Abstract

技术领域

背景技术
专业运动员以及业余运动员都想在越来越多的运动中用电子装置跟踪他们的运动表现。例如,多功能电子速率计现在已经成为每场激烈的赛跑或山地车手的标准装备。小型电脑也已经用于统计跑步中的步数、速度以及所通过的距离,并提供进一步的信息。
尽管在自行车上安装电脑比较容易,但在跑步时要安装电脑却存在问题。一方面,为了可靠地检测运动员的步数,小型电脑应该以某种方式与鞋连接,例如,在鞋底中安装使用接触传感器或震动传感器,或者加速度计。另一方面,还必须保护小型电脑不让它受潮和受到机械损伤。而且,应该易于访问该小型电脑以浏览所记录的数据、处理输入的信息,或者,必要时,将小型电脑与PC连接,以便进一步评价所测得的数据。
如果跑步者想要携带其它类型的小型电脑,例如MP3播放器,也会发生类似的问题。尽管通常能用带子之类的物品将此类电子装置固定在人体上,但,在很多情况下,当人体在完成高强度的动作时,这种附加装置会令人觉得不舒服。
因此,在现有技术中有许多关于如何将小型电脑固定在鞋上的方法。例如,在US 6,536,139,US 6,278,378和JP 60 200120中公开了这样的装置,其中,小型电脑接附在鞋子的鞋带或鞋舌上。还有,在US 4,649,552,JP 6084689,US 6,183,425以及WO 88/04768中公开了对这种设计的改进,其中,把传感器与鞋底部分做成一体。而处理传感器信号以提供有用数据的小型电脑则安装在鞋带和/或相应的脚背部位上。另外,US4,771,394公开了另一种装置,其中小型电脑接附在鞋跟上。
然而,所有现有技术中把小型电脑固定在鞋上的这些装置都具有这样的缺点,即,不使小型电脑中敏感的电子元件受到损伤的保护措施不够充分。当跑步者绊倒或摔倒时,小型电脑的罩壳就有很大的危险,因为这种罩壳大多用塑性材料制成,它不能承受这样大的机械载荷。但,却不能使用足够有效的保护罩壳,因为当把有这种保护罩壳的电子装置安装在鞋的外部时,这种电子装置的尺寸和重量会妨碍运动过程。
发明内容
因此,按照本发明的第一方面,为克服上述现有技术的缺点,本发明根据以上提出的问题提供了一种鞋,这种鞋能安全地容纳诸如电子计步器、加速计或速度传感器的电子装置。按照本发明的另一方面,本发明根据以上提出的问题提供了一种罩壳,这种罩壳能将电子装置安全地安装在鞋上,它能持久地保护电子装置,使它不受损伤。
在本发明的一个实施例中,这个问题是通过一种鞋,具体的说是通过一种运动鞋来解决的,这种鞋包括鞋底部件,其中,该鞋底部件具有用于以可拆卸的方式容纳装有电子装置(特别是电子计步器、加速计或速度传感器)的罩壳的凹部。
本发明不仅能以可拆卸的方式与把传感器组装在鞋底内和鞋底做成一体,而且也能把全部电子装置,例如计步器,加速计或速度传感器,MP3播放器或其它任何适用的电子装置组装在鞋底内和鞋底做成一体。利用电缆或无线传输装置,可以把附加的用户接口与上述电子装置连接起来,这样,即使在操作时,也能输入及读取测得的数据。
本发明建立在这样一种认识的基础上,即电子装置所需要的电路已经做得越变越小,从而能很容易地把它安装在鞋底的凹部中,而不对鞋底的功能和作用(缓冲和支承作用)产生显著的影响。同时,电子装置被完全包住,因而很好地保护它,不受机械损伤。把电子装置布置在鞋底的凹槽中,不会影响美感,因为通常从外部看不到电子装置的罩壳。
由于罩壳不是永久地装在鞋底里与其成为一个整体,而只是布置在凹部中,可以拆卸下来,所以任何时候都可以更换罩壳。例如,要更换有问题的电子装置,要更换电池或从凹部中取出罩壳及其电子装置,以便能把罩壳与PC之类连接起来,用于进一步计算数据。
