Abstract

连接端子(11)的前方部构成用于接纳对方侧的舌片状的连接端子(11)的方筒状的连接部(12),在后方部,设置有U字形的芯线压接部(13a)、覆盖压接部(13b)。另外,在芯线压接部(13a)的连接部(12)侧的两侧,朝向上方的板体状的卡止片(14)的面沿纵向立起。芯线压接部(13a)和卡止片(14)的顶部(13a’、14’)之间通过连接部(15)基本呈直线状连接,实现芯线压接部(13a)的根部的增强。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种在电子连接器中,卡止于外壳内部的连接端子。
背景技术
图8为电线2固定于连接端子1上的状态的透视图,在芯线压接部3中压接电线2的芯线4,在覆盖压接部5,从电线覆盖部6的外侧进行压接,将电线固定。
发明内容
但是,在连接端子1中,像上述那样固定电线2的状态中,芯线压接部3的连接部7侧为单纯的板状,因此较脆弱,万一在该部分作用应力等的场合,具有容易产生弯折或折损等的问题。
本发明的目的在于提供一种消除上述问题,在连接部和芯线压接部之间难以损伤的连接端子。
用于实现上述目的,本发明的连接端子包括前部的方筒状的连接部、在后部从前方依次设置呈U字形的芯线压接部和覆盖压接部,其特征在于在上述芯线压接部的前方两侧,板体部以立起方式形成,上述芯线压接部的顶部和上述板体部的顶部通过连接部基本呈直线状连接。
按照本发明的连接端子,由于芯线压接部的顶部和板体部的顶部通过连接部基本呈直线状连接,故使芯线压接部的根部增强,不会产生损伤。
另外,如果将板体部用于卡止矛状部的卡止,则可防止连接端子临时卡止时的前方移动。

具体实施方式
图1为成形的状态的连接端子11的透视图,图2为用成形前的导电金属板进行冲压的状态的展开图。连接端子11的前方部构成接纳对方侧的舌片状的连接端子11用的方筒状的连接部12,后方部构成固定电线的U字形状的电线压接部13。电线压接部13由连接部12侧的芯线压接部13a,与后端部侧的覆盖压接部13b构成。另外,在芯线压接部13a的连接部12侧的前方两侧,向上方的板体状的卡止片14的面沿纵向立起。此外,芯线压接部13a的顶部13a’与卡止片的顶部14’通过连接部15基本呈直线状连接。
图3为将电线21连接于连接端子11上的状态的透视图。电线21的芯线22通过将芯线压接部13a弯折而压接,电线覆盖部23通过覆盖压接部13b压接。在该状态,芯线压接部13a按照覆盖芯线22的方式弯曲,但是,卡止片14处于立起的状态。另外,连接部15从芯线压接部13a侧慢慢地立起,因具有连接部15,可使该部分增强。
图4为表示相对外壳31,后固定部32从后方插入到中途临时卡止的状态的剖视图,后固定部32在外壳31的中途的位置,通过图中未示出的临时卡止功能,停止于临时卡止位置。在外壳31中,比如,分为上下2层并且在左右多排设置分别接纳连接端子11的端子接纳孔33,在各端子接纳孔33的前方,开设插入对方侧插入连接端子的开口部34。
在后固定部32中,针对每个端子接纳孔33而形成卡止矛状部35,该卡止矛状部35具有用于卡止连接端子11的连接部12的后端的爪部35a,具有弹性,还像图5所示的那样,在卡止矛状部35的两侧面,嵌合连接端子11的卡止片14,设置有用于防止连接端子11进一步前进的卡止槽35b。
在该临时卡止状态,像图6所示的那样,如果从后固定部32的后方推入连接端子11,则上层那样,连接部12在将后固定部32的卡止矛状部35上推的同时前进。如果连接部12钻过卡止矛状部35,则像下层那样,卡止矛状部35复位,卡止矛状部35的爪部35a与连接部12的后部卡止。同时,连接端子11的卡止片14与开设于卡止矛状部35中的卡止槽35b嵌合。
通过卡止矛状部35的爪部35a的卡止,对连接端子11向后方的返回进行限制,另外,通过卡止片14与卡止槽35b的嵌合,对连接端子11离开卡止矛状部35,进一步前进的情况进行限制。
像这样,在连接端子11通过卡止矛状部35在2个部位沿前后方向卡止的状态,如果全部的连接端子11对齐,则比如进行导通检查。然后,推动后固定部32,像图7所示的那样,将连接端子11推入到完全卡止状态,由此,连接端子11接纳于外壳31内的规定位置。
在该完全卡止状态,可防止连接端子11与卡止矛状部35的爪部35a的后部脱开,通过开口部34的附近的壁部防止前部脱开,但是,还可通过卡止矛状部35的卡止槽35b促进前部脱开的防止。
另外,卡止片14与卡止槽35b的嵌合还防止连接端子11沿左右方向的摆动,卡止片14还起到稳定部的功能。
由于还包括这样的步骤,在芯线压接部13a的前方设置卡止片14,在芯线压接部13a中,通过连接部15基本呈直线状将卡止部14和顶部13a’、14’之间连接,这样,实现芯线压接部13a的前部的增强,弯折或折损变少。

Claims (3)

1.一种连接端子,该连接端子包括前部的方筒状的连接部、在后部从前方依次设置呈U字形的芯线压接部和覆盖压接部,其特征在于在上述芯线压接部的前方两侧,板体部以立起方式形成,上述芯线压接部的顶部和上述板体部的顶部通过连接部基本呈直线状连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连接端子,其特征在于在外壳安装时,通过卡止矛状部卡止上述连接部的后端。
3.根据权利要求2所述的连接端子,其特征在于上述板体部卡止于在上述卡止矛状部的两侧形成的卡止槽。
