,所述金属壳体5包括相互扣合的上壳体51及下壳体52。电 连接器100还包括分别位于绝缘本体3两侧且组装于上壳体51及下壳体52之间的磁性组件 6〇
[0010]参考图7所示,所述线缆1包括导体11、包覆于导体11的内绝缘层12、包覆于内绝缘 层12的金属编织层13及包覆于金属编织层13的外绝缘层14。所述线缆1的前端由导体11、内 绝缘层12、金属编织层13及外绝缘层14由前向后依次裸露而构成。
[0011] 参考图5及图6所示,所述绝缘本体3包括相对设置的上侧壁31、下侧壁32及连接 上、下侧壁31、32的两端壁33,上侧壁31、下侧壁32及两端壁33共同围设形成对接腔301。所 述上侧壁31及下侧壁32分别设有收容导电端子4且与对接腔301连通的端子槽34。所述绝缘 本体3的两端壁33设有向对接腔301凹陷并与对接腔301连通的凹槽35。
[0012] 参考图5及图8所示,所述导电端子4分为上、下两排并从绝缘本体3的后侧组装入 上侧壁31及下侧壁32的端子槽34内。每个上排导电端子4包括接触部41、连接部42及连接接 触部41和连接部42的延伸部43。该上排导电端子4的延伸部43向前并向下倾斜延伸入对接 腔301而形成接触部41。所述连接部42包括与线缆1的裸露导体11相连接的焊接部421及自 焊接部421沿横向方向向两侧突伸的固持部422用以与绝缘本体3千涉配合以固定导电端子 4。所述固持部422为自焊接部421向两侧水平突伸的倒刺,所述倒刺包括位于焊接部421前 端的两个第一倒刺423及位于焊接部421后端的两个第二倒刺424,两个第一倒刺4¾分别对 称设置在焊接部421前端的两侧,两个第二倒刺424分别对称设置在焊接部421后端的两侧, 焊接部421每一侧的第一倒刺423与第二倒刺424之间皆设有间隔凹部425。所述第一、第二 倒刺423、424的前端均设有向外侧倾斜延伸的导引面423K4241以方便导电端子4与绝缘本 体3干涉固定。所述连接部42在水平方向上的宽度大于延伸部41在水平方向上的宽度。下排 导电端子与上排导电端子是沿竖直方向对称设置,故下排导电端子便不再详细介绍。
[0013] 参考图4至图6所示,所述端子组件2还设有分别组装在绝缘本体3上、下侧壁31、32 的两个接地件7。所述接地件7设有贴覆在绝缘本体3上、下侧壁31、32表面的主体部71、自主 体部71向前延伸的数个接触臂72及自主体部71的纵长两端沿竖直方向延伸入绝缘本体3的 搭接部73。所述导电端子4由间隔设置的差分对端子及接地端子组成,所述接触臂72突伸入 对接腔301且对应设置在接地端子接触部41的前方(可参考图11所示),故接地件7的接触臂 72可先于接地端子的接触部41与对接连接器的接触区域接触。所述接触臂72位于接地端子 接触部41的前方但未超出绝缘本体3的前端面。所述接触臂72的前端设有向两侧延伸的翼 部721及自突伸入对接腔301的对接部722。所述绝缘本体3的上侧壁31与下侧壁32的外侧设 有对应收容接触臂72的槽道36及对应收容翼部721的收容槽361。所述收容接触臂72的槽道 36贯穿绝缘本体3的前端面,且所述槽道36还贯穿对应上侧壁31、下侧壁32的上、下表面以 与对接腔301连通。所述收容槽361的宽度大于槽道36的宽度,则接地件7的对接部722穿过 槽道36突伸入对接腔301而翼部721则抵压于收容槽361的底面以形成一定的预压力,从而 在对接连接器插入时接地件7不会有过度的弹性变形。
[0014] 所述端子组件2还包括安装于绝缘本体3内部的屏蔽件8,该屏蔽件8组装于绝缘本 体3的后侧且位于上、下两排导电端子4之间。所述屏蔽件8包括固持于绝缘本体3内的水平 部81、自水平部81前端向前倾斜延伸并突伸入对接腔3〇1的一对弹性臂82及自水平部81的 两端向下弯折的固定部83。

[0016] 参考图3所示,所述金属壳体5包括安装于绝缘本体3上侧壁31的上壳体51及女装 于绝缘本体3下侧壁32且与上壳体51相互扣合的下壳体52。所述上壳体51包括^^纟^缘本 体3上侧壁31表面的主板部511、自主板部5丨1前端向两侧延伸且弯折形成的L型則侧部512 及自主板部511后端向下弯折延伸的后侧部513。所述主板部511设有固定孔5111,所述绝缘 本体3上侧壁31设有与该固定孔5111相互配合的凸块37,所述凸块37穿过固定孔5111以将 上壳体51固定至绝缘本体3。所述下壳体52包括贴合绝缘本体3下侧壁32表面的平板部犯1、 自平板部521前端两侧向前延伸用以收容磁性组件6的U型框部522及自平板部521后端两侧 向上弯折延伸的后端部523。所述上壳体51的前侧部512设有扣持孔5121,所述下壳体52的 框部522对应该扣持孔5121处设有扣持部52W,所述扣持部5221卡扣于所述扣持孔5121以 将上壳体51与下壳体52的前端相固定。结合图2所示,上壳体51的前侧部512设有弹片5122, 下壳体52的框部522底部也设有弹片5222,所述磁性组件6的顶面和底面均设有狭槽61,所 述上壳体51的弹片5122卡扣于磁性组件6顶面的狭槽61,所述下壳体52的弹片5222卡扣于 磁性组件6底面的狭槽61。所述磁性组件6为一对磁铁。
[0017] 参考图10所示,所述线缆1的裸露导体111搭接于差分对端子的焊接部421并通过 焊接相连接,所述屏蔽件8位于上排端子与下排端子之间且其前端突伸入对接腔301内。参 考图11所示,所述线缆的金属编织层113焊接至金属固定件9的基部91上,金属固定件9的延 伸臂92向前延伸且搭接在接地端子的焊接部421上并通过焊接相连接。所述接地件7的主体 部71安装于绝缘本体3的外表面,且其接触臂72向前延伸入对接腔301内且位于接地端子接 触部41的正前方,从而使得接地件7的接触臂72可先于接地端子的接触部41与对接连接器 的接触区域接触。
[0018]相较于现有技术,本发明电连接器100通过将导电端子4的固持部422设置在焊接 部421的两侧,从而缩短导电端子4的长度,进而降低整个电连接器100的整体长度,从而满 足电连接器越来越小型化的需求。

- 6. 如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述上排导电端子的延伸部向前并向下 倾斜延伸入对接腔而形成接触部,所述连接部自延伸部向下弯折再向后延伸而成,所述连 接部在水平方向上的宽度大于延伸部在水平方向上的宽度。
- 7. 如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述电连接器包括分别组装于上、下侧 壁的两接地件,所述接地件包括固定于绝缘本体表面的主体部及自主体部向前延伸的若干 接触臂。
- 8. 如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体的上、下侧壁分别设有收 容所述接触臂的槽道,所述槽道贯穿绝缘本体的前端面且同时贯穿上、下侧壁的上下表面 以与对接腔连通,所述接触臂穿过槽道而突伸入对接腔。

- 10. 如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述电连接器还包括包覆于绝缘本体 外部的金属壳体及一对磁性组件,金属壳体包括相互扣合的上壳体及下壳体,一对磁性组 件分别位于绝缘本体两侧且组装于上、下壳体之间。