最后,罩壳的可拆卸结构还可以很方便地用另一种能实现不同功能的装置来替换原来的装置。因此,通过统计步数或测量加速度的检测跑步运动的部件,可以用另一种装置直接替换,例如,用一种定位用的GPS接收器,一种脉搏传感器或具有其它电子功能的部件。这种可更换性还特别有利于本文中的智能鞋,其鞋中底的缓冲性能通过对电子控制部件的控制的操作可以被改变。如果这种该控制部件有了故障,要安装新的固件或更换成最新的型号,就能以特别有利的方式应用本发明的构造。还可以想到,为了更换,读取,扩大电子装置的内存,也可以把装置拆卸下来。
通常,上述凹部布置在鞋底部件的脚掌中部区域。这样,罩壳就布置在鞋底受到地面反作用力最小的区域里,因而所受到的变形最小。
在一个实施例中,鞋底部件具有用以观察和/或操作电子装置的开口和/或窗口。在本实施例中,不排除但也不要求附加的用户接口。
通常,凹部设置在鞋底部件的中底中,当鞋在使用时,鞋中底通常由可拆卸的内底所覆盖。如果电子装置用的罩壳布置在这种凹部中,通常,由于整个罩壳被鞋底材料所包围,所以能保护得很好。通常,内底是可拆卸的,因此,例如,当要更换电池时,不会妨碍进入电子装置罩壳内的直接通路。
在当前这个特别优选的实施例中,凹部具有与电子装置的罩壳的形状相应的形状。这使得在嵌入罩壳时能过盈配合(positive fit),因此,罩壳布置在鞋底的凹部内,基本上没有空隙。所以,基本上不会因为多次震动而使罩壳内的电子装置受到损害。
在第一实施例中,上述凹部具有至少一个凹槽或开口。通常最好是具有两个基本上相对的凹槽或开口,这两个凹槽能分别与罩壳中的一个或两个凸起接合。通常,为了把罩壳牢固地安装在凹部内,凹部具有至少一个弹性构件,而通常是弹性限制面。结果,除了以上说明的过盈配合(positive fit)之外,罩壳还紧紧地接附在凹部中,所以,凹部内的罩壳几乎不会发生一点移动。
按照另一个优选实施例,可获得同样的优点,即,凹部具有至少一个与相应的罩壳的凹槽或开口接合的凸起。凹部具有至少一个、最好是两个在鞋的纵向凹部的前端和后端的凸起,每一个凸起与罩壳中相应的凹槽或开口接合。
此外,通常在凹部上还布置有可拆卸带,用以把罩壳从凹部中拆卸下来。通常,可拆卸带是这样布置在凹部上的,即,它位于布置在凹部中的罩壳的下方,并且带子的一端在凹部的顶部边缘的上方延伸。在一个实施例中,可拆卸带还具有一段与设置在鞋子凹部中的罩壳的凸起接合的带子。
通常,凹部与鞋底部件的加固构件做成一体,具体的说,是与能让脚扭转屈曲,即让前脚掌相对于后脚跟旋转的支承条做成一体。这种扭转支承件或扭转条通常多由基本上不可压缩的材料制成,以达到所需的支承功能,因而特别适用于能牢固地容纳电子装置用的罩壳。而且,测试表明,若使用的是加速计,那么这种装置将能获得最精确的测量结果。
按照本发明的另一方面,本发明涉及一种用于容纳电子装置,特别是容纳计步器、加速计或速度传感器的罩壳,其中,这种罩壳具有与鞋内底座的形状相对应的外形。这种罩壳特别适用于与具有上述特征并能牢固地容纳电子装置的鞋一起使用,例如与具有计步器、加速计或速度传感器、MP3播放器,两种装置或具有其它功能的电子装置,如测量脉搏用的电子装置等组合在起来的鞋一起使用。这种罩壳可以永久与电子装置连接在一起,或者,也可以把布置在罩壳内的电子装置拆卸下来。
通常,这种罩壳具有弹性材料的套,这种弹性材料的套基本上完全包住罩壳。这样,一方面,罩壳在鞋的凹部内配合得很牢固,另一方面,如果罩壳从凹部中拆卸下来,比如,掉落到坚硬的地面上时,能获得保护。
