Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种插座用的连接端子,该连接端子用于组装于电连接器的内部,与对方侧插入端子连接。
背景技术
这种连接端子接纳于外壳的内部,与对方侧插入端子嵌合,实现电连接,但是,为了防止因通过外壳内的对方侧插入端子的插入压力与外壳脱离的情况,通过设置于外壳的柔性的卡止矛状部卡止连接部,防止脱离。
另外,此时,为了稳定外壳内的连接端子1的姿势,像图7所示的那样,在连接部2的顶部设置沿纵向的稳定部3,防止外壳内的连接端子1的摆动。该稳定部3还具有防止将连接端子1插入到外壳内部时的上下倒转等的误插入的功能。
发明内容
但是,在近年人们要求连接器的整体变小,增加电极,组装于内部的连接端子1的整体也变小。如果卡止矛状部不为从连接部2的宽度减去稳定部3的宽度形成尺寸的话,则由于连接端子1无法穿过卡止矛状部插入外壳的内部,故卡止矛状部的宽度越来越窄,无法充分地获得连接端子的卡止力。
本发明的目的在于提供一种解除上述问题,稳定部不对卡止矛状部的宽度产生影响的连接端子。
为了实现上述目的,本发明涉及的连接端子通过设置于外壳上的卡止矛状部而卡止方筒状的连接部的顶板后部,其特征在于沿上述连接部的底部的纵向,形成上述外壳内的姿势稳定用的稳定部。
按照本发明的连接端子,通过将稳定部设置于底板的下方,防止设置于外壳上的连接端子的后部脱离的卡止矛状部的宽度在不考虑稳定部的宽度的情况下,可基本与连接部的宽度相等,由此,可以以更大的力限制卡止矛状部的连接端子的后部脱离。

具体实施方式
图1为插座用的连接端子的俯视图,图2为主视图,图3为侧视图,图4为剖视图,图5为组装前的展开俯视图。该连接端子通过对1块导电金属板进行冲压,并且进行弯折而形成,基本上,由前方的方筒状的连接部11和后方的电线压接部12构成,在电线压接部12上,像通常那样,分别按照截面呈U字形的方式形成芯线压接部12a和覆盖压接部12b。
在连接部11中,底板13、位于其一侧的第1侧板14、顶板15、第2侧板16、稳定部17依次连接。方筒由底板13、第1侧板14、顶板15、第2侧板16形成,在顶板15上,形成沿纵向朝向内侧的凹部18,另外,在顶板15的后部,设置于外壳上的卡止矛状部卡止用的卡止部19向内侧弯折。
设置于第2侧板16的侧部上的稳定部17在弯折时,向下方呈截面半圆弧状而卷曲,在底板13的第2侧板16侧,从底板13,向下方突出,稳定部17中折回的前端部与底板13的底面接触。即,稳定部17按照沿纵向向连接部11的底部的一侧偏芯的方式设置,防止将底板13向下方张开的情况。另外,通过设置于底板13的侧部的封闭部20,连接部11按照不打开的方式封闭。
在底板13的另一侧,按照与底板13平行的方式设置活动接触片21,该活动接触片21通过其基部21a设置于底板13的后方。在活动接触片21中,基部21a和前端的自由端21b之间呈山字形,构成插入设置于其较前方的顶部的对方侧插入端子的触点部21c,活动接触片21在连接部11的形成之前,折回到底板13上。另外,在活动接触片21的两侧伸出有翼部21d,该翼部21d在形成连接部11时分别以摆动的方式嵌合于开设于两侧的第1侧板14、第2侧板16中的孔部14a、16a的内部。
在底板13中开设有切口,其后部与底板13连接的长方形状的增强片22从底板13倾斜地向前方上抬,该前端部22a与活动接触片21的触点部21c的底面接触。
另外,在连接部11的入口从底板13的前端伸出的导向片23向内侧弯折,实现覆盖活动接触片21的自由端21b,防止向上方的移动,并且对对方侧插入端子进行导向的功能。
在这样的结构中,可使活动接触片21的触点部21c位于连接部11内的较前方,同时以活动接触片21的前方为自由端21b,由此,弹性力较小,小于对方侧插入端子的插入力。
图6表示将电线31与连接端子的电线压接部12连接,将连接端子插入外壳32的内部的状态的剖视图。稳定部17嵌合于设在外壳32中的槽部中,由此,实现防止上下倒转等的误插入,并且使外壳32内的连接端子的姿势稳定的功能。
此外,在将连接部11插入外壳32中时,将设置于外壳32中的,具有柔性·弹性的卡止矛状部33上推,连接部11穿过卡止矛状部33的底部到达前方。此时,由于稳定部17形成于连接端子的底部,由此,卡止矛状部33与稳定部17无关,可将其宽度设计得较宽,可使该宽度为与连接部11的宽度相同的程度,可增加接触卡止矛状部33的卡止部19的卡止力。

Claims (6)

1.一种连接端子,在该连接端子中,通过设置于外壳上的卡止矛状部而卡止方筒状的连接部的顶板后部,其特征在于沿上述连接部的底部的纵向,形成上述外壳内的姿势稳定用的稳定部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连接端子,其特征在于其通过对1块金属板进行冲压、弯曲的方式形成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的连接端子,其特征在于上述上述稳定部按照向上述底部的一侧偏心的方式设置。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的连接端子,其特征在于上述连接部由底板、与该底板连接的第1侧板、与该第1侧板连接的顶板、与该顶板连接的第2侧板、与该第2侧板连接的稳定部围绕,形成为方筒状。
5.根据权利要求1~4中的任何一项所述的连接端子,其特征在于上述稳定部按照朝向下方,截面呈半圆弧状的方式卷曲,其折回的前端部与上述底面接触。
6.根据权利要求1所述的连接端子,其特征在于在上述连接部的内部设置柔性接触片,该柔性接触片按照从上述连接部的后方向前方折回的方式形成。
