背景技术
滚筒洗衣机是一种洗衣机,在将洗涤剂和洗涤用水提供给水平安装的桶和滚筒的同时,它能够通过由马达转动的滚筒和放在滚筒中的衣物之间的摩擦力来洗涤衣物,其中滚筒放在桶中。利用滚筒洗衣机,衣物既不会被损坏也不会纠缠在一起。另外,滚筒洗衣机通过冲击和摩擦衣物来进行洗涤,从而提高了洗涤效率。

上述的漂洗和间歇性脱水过程交替重复进行,并且最后执行脱水过程。这样就完成了包括洗衣、漂洗和脱水的清洁过程。
但是在传统的滚筒洗衣机中,洗涤用水和洗涤剂通过供水阀门组件12和洗涤剂盒组件14从桶的上部提供到桶6中,并且安装在桶6下部的加热器20加热提供到桶6中的水。从上面的描述可以很容易理解,最初提供到桶6中的水是冷水。因此衣物缓慢地吸收洗涤用水。
传统滚筒洗衣机包括桶6的加热器安装部分6a,利用这个部分将加热器20安装在桶6中。加热器安装部分6a形成在桶6的下部,其形成形式使得加热器安装部分6a从桶6向下延伸。因此需要在桶6中为形成加热器安装部分6a提供另外的必要空间,这使得滚筒洗衣机的结构复杂。

发明内容
因此,本发明的目的就是在考虑上述问题后提供一种蒸气喷气滚筒洗衣机,能够加热洗涤用水并且将加热了的洗涤用水喷入处于高温高压蒸气状态的洗衣机桶和滚筒中,由此使衣物迅速浸泡在洗涤用水中,减少洗涤用水和电能的浪费,并且提高滚筒洗衣机的消毒和洗涤效率。
根据本发明,可以提供一种蒸气喷气滚筒洗衣机来实现上述和其它目的,洗衣机包括:一个桶,它放在外壳中,并且适于将洗涤用水提供到桶中;一个滚筒,它可转动地安装在桶中并且适于将衣物放入滚筒中和向滚筒中提供洗涤用水;一个供水单元,它放置在桶的一侧,将洗涤用水提供到桶和滚筒中;和一个蒸气发生器,它连接供水单元,加热洗涤用水以得到高温高压蒸气,并且将高温高压蒸气提供到桶和滚筒中。

在操作加热器74时,加热提供到密封压力容器72中的洗涤用水以产生高温高压蒸气。当温度传感器78探测到压力容器72内部的温度超出预定压力时,打开出口阀门76b从而蒸气穿过蒸气管62d并且喷射到桶56和滚筒58中。
这时,蒸气通过蒸气管的端部62d’喷入桶56和滚筒58,蒸气管的端部62d’形成为喷嘴形。这样就很快浸透衣物。
在把适当量的洗涤用水提供到桶56和滚筒58中后,供水阀门关闭并且开始操作马达60。当操作马达60转动滚筒58时,叶片58a将衣物提升到预定高度然后再使衣物从叶片58a上落下,这样就执行了洗衣过程。
在完成洗衣过程后,操作排水泵排放洗涤用水。随后高速转动马达60,滚筒58也随之高速转动。当转动滚筒58时,含在衣物中的洗涤用水通过滚筒58的离心力与衣物分离。这样就间歇性地执行了脱水过程。随后再次打开供水阀门将洗涤用水通过辅助供水管62c’提供到桶56和滚筒58中到达预定的水位。随后转动滚筒58执行漂洗过程。
上述的漂洗和间歇性脱水过程交替重复进行,并且最后执行脱水过程。这样就完成了清洁衣物的过程。
应该注意为了提高滚筒洗衣机的消毒和洗衣效率,即使在洗涤衣物和漂洗衣物时以及当将洗涤用水首次提供到桶56和滚筒58中时,也可以将洗涤用水提供到加热洗涤用水以得到高温高压蒸气的蒸气发生器70中,并且高温高压蒸气被喷射到桶56和滚筒58中。
从上面的描述很明显地看出,本发明提供了一种蒸气喷气滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于将洗涤用水提供到加热洗涤用水以得到高温高压蒸气的蒸气发生器中,并且将蒸气喷射到滚筒洗衣机的桶和滚筒中,因此当首次把洗涤用水提供到桶和滚筒中时,快速将衣物浸泡在洗涤用水中,这样就节省了洗涤用水和电。另外,当洗涤衣物和漂洗衣物时,所提供的洗涤用水处于高温高压的蒸气相,因此提高了滚筒洗衣机的消毒和洗衣效率。
尽管出于示意的目的披露了本发明的一些优选实施例,本领域技术人员能够理解在不偏离在所附权利要求中所披露的本发明范围和精神的情况下可以进行各种改进、增加和替换。
Claims (9)
1.一种蒸气喷气滚筒洗衣机,包括:
一个桶,该桶放在外壳中,并且适于将水提供到桶中;
一个滚筒,该滚筒可转动地安装在桶中;
一个蒸气发生器,用来加热水以得到蒸气,并且将蒸气提供到桶
中,该蒸气发生器设置在所述外壳中;
一个供水单元,该供水单元分别连接至桶和蒸气发生器,用来将水提供到桶和蒸气发生器中;
其中,该供水单元包括:
一个供水阀门组件,该供水阀门组件放置在所述外壳的一端;
一个洗涤剂盒组件,该洗涤剂盒组件安装在供水阀门组件和桶之间,用来储存洗涤剂;
一个供水管,该供水管连接在供水阀门组件和蒸气发生器之间,用来将水提供到蒸气发生器;
一个辅助供水管,该辅助供水管连接在供水阀门组件和洗涤剂盒组件之间,用来将水提供到洗涤剂盒组件;
一个蒸气管,该蒸气管的一端连接蒸气发生器,另一端设置为与桶的内部连通,用来将蒸气提供到桶和滚筒中。
2.如权利要求1所述的蒸气喷气滚筒洗衣机,其中蒸气管的端部形成为喷嘴形。
3.如权利要求1所述的蒸气喷气滚筒洗衣机,其中提供垫圈,用来防止水在桶和外壳之间泄露,并且蒸气管的端部穿过该垫圈的上端,从而与桶的内部连通。
4.如权利要求1所述的蒸气喷气滚筒洗衣机,其中蒸气发生器包括:
一个密封压力容器,它连接供水管和蒸气管;和
一个加热器,它安装在所述压力容器中,用来加热所述压力容器内的水。
5.如权利要求4所述的蒸气喷气滚筒洗衣机,其中蒸气发生器进一步包括入口阀门和出口阀门,该入口阀门和出口阀门根据所述压力容器内的压力而进行操作。
6.如权利要求1所述的蒸气喷气滚筒洗衣机,其中进一步提供温度传感器用来探测所述压力容器内部的温度,并且根据温度传感器探测到的探测温度来选择性地操作加热器。
7.如权利要求4所述的蒸气喷气滚筒洗衣机,其中蒸气发生器进一步包括用来防止加热器的过热的装置。
8.如权利要求7所述的蒸气喷气滚筒洗衣机,其中所述装置包括自动压力开关和自动温度开关中的至少一个,该自动压力开关用来在所述压力容器内的压力超过预定压力时停止运行加热器,该自动温度开关用来在所述压力容器内的温度超过预定温度时停止运行加热器。
9.如权利要求4所述的蒸气喷气滚筒洗衣机,其中所述压力容器包括:
上部容器部分,该上部容器部分形成压力容器的上部;和
下部容器部分,该下部容器部分形成压力容器的下部。