在一个优选实施例中,这种罩壳具有附套,这个附套能接附在罩壳上,也能拆卸下来,并且至少部分地包住所述罩壳。这种附套通常具有连接带,这根连接带从鞋的鞋带或其它附加装置的下方延伸出来。通常,连接带有一个自由端,而且罩壳具有用于与上述连接带的自由端连接并能拆卸下来的装置。
利用这种常用的附套,上述罩壳还可用普通的方式接附在任意选择的一种鞋上,而且能够拆卸下来,哪怕这种鞋在其鞋底部分上没有设置合适的凹部。因此,使用内部装有电子装置的罩壳,并不是只能使用唯一的一双鞋。而且,这种附套能使用附加的或者另外的用于显示之类的装置,这种装置布置在鞋带上并且用来显示鞋内的另一个装置所测得和/或产生的数据。

具体实施方式
下面,以运动鞋中的电子计步器为例,详细描述本发明的优选实施例。在下文中,术语“计步器”应理解为以任何电子方式检测跑步运动的任何电子装置,例如,用于测定与跑步运动有关的跑动的步数、加速度、速率或其它物理量的电子装置。不过,应该理解,本发明同时还涉及其它不同种类小型电子装置在鞋中的布置,因为以上只举了一些例子,而不是全部。
图1a和图1b示意性地表示如何将装在罩壳10内的电子计步器(图中未表示)布置在鞋1的鞋底的凹部内。为此,首先要把内底2或所谓的鞋垫(参照图1a)拆卸下来。然后,将罩壳10装在没有在图1a和图1b中表示出来的鞋中底的凹部中。尽管这种布置是本发明的优选实施例,并且下面还将对其进行进一步描述,但是,用于容纳罩壳10的凹部也可以设置在可拆卸的内底2内,或者,内底2与鞋中底一起为罩壳10形成一个腔室(图中未表示)。一般说来,还可以设想在外鞋底中设置用于容纳罩壳10并且能把它卸下来的凹部。在上述实施例的各种不同形式的变型例中,计步器的电子元件与运动鞋内的可拆卸的内底做成一体。
在另一个未在图中表示的实施例中,在电子装置10装在上述任何一层鞋底层中之后,甚至还可以操作。为此,在各鞋底层周围布置了开口,或设置了能操作罩壳10上相应输入装置(未图示)的按键。在本文中,还可以设想用透明材料制造围绕着已插入的罩壳10的各鞋底层的部分,以便能检查罩壳上显示的信息,或者用来传递一个光信号,这个信号例如能显示电子装置的适当功能。在本实施例中,如有需要,或者为了观察显示的信息,罩壳本身最好还具有窗口以及电子装置的操作按键。
图2用例子说明了在鞋中底中的凹部20。为简单起见,环绕凹部20的鞋中底没有表示出来。凹部20基本呈盆状,其中,它的至少一个内部尺寸,即其长度、宽度或深度,基本上与罩壳10的外部尺寸相符,不过,优选地是全部尺寸都相符。如图2所示,当罩壳10嵌入凹部20中时,它们为过盈配合(positive fit),从而基本消除了罩壳10在凹部20内的相对移动。而且,嵌入的罩壳10的顶面优选是平的,以防止罩壳10从内底2中凸出来,因此,这种罩壳10的结构不会影响鞋1穿着的舒适性。凹部20优选地布置在鞋的脚掌中部区域,而且例如与用来支撑足弓的装置集成为一体,该装置一般用比鞋底周围的材料更坚硬的材料制成。当用于运动鞋上时,最好把凹部20布置在允许脚扭转屈曲,即允许前掌相对于后掌旋转的支承条中。
图2公开了一种可能的接附装置,它特别易于实现。为此,在凹部20的侧壁21上设置有开口22。罩壳10上的凸起11穿过开口,从而使罩壳10接附在凹部20内。从图2可以看出,侧壁21通常有若干个开口22,这些开口通常成对地布置在相对的侧壁21上。上述侧壁21可以是凹部20的纵向侧面和/或横向侧面。
图2中的这些箭头说明了,在将罩壳10向下压之前,最初是如何将凸起11嵌入侧壁21上相应的开口22中,以使各个相对的凸起11能结合在相对侧壁上相应的开口或凹槽22中。为此,侧壁21和/或凸起11必须具有一定的弹性。在如图所示的实施例中,凸起11具有外部橡胶套12,为其提供所需要的弹性。这种橡胶套12可以全部都用橡胶材料制成,或者它可具有内部腔室(参见图4),内部腔室中充有气体,或者在必要时,其中还可以用特殊缓冲材料,例如凝胶(图中未表示)填充。为更简单地操作罩壳10,橡胶套12的外部具有轮廓线(参见图3)。
当拆卸罩壳10时,例如为把它连接在PC上时,或者罩壳不小心掉落时,橡胶套12还可以保护罩壳10以及布置在其内部的计步器中的电子元件。因此,还可以想象提供这样一种具有橡胶套的罩壳10,这种橡胶套不仅盖住了四个外露的凸起11,而且完全覆盖了罩壳10,以下将参照图11b中所示的另一个实施例对此进行详细说明。如下文所描述的,当使用安装盖时,这样做特别有利,结果,罩壳10装在鞋带上,而没有周围鞋底材料的保护。
前已提及,凹部20还可以包括弹性嵌入件或边缘部分(图中未表示),以确保罩壳10牢固地装配在凹部20内。
如果电子计步器使用冲击传感器,那么,把罩壳10接附在凹部20中而不留任何空隙就更加有利。任何作用在罩壳10上(因而也就是作用在计步器上)的加速度都与在鞋1上产生的加速度一致,而不会在罩壳10与鞋1之间产生相对移动。
图5是这个优选实施例中的罩壳10的分解图。从图中可以看到,这个优选的结构具有下半部15和上半部16,并且还有用以防湿气渗透的中间密封垫17。当两个半部15和16以可拆开的方式连接起来以便能把罩壳10内的电子装置(图中未表示)拆卸下来时,这种密封垫17特别有用。或者,还可以设想在初次安装电子装置后,采用例如粘接、高频焊接或其它技术把两个半部15,16永久连接在一起。
在图5所示的实施例中,两个半部15,16用包裹了罩壳的侧面凸出部分的上半部11a和下半部11b的整体橡胶套12而相互接连在一起。额外附加地或者可供选择地是,也可以用锁闩和/或螺钉把罩壳的上半部和下半部连接在一起。最后,还可以把罩壳10做成一个单独的构件。
如图5所示,这个公开的实施例优选地在其上部有一个带有盖子19和相应的密封垫19a(例如,O形环)的开口18。因此,能很容易地更换电池或蓄电池,而无需将罩壳10从凹部20上拆卸下来。还可以在罩壳10上设置充电插座,以代替开口,因而装在其内部的蓄电池可以通过电缆(图中未表示)来充电。
图9、图10与图11b表示本发明的另一个优选实施例。为此,在鞋底100(优选是鞋中底)的脚掌中部区域布置了一个近似于浴盆状的凹部120,凹部的内部尺寸基本上与相应罩壳110的外部尺寸相符。从图11b可以看到,罩壳110优选地具有类似龟壳的形状。
在侧面区域,例如,在图9中用虚线圆圈标记的凹部120的前端有一条狭缝111,其中,例如,用粘接的方法,安装了可拆卸带130。如图9所示,当罩壳110嵌入凹部120中时,可拆卸带130在罩壳110下面,呈扁平形状。只有边缘区域131(优选地它还具有便于抓握的加固部分132)从凹部120中伸出来。然而,由于边缘区域131与加固部分132通常都装在内底的下方,也就是通常所说的鞋垫的下方(图9中未表示),所以并不影响穿鞋的舒适度。
可拆卸带130方便了把电子装置的罩壳110从鞋底上拆卸下来。尽管由于把一层弹性层(例如橡胶层)覆盖在罩壳110上,使罩壳牢固地配合在凹部120内,但仍能通过抽拉可拆卸带,很方便地把罩壳110从鞋底的凹部120中拆卸下来,既不需要很大的力量,也无需特殊的工具。
图10表示可拆卸带130的一个优选实施例。从图中可以直接看到,这种可拆卸带的变型具有切口133,当罩壳110处于安装位置上,安装在凹部120内时,罩壳110上的凸起117便接合在切口133中。因而,在以上所说明方式中,由于可拆卸带130能正确地对位,从而方便了以后罩壳110的拆卸。
图11b进一步表示了本优选实施例中的罩壳110,它具有多条凹槽115,这些凹槽通常成对设置在罩壳110的前端和后端。相应地设置在凹部120内的,通常是成对设置在凹部120的前端和后端的凸出部分(未在图9的截面中表示)与这些凹槽相接合。因此,罩壳110便牢固地定位在凹部120中。但是,与以前所述的使用橡胶层的情况一样,这种措施只是一种可供选择的措施,所以,还有许多可行的实施例,其中,罩壳110只是装在鞋底的形状做成大致相当的凹部120中,而没有任何进一步措施。
为更好地使用罩壳和其内部装有敏感的电路的电子装置,橡胶层最好具有带凹槽的区域116,以利于牢固地抓握。图11b中所示的实施例表示有三处这样的区域,它们分别设置在前部(在上述凹槽115的两侧)和后部(两条后部凹槽之间)。
最后,还可以想到的把所述的凸起和凹槽相互配合在一起的其它不同措施以保证罩壳牢固地安装在凹部中。例如,罩壳可以用一块磁铁(图中未表示)安装在某一个位置上,或者凹部有一个可封闭的能附加固定可拆卸的罩壳(图中未表示)的外套。
图6至图8说明了具有附套30的实施例,该附套也是本发明的一部分。如果鞋没有上述凹部20,或者还有其它电子装置,例如,还有除了第一电子装置(例如计步器)之外的MP3播放器要装在鞋上,那么这个附套30就可以把上述罩壳10连接在普通鞋的鞋带上。与凹部20类似,附套30具有带开口32的侧壁,而罩壳10的凸起11穿过这两个开口。因此,罩壳10能可靠地安装在附套30中,但又能拆卸下来。这里的开口32通常也布置成互相相对的一对。与上述凹部20的实施例相似,这个优选实施例中一共有四个开口32,四个罩壳10上的相应的凸起11(参照图8)穿过该凹部。
附套30通常在其下侧有一条连接带35,这根连接带用于与鞋的鞋带或其它关闭装置(图中未表示)可拆卸地连接(参照图7)。连接带35导入鞋带的下方。连接带在其自由端上有开口36,因此,自由端能与罩壳10的前端连接(参见图8),也可以松开。为此,在罩壳10上布置了一个适当的凸起14。还可以设想用其它连接装置,例如可以使用将连接带35的自由端牢固地连接在罩壳10和/或附套30上的按扣。
图11a表示安装盖150的另一种实施例,这种安装盖通常用于图11b所示的罩壳实施例中。该安装盖150只包住罩壳110的一部分。为此,这种安装盖具有延伸到鞋带(图中未表示)下方的插入物中的臂部151以及向上弯曲的钩状末端部分152。罩壳110自顶部卡入如此形成的容器中,于是,钩状末端部分152便包住了罩壳的顶面。也可用其它数量的臂部来代替图11a所示的四条臂部151,例如,用尺寸较宽的三条或两条臂部包围罩壳110的顶端、底端或侧面。
还有,如图11a所示,可以把安装舌片155设置在安装盖150上,让它延伸出来盖住凸起117,因此,它除了卡在钩状末端部152中之外,还把罩壳110牢固地接附在安装盖150中。
图12公开了另一种可供选择的,在以上描述的能通过鞋底输入的性能之外另加的,或者用来代替它的,用于控制布置在鞋底内部或脚背上的电子装置。利用无线链路,布置在鞋底内部的罩壳10中的电子装置就能与装在手腕上的接收部件50通讯。为此,可以采用诸如注册商标为“蓝牙”之类的无线传输标准。由于起作用的电子元件都装在鞋底中的罩壳内,所以手腕上(或在任何其它部位)的接收部件50就很小巧,例如,可与手表或衣服结合在一起。不过,也可以设想,把类似于用来测量脉搏的电子装置设置在一条带子中。
部件50与在鞋底内(或鞋底上)的电子装置之间的无线传输可以是双向的,因此电子装置可以利用部件50来控制。还可以用一根细小的电缆来代替无线传输,这种细小的电缆穿过罩壳10,引到外部,并与鞋底外部的控制部件和/或显示部件(图中未表示)连接。
此外,上述电子装置可以在电气上与许多附加的传感器连接,这些附加传感器不是布置在罩壳中,而是布置在鞋内部的其它地方,例如,装在鞋底、鞋面、前掌区域或后掌区域等地方。由于并不是每只鞋都要与电子装置连接,因此,也可以设想,只有一部分数量的电气连接是有效连接。非常明显的是,如果供应商提供的是可以检测跑步过程中大量不同参数(速度,加速度,GPS定位,鞋的变形,脉搏速率等)的电子装置,那么他所提供的鞋,就会因为具有全部可能的传感器而非常昂贵。但由于其做成模件的特性,这种装置也可以用于实际上只设置一部分传感器的,比较简单而廉价的鞋。
Claims (32)
1.一种具有鞋底部件的鞋(1),特别是运动鞋,其特征在于,所述鞋底部件具有凹部(20,120),所述凹部(20,120)用于以可拆卸的方式容纳装有电子装置特别是装有电子计步器的罩壳(10,110)。
2.如权利要求1所述的鞋(1),其特征在于,所述凹部(20,120)布置在鞋底部件的脚掌中部区域。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的鞋(1),其特征在于,所述鞋底部件具有用以观察和/或操作所述电子装置的开口和/或窗口。
4.如前述权利要求中的任何一项权利要求所述的鞋(1),其特征在于,所述凹部(20,120)设置在鞋底部件的鞋中底内,在鞋的使用过程中,所述鞋中底通常由可拆卸的内底所覆盖。
5.如前述权利要求中的任何一项权利要求所述的鞋(1),其特征在于,凹部(20,120)具有与电子装置的罩壳(10,110)的形状相应的形状。
6.如前一项权利要求所述的鞋(1),其特征在于,所述凹部(20)具有至少一个待与罩壳(10)的凸起(11)接合的凹槽或开口(22)。
7.如前一项权利要求所述的鞋(1),其特征在于,所述凹部(20)具有至少两个基本上互相相对的凹槽或开口(22)。
8.如前述权利要求中的任何一项权利要求所述的鞋(1),其特征在于,所述凹部(20)具有至少一个通常是弹性限制面的弹性构件,用以使罩壳(10)牢固地接附在凹部(20)内。
9.如前述权利要求1-5中的任何一项权利要求所述的鞋(1),其特征在于,所述凹部(120)具有至少一个与相应的罩壳(110)的凹槽或开口接合的凸起。
10.如前一项权利要求所述的鞋(1),其特征在于,凹部(120)具有一个、最好是两个沿着鞋的纵向看起来分别在凹部的前端和后端的凸起,每一个凸起与罩壳(110)中相应的凹槽或开口接合。
11.如前述权利要求中的任何一项权利要求所述的鞋(1),其特征在于,在凹部(120)上还布置有可拆卸带(130),用以把罩壳(110)从凹部(120)中拆卸下来。
12.如前一项权利要求所述的鞋(1),其特征在于,所述可拆卸带(130)是这样布置在凹部(120)上的,它位于布置在凹部中的罩壳(110)的下方,并且其末端(131,132)在凹部(120)的顶部边缘的上方延伸。
13.如前两项权利要求中的任何一项权利要求所述的鞋(1),其特征在于,所述可拆卸带(130)具有切口(133),当所述罩壳(110)布置在鞋的凹部(120)内时,所述罩壳(110)的凸起(117)接合入所述切口(133)。
14.如前述权利要求中任何一项权利要求所述的鞋(1),其特征在于,所述凹部(20)与所述鞋底的加固构件做成一体,具体的说,是与能让脚扭转屈曲、即能让前脚掌相对于后脚跟旋转的支承条做成一体。
15.如前述权利要求中的任何一项权利要求所述的鞋(1),其特征在于,所述鞋还具有安装盖(30,150),该安装盖与鞋的鞋带或其它附加装置连接,并且还可以把第二电子装置布置在其中。
16.一种用于容纳电子装置特别是容纳电子计步器的罩壳(10、110),其特征在于,所述罩壳(10、110)具有与鞋底中的凹部(20、120)的形状相对应的外形。
17.如权利要求16所述的罩壳(10),其特征在于,它还具有至少一个与凹部(20)的相应凹槽或开口(22)接合的凸起(11)。
18.如前述权利要求中的任何一项权利要求所述的罩壳(10),其特征在于,所述罩壳(10)具有至少两个基本上相互相对、并与凹部(20)的至少两个相应的凹槽或开口(22)接合的凸起(11)。
19.如前述权利要求中的任何一项权利要求所述的罩壳(10),其特征在于,所述至少一个凸起(11)包含有弹性材料(12),用以促进凸起与凹部(20)的凹槽或开口(22)的接合。
20.如权利要求16-19中的任何一项权利要求所述的罩壳(110),其特征在于,所述罩壳(110)具有至少一个可与所述凹部(120)的相应凸起接合的凹槽。
21.如前一项权利要求所述的罩壳(110),其特征在于,所述罩壳(110)分别在其前端与后端具有两个能与所述凹部(120)的相应凸起接合的凹槽。
22.如前述权利要求15-20中的任何一项权利要求所述的罩壳(110),其特征在于,所述罩壳(110)还具有弹性材料的套,所述套基本上完全包住所述罩壳(110)。
23.如权利要求16-22中的任何一项权利要求所述的罩壳(10),其特征在于,所述罩壳(10)具有上半部和下半部(15,16),并且在两个半部之间装有密封垫(17)。
24.如权利要求10-14中的任何一项权利要求所述的罩壳(10),其特征在于,它还具有开口(18),以便用户能更换电子装置的电池和/或蓄电池。
25.如权利要求16-24中的任何一项权利要求所述的罩壳(10、110),其特征在于,它还具有附套(30,150),具体的说是用于附设在权利要求1-15所述的鞋上的附套,所述附套以可拆卸的方式安装在罩壳(10)上,并至少部分包围着所述罩壳(10)。
26.如前一项权利要求所述的罩壳(10),其特征在于,所述附套(30)具有在罩壳(10)下方延伸的连接带(35),所述连接带用于与鞋(1)的鞋带或其它安装装置连接。
27.如权利要求25所述的罩壳(110),其特征在于,所述附套(150)具有至少一条安装臂部(151),所述臂部在壳体的下方和鞋的鞋带或其它附加装置的下方延伸,并具有包住罩壳顶面的末端部分(152)。
28.如前一项权利要求所述的罩壳(110),其特征在于,所述罩壳(110)可以卡在所述附套(150)的至少两条安装臂部(151)的末端部分(152)之间。
29.如权利要求25-28中的任何一项权利要求所述的罩壳(110),其特征在于,所述附套(150)还具有带切口的安装舌片(155),所述罩壳的凸起(117)能接合在该切口中。
30.如前述权利要求16-29中的任何一项权利要求所述的罩壳(10、110),其特征在于,在罩壳(10,110)内装有能与装在罩壳(10,110)外部的用户接口(50)通讯的电子装置。
31.如前一项权利要求所述的罩壳(10、110),其特征在于,所述罩壳(10)至少有一根电缆用的引线,其用于在电子装置与用户接口(50)之间进行通讯。
32.如权利要求30所述的罩壳(10、100),其特征在于,所述电子装置以无线方式与用户接口(50)通讯。
